1 HOW TO SIGN UP FIND YOUR GROUP Whether you are a first time guest or have been here for years, we invite you to look through the catalog and find a group that best fits you. Groups are open to men and women and all ages, unless specifically stated in title of group. SIGN UP Simply find the group code number just to the left of the Group name and sign up at the counter in the lobby. You can also view this catalog online and submit your sign up there! SEE YOU THERE Leaders will expect you if you sign up and there is no need to do anything more! If location & date varies, your leader will you once you sign up. But if you decide to come last minute, just show up, no problem! Unless otherwise indicated, all groups will begin the week of Jan 22 and start on Tuesday Jan 24th. (Monday Jan 23 is Team Meeting and no groups will be held on that day.) A blue badge indicates a Guys Only group A pink badge indicates a Girls Only group

ParentLife is a 6-week course designed to guide you on your parenting journey. ParentLife is conversational, educational and intentional. At some point in our lives we all experience some challenge: disappointment, hurt, loss, emotional, spiritual or physical abuse or unexpected tragedies. The question is how do we respond to these experiences? We can find that thoughts and feelings that were once unthinkable now creep into our daily lives sadness, loneliness, anxiety, pessimism, bitterness, and even depression or anger! How do we overcome these challenges and experience the fullness of peace, love and joy that God intended us to experience in this life? In this life group we will look at the Scriptures for truth and provide practical tools on how we can refocus our hearts and minds on Jesus and BE the whole and balanced, faith filled women God intended. Together, we will find answers to these questions as we dive into Lysa Terkeurst s new book: Finding I Am (Coming out on January 4th) We will study how only Jesus can satisfy that deep cry in our heart. Divorce Care is a 13-week program designed to provide practical, biblically based strategies on how to move forward understanding God s forgiveness and direction for life. Each week will address a topic such as Why me, Depression, Facing Loneliness, Kid care, Forgiveness, Reconciliation and more. Divorce Care is a support group built on a foundation of hope and optimism around a relationship with Jesus. Our emotions control our actions more that we think!! Whether we see it or not our hidden or masked emotions can really knock us off our game, causing us to have behaviors and thoughts that we can t seem to shake. We can experienced disappointment, hurt, loss, hard/lost relationships, unexpected tragedies...there are all kinds of life stuff that can throw us off our game. For some of us our pasts can haunt us, emotional, spiritual or physical abuse, or even things we ve done, these can all affect our mind s balance day to day. Let s face it guys we do have feelings, some of these can overwhelm us at times - sadness, loneliness, anxiety, pessimism, bitterness, and even depression and anger! In this Life Group we will look at the Scriptures for the truth on how we can work to balance our minds and our hearts to overcome these hard to look at challenges. We will specifically look at our own individual root causes along with taking a close look at types of grieving, new perspectives on forgiveness, healing, developing right thinking and growing a mature heart and then practicing that new balance in our life. A great group for anyone wanting to take a closer look at how our minds work and how God s word applies to our emotional well being. Eph 4:17...no longer walk as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds. A great tool for this group is a journal. Alpha is a chance to explore and question the meaning of life. Over a series of about ten sessions, you ll find out about the basics of the Christian faith.
