NIGERIA Years In Review 2012 Christ Ambassadors Doing A Great Work 2013 The Just Shall Live By Faith 2014 If Any Man Be In Christ 2015 Presenting Every Man Perfect 2016 Long Enough In This Mount 2
We know who we are Christ s Ambassadors doing a great work. We know how to live in this perverse and adulterous generation by FAITH We know the secret of our success Being In Christ We know God s Agenda for us Presenting Every Man Perfect With this knowledge, God is announcing: You have stayed Long Enough In This Mount 3
The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates. Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them. Deut 1:6-8 (KJV) Break camp and advance Deut 1:7 (NIV) 4
With 3,500 Chapters across the nation; airlifts to 25 countries; and our men and ladies daily testifying to the goodness of the Lord in their homes, ministries & businesses; we have reasons to praise the Lord! There remains very much land yet to be possessed (Jos 13:1) But with many cities and towns not yet served; increasing number of chapters weak, ailing or dead; and a rapidly growing population of 170 million among 7.2 Billion inhabitants; we cannot afford to be complacent!
Humans have been known to defy all odds to reach the port of success Only to succumb to complacency & unable to advance further It is dangerous to remain at a port of success when God says to move on. (Heb 3:6-9) 6
King David stayed back longer than necessary and fell into adultery and murder The early disciples, after the Pentecost, settled down to serve tables Peter, excited by the glory on the Mount of Transfiguration, wanted three tabernacles Complacency often results in Stagnation, Error & Pollution. What Are The Effects Of Complacency In Our Fellowship? 7
God spoke in Horeb. He has also spoken through Demos. I see a new wave of holiness I see a new wave of Repentance I see a time when God will set us apart, and release a new MIGHTY OUTPOURING of His Holy Spirit. It is time to give the devil a few more black eyes. It is time to GET OUR EYES OFF OF THE PAST! It is time to stop talking about how much we have accomplished! And start prayerfully seeking God on WHAT HE WANTS TO DO NOW and WHAT HE WANTS FOR THE FUTURE (A New Wave of Revival: Vision Intensified) 8
Some Prophetic Utterances To Ponder On Nigeria is the trigger for igniting the fire in the continent of Africa and spread to the rest of the world. FGBMFI NIGERIA is God s instrument for reviving Nigeria. FGBMFI is God s instrument to awaken laymen - the sleeping giants of evangelism - who shall bring in the great harvest of souls before the return of the Lord. 9
Turn from wicked ways to RIGHTEOUSNESS Turn to ceaseless PRAYERS & absolute DEPENDENCY on the HOLY SPIRIT Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you. Hos 10:2 Remember: This Fellowship will grow in His Power ALONE. 10
Return to the BOOKS and to the divinely inspired principles and strategies that distinguish us from a church. ALTS & SUPER ALTS Chapter MANUAL Christian Life Is Exciting 11
...to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side The places where the enemy is dominant Remember we are his friends in the City What Are These places?
This image cannot currently be displayed. Go for a new level of relationship with God. New Chapter. New Territory. New Nation to adopt. Go far! ADVANCE! Some of those places are enemy territories. He is asking us to go as His friends in the city. Take The First STEP! 13
We have to align with God on this. Each of us should say, Lord, I believe! God has given us the heathen for our inheritance (Ps 2:8). Remember: Our vision is about MEN! And rise with a Can Do Attitude Phil 4:13 14
Don t just say, I can; say, I will Courageously march into the New You and into the New Things God is leading You to. REMEMBER: FGBMFI is a Movement and not a Monument! 15

Prayers & Dependence On The Holy Spirit Righteousness The BOOKS & Divine Strategies Long Enough In This Mount Can Do Attitude Go far. Enlarge Your Tent. Think BIG. 20
The God who commands you to Go, will protect your back home, office, finances, health and back you up with power But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Mt 6:33 Signs & wonders will be done through you in His Name (Mk 16:17, Act 14:3) You will again see the distinction between those who serve God and those who do not. Mal 3:18 (NIV) 21

Being The Leader Into The Promised Land
NOTE; 2 leaders received the instruction Moses Deut 1:37: The LORD became angry with me because of you. He said, "You won't go there either. Deut 1:38: But your assistant Joshua, son of Nun, will go there. Encourage him, because he will help Israel take possession of the land. Joshua Only one of them entered
Leaders and the Vision Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates
Leaders and the Vision Jos 1:2.now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. Jos 1:3 Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. Jos 1:4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast. Note Receive a divine mandate Arise Limited by where you venture
2. Attitude of the Leaders matter Jos 1:6 Be strong and courageous,. Jos 1:7 "Only be strong and very courageous, Jos 1:9 "I have commanded you, 'Be strong and courageous!... 3 times in the first conversation Strong implies Steadfastness A primitive root; to fasten upon; hence to seize, be strong (figuratively courageous, causatively strengthen, cure, help, repair, fortify), obstinate; to bind, restrain, conquer: Courageous aw-mats' A primitive root; to be alert, physically (on foot) or mentally (in courage): - confirm, be courageous (of good courage, stedfastly minded, strong, stronger), establish, fortify, harden, increase, prevail, strengthen (self), make strong (obstinate, speed). Be Committed, focused, steadfast, unflinching
2. Attitude of the Leaders matter Jos 1:6 Be strong and courageous. Jos 1:7 "Only be strong and very courageous, Jos 1:9 "I have commanded you, 'Be strong and courageous!... Note It is a command It is a choice It is imperative or very important (3 times) 3 times in the first conversation
Why be strong and Courageous? The Divine pattern is a partnership with man (Gen1:26) Therefore we must commit especially as Leaders. There are many adversaries 1 Cor 16:8 But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost. 1 Cor 16:9 For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.
