3 The Method Our Ignatian programs are designed to target smaller groups of parishioners who are ready to dive deep into their faith. A small group who make Christ the center of their daily lives can transform a parish faith community more powerfully than a large group program that demands less personal investment. 5 The First Resource BUILD A SOLID PARISH DISCIPLESHIP TEAM IN TWO YEARS 50 people a year with FORTY WEEKS FORTY WEEKS Form Missionary Disciples: Allow 50 adults a year, 19 and older (or 2.5% of your parish), to make the FORTY WEEKS program. Select from your staff and parishioners people ready to dive deep into a relationship with Christ. Select especially those who know they need help because they will be the ones most responsive and in the end, the greatest evangelists for your faith community.

6 The Second Resource BUILD A SOLID PARISH DISCIPLESHIP TEAM IN TWO YEARS 200 People a year with the Whole-Life Confession THE WHOLE-LIFE CONFESSION Form Engaged Disciples: Allow 100 adults (or 4.5% of your parish) each during Advent and Lent to make the Whole-Life Confession. Invite people who need to experience Christ s Mercy in their lives and who are ready for growth. In two years you will have 400 (or 10%) adults with a transformative personal encounter with Jesus to form the core of your engaged disciples.

7 The Result IN TWO YEARS you will have 500 (or 15% of your parish adults) as Catholic missionary and engaged disciples who can take your parish or faith community to new highs.
