Do you want to become more active but are not sure where to start? The BTC RoadRunners training program will help you get ready to complete a half-marathon. We will be training for the Palm Beaches Marathon to be held on December 4, All interested participants should be able to walk three miles with no difficulty and be in good health. Training expectation is that a 15 minute mile or faster be walked. Group and individual scheduled training activities. We meet every Sunday for a group walk and/or run depending on your goals.