3. The Leader must be in communication with God (Prayed up) In taking right steps - God gave instruction on how to cross the Jordan. (Josh 3) - Getting the people circumcised Josh 5:2 At that time the Lord said to Joshua, Make yourself stone knives and give the children of Israel circumcision a second time. In times of Challenges When things go wrong or are not working out Jos 7:5 The men of Ai put to death about thirty-six of them, driving them from before the town as far as the stoneworks, and overcoming them on the way down: and the hearts of the people became like water. Jos 7:6 Then Joshua, in great grief, went down on the earth before the ark of the Lord till the evening, and all the chiefs of Israel with him, and they put dust on their heads.
4. The Testimony of the Leader God s presence in his life Jos 1:5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Being an example (What they can see) 1 Tim4:12. but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 1Ti 4:15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. Jos 14:6 Then the children of Judah came unto Joshua in Gilgal: and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite said unto him, Thou knowest the thing that the LORD said unto Moses the man of God concerning me and thee in Kadeshbarnea.
5. The Personal Ministry and calling of the Leader Divine exploits by his hand Jos 3:7 And the Lord said to Joshua, From now on I will give you glory in the eyes of all Israel, so that they may see that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. 2 Tim 1:6 For this reason I say to you, Let that grace of God which is in you, given to you by my hands, have living power. 2 Tim 4:5.make full proof of thy ministry Being an example (They can see) 1Tim 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee
The Leader knows that there may be obstacles but God has given the city to him He works towards the assignment And God always sends help Jos 5:13 Now when Joshua was near Jericho, lifting up his eyes he saw a man in front of him, with his sword uncovered in his hand: and Joshua went up to him and said, Are you for us or against us? Jos 5:14 And he said, No; but I have come as captain of the armies of the Lord. Then Joshua, falling down with his face to the earth in worship, said, What has my lord to say to his servant? This is one of the Keys for Leaders who take the promised land. The Challenges may be different but they know that God will make a way 1 Cor10:13 But God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape,
ND s Checklist for Breakout. - Personal assessment & Rededication. - Leaders create passion and followership. - Faith in God s ability to do the impossible. - Grace to take tough unbiased decisions. - Love and care for the followers. - Building a winning team. - Mentoring - Setting targets and creating feedbacks. - Man of prayers.
Final Word: Paul said 2 Tim 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 2 Tim 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: Would that be your testimony?
Workshop - Each ND to identify and discuss keys issues causing the logjam in his zone - Harping on the need to move from present situation, each National Director to come up with and discuss at least 5 key issues affecting performance, actions capable of addressing them and KPIs for his zone. - Set out a timeline for implementation. - How would you monitor performance?
RAISING AND EFFECTIVELY DEPLOYING MEN TO FULFIL THE THEME. Fellowship s Theme: Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount.
NOTE Jos 1:6 Be strong and courageous, because you will help these people take possession of the land I swore to give their ancestors. It is God who swore (promised) to give us the Land. A leader is needed to interface between God and the people. The Land is taken by the people not the Leader The Leader has a responsibility to help the people achieve (take posession) of God s purpose.
Why the people? The Lord has a special place for His people Deut 32:9 For the LORD'S portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance. Our effectiveness is driven by the whole body Eph 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
Why the people? Our Fellowship s Vision Vast Global Movement of Laymen, comprising millions of men being used mightily by God to bring this last great harvest through the outpouring of God s Holy Spirit before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. 42
Why the people? The men are God s anointed foot soldiers advancing into the promised land under His banner. They are not in any way inferior to full-time ministers who, in actual fact, are supposed to be coaches and trainers to the laymen, who are God s foot soldiers.
