3 40.Day is an annual national prayer initiative by LoveSingapore*. About 60,000 believers from both conservative and charismatic churches use the prayer guide produced by LoveSingapore every year. This year s theme is To The Ends Of The Earth where we'll track with Paul from Antioch to the ends of the earth (Acts 13-28). *LoveSingapore is a prayer-unity movement birthed by God in 1995 among likeminded pastors and leaders. Motivated by love and fuelled by prayer, they seek to bless Singapore and turn the heart of this nation Godwards. Their burning passion is the glory of God seen through a life changed, a church revived, a nation transformed, and a world evangelised! In conjunction with the Year of Preparation & Prayer at RiverLife, we will as a church family participate in this 40-day fasting & prayer period from 1 Jul to 9 Aug. Let us prepare our hearts to join the body of Christ in Singapore to seek the Lord. The prayer guides will be distributed during services on Sun, 1 Jul. 5 EVANGELISM EXPLOSION (EE) Introductory Tea Session Sat, 23 Jun 2pm Faith Chapel Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20 Evangelism Explosion trains you to share your faith in Christ and learn how to bring people from unbelief to belief. You will learn through various components including prayer, on-the-job training where the experienced lead the inexperienced, and the principle of spiritual multiplication. Topics include Witnessing As A Way Of Life, Sharing Your Testimony, The Gospel, Discipling New Believers and Handling Objections. RiverLife Church has conducted EE training since 1996 with more than 100 trainees to-date. Many were impacted and equipped with boldness to share the gospel in a relational way.
