These gifts were for both Big Meadows and Good Sam in Mt. Carroll. We would also like to thank the people who sponsored a bouquet of flowers at River Valley Designs for every single one of our residents on Friday, December 22nd.We were so fortunate to see the meaning of giving from everyone who came together to help this Holiday Season. It touched us very profoundly to see so many people willing to help. So again thank you so much!

2 Savanna s River City Reader Page 2 Big Meadows Highlights On Friday, December 22nd Big Meadows had their annual Christmas party for the residents. We are lucky enough that Santa makes an early visit to all of our residents! George O. with Santa Santa delivering a gift to James L. The Santa for Seniors organization was able to deliver their Christmas presents for Big Meadows Residents. This year, over 30 tags from the giving tree containing our residents were not returned. Jaime, our activity director, posted on Facebook about their plight, and we received responses from near and far. We are so thankful for the response we received, and grateful that Santa for Seniors donate their time and money to make sure all of our residents have a wonderful Christmas.