Why leadership? In a great army, every soldier finds his place and occupies it. Joel 2:7 For it is from the head that the whole body, as a harmonious structure knit together by the joints with which it is provided, grows by the proper functioning of individual parts to its full maturity in love. Eph 4:16 (JB Phillips)
The Quality of the men we send on assignment affects the work Moses sent 10 spies Deu 1:22 And ye came near unto me every one of you, and said, We will send men before us, and they shall search us out the land, and bring us word again by what way we must go up, and into what cities we shall come. Deu 1:23 And the saying pleased me well: and I took twelve men of you, one of a tribe: Joshua sent 2spies Jos 2:1 And Joshua the son of Nun sent out of Shittim two men to spy secretly, saying, Go view the land, even Jericho. And they went.. Jos 2:14 Their feedback was different and so was the result
The Quality of the Leaders Leaders who have no faith are toxic Our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying, The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up to heaven; and moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakims there. affects the work Good leaders Sustain the work Jos 24:31 And Israel served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders that overlived Joshua, and which had known all the works of the LORD, that he had done for Israel.
Equipping The Men Transiting The Men From Civilians To Soldiers Of Christ 3. Plan Structure Goal/Objective Programme How will you measure impact Who? Which category? When and how often? How will you revise the plan?
What must we do? We must lead them into greater commitment to God. To rededication and commitment. To renewed covenant relationship with God. We challenge them and inspire them with the vision. Jos 1:10-12 Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying, Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the Lord your God giveth you to possess it.
What must we do? We must lead them into personal consecration unto God. Jos 5:2 At that time the LORD said unto Joshua, Make thee sharp knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time
What must we do? Raise Marketplace disciples. We must grow leaders who will grow other leaders. 2 Tim 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. Joshua failed to disciple others! Judges 2: 7, And there arose another generation after them (Joshua and his generation), which knew not the Lord... And they forsook the Lord God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt and followed other gods.
What must we do? Equip them with Power Charles Price s prophecy: This Vision shall grow in God s Power alone. Encourage them to be filled and full of the Spirit. To covet and operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit No officer of the Fellowship can function effectively without the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Encourage and facilitate their walk in the Spirit so that they can mature and bear the fruit of the Spirit.
What must we do? We must release them within the vision to reach men in all Nations for Jesus. Jos 14:12 Now therefore give me this mountain, whereof the LORD spake in that day; for thou heardest in that day how the Anakims were there, and that the cities were great and fenced: if so be the LORD will be with me, then I shall be able to drive them out, as the LORD said. Jos 14:13 And Joshua blessed him, and gave unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh Hebron for an inheritance
Release Them Provide the men with opportunities for ministry in the chapter and workplace Coach and mentor the men in the Fellowship operations & the demonstration of Holy Spirit s Power. Encourage them to MC, share vision etc in the chapter and testify, pray for the sick, minister baptism in the Holy Spirit, prophesy everywhere especially in the marketplace. Mark 16:20.
What must we do? We must help them to be effective We must use all existing structures in the fellowship: Seminars, Chapter meetings, Rallies, Voice Walks etc. Our Mission Statement To help Believers to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and to grow spiritually. To train and equip men to fulfill the Great Commission.
We need to Spend time with and invest in the men be audio-visual models for them to follow. Phi 4:9 Practice what you've learned and received from me, what you heard and saw me do. No hypocrisy: Don t sit or stand like the Pharisees and teachers of the law. Matt 23: 1-3; 13, Luke 11:52. The focus is the men not the programmes
What then must we do?
Deploying the men. Parable of Talents Matt.25: Each man is given a gift, talent, requisite grace according to purpose: i) Five talents ii) Two talents iii) One talent. There must be diligence and faithfulness according to capacity and opportunities, Ephesians 4:7. There must be correct matching of talents and needs i.e. Assignments are based on identified issues. Now, get ready to advance with the men into the promised land to fulfil the vision under the Lord s banner.
Workshop Each ND to identify and discuss keys issues that you have had a challenge in deploying in raising the status of the men thus causing the logjam in his zone Focusing on the need to move from present situation, each National Director to come up with and discuss at least 5 Key Issues for his zone in this area and identify actions to be taken to address them Focusing on the need to move from present situation, each National Director to come up with and discuss at least 5 KPIs for his zone in this area Set out a timeline for implementation. How would you monitor performance?
