1 OPENING Good Morning/evening My name is Bill James I am here with my wife, Danyal And our ministry assistant Katie From CCSE Our ministry is Agents for Christ I WANT TO PERSONALLY SAY THANK YOU FOR ALL THE SUPPORT YOU GUYS HAVE GIVEN TO OUR MINISTRY PRAISE GOD Video shows our last five years in ministry WE HAVE SPENT THE LAST 5 years on mission field 3 1/2 yrs in USA and 1 1/2 years in Uganda NOTHING BETTER THAN SERVING JESUS God wants to use you HERE and across the world World missions...as you support missionaries...send your Pastor...send out teams But... MISSIONS IS WHERE YOU ARE! There is a MISSION FIELD HERE! Today where God has you...is your MISSION FIELD WHATEVER GOD HAS YOU DOING...work, school, family Do it with all your heart FOR JESUS AS AN ACT OF WORSHIP As you are faithful where God has you He will lead you to the next MINISTRY I want to encourage you this morning/evening...to keep going...to step out in faith every day...share YOUR FAITH...to turn from your sin and follow Jesus

2 Testimony of how ministry began MANY YEARS AGO... Share testimony While we were serving in Uganda God showed us a great need... Desperate families everywhere Kids not able to go to school No money for medical treatment No hope in Christ We heard God's call and We stepped out in faith We identified the 20 most desperate families We bought a piece of property an built an office We hired a UG pastor to work w/them God also opened the door for us to buy a second piece a property in a second village Where we will be planting a church and reaching out to the people there. As you saw in the video we gave the people water. Now we want to give them living water. For $20 a month you can help us transform a whole family. EVERY PENNY YOU GIVE WILL GO TO THE FAMILY AND THEIR COMMUNITY SUCH A SMALL SACRIFICE TO MEET SUCH A GREAT NEED We would love to talk to you more about what God is doing after the service but right now let's get into God's word. I WANT TO CONTINUE THE SERVICE WITH A QUESTION Who is Jesus? SURF THE INTERNET AND YOU WILL GET MANY OPINIONS SOME SAY...GOOD PERSON...GREAT TEACHER...PROPHET...SOME SAY HE WAS CRAZY JESUS said "I am the way, the truth and the life"

3 Jesus asked his disciples in Luke 9:18 Luk 9:18 "Who do the crowds say that I am?" Luk 9:19 So they answered and said, "John the Baptist, but some say Elijah; and others say that one of the old prophets has risen again." Luk 9:20 He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" Peter answered and said, "The Christ of God." We each need to make a decision about Jesus WHAT YOU BELIEVE ABOUT JESUS DO YOU KNOW HIM?...know Him or know about Him JOHN ELWAY STORY...JESUS wants to know you! WHO JESUS IS TO YOU WILL DETERMINE HOW YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE JESUS IS GOD He is the creator Sustainer LORD OF ALL! JESUS IS ALIVE WE ALL NEED TO HAVE A PERSONAL ENCOUNTER WITH A LIVING GOD TODAY - ENCOURAGE YOU TO LIVE FOR JESUS Many people have the wrong idea about being a Christian BECOMING A CHRISTIAN IS NOT ADDING JESUS TO LIFE YOU ALREADY HAVE Like adding a membership to a fitness club it is surrendering everything and MAKING JESUS YOUR LIFE Rom 14:8 For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord's. YOU WERE BOUGHT WITH A PRICE 1Co 6:20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. We belong to God Everything we have belongs to God

4 Psa 24:1 A psalm of David. The earth is the LORD's, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to Him. People have wrong thinking in ANOTHER AREA I have my life My stuff My money And I will give a little to God RIGHT THINKING IT ALL BELONGS TO GOD WHAT DOES GOD WANT ME TO DO WITH IT? As you walk with JESUS, SERVE JESUS FALL IN LOVE WITH JESUS YOU WILL WANT TO SHARE JESUS EVANGELISM - SCARY WORD EVANGELISM IS SIMPLE Just a conversation about the most important thing in your life WHICH SHOULD BE JESUS IT IS MORE THAN WORDS IT IT HOW YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE WHY IS THAT NOT HAPPENING very much TODAY?...fear - enemy works through fear to keep you silent...self or SELFISH More concerned about self and comfort THAN SERVING GOD AND OBEYING JESUS Look in Isaiah 6 SEE an EXAMPLE GIVEN IN THE BIBLE Of A PERSON WHO HAD A PERSONAL ENCOUNTER WITH GOD AND WAS TRANSFORMED FOREVER 1) Read Isaiah 6:1-8 2) Let's pray GODS BEAUTY- Montana story FREE FROM SIN - I experienced same thing Personal encounter with a living God

5 STORY OF LADY AT BILLY GRAHAM TELECAST A FEW DAYS AGO WANTED TO COMMIT SUICIDE FORCED TO GO TO CHURCH MAN PRAYED FOR HER SHE SAW GOD AND HIS HOLINESS SAW HER SIN AND BROKENESS CRIED OUT TO GOD JESUS HEALED HER PERSONAL ENCOUNTER WITH GOD AND CHANGED FOREVER HAPPENED THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO- to Isaiah HAPPENED TO THAT GIRL ON THE BILLY GRAHAM SPECIAL GOD WANTS TO TRANSFORM YOU Jer 29:11-13 Jer 29:13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. Isaiah said "here I am send me" JESUS HAS SENT ALL OF US 2) Great Commission Matt 28:18-20 All Authority Does He have all authority in your life? If He does When He says "go" you will obey JESUS SAID "GO" MESSAGE TO SHARE! 3) Good News John 3:16 REPENT 4) POWER SOURCE - Acts 1:8 WE ARE A WITNESS TELL WHAT WE HAVE SEEN, HEARD EXPERIENCED 5)Testimony

6 Past life, when you got saved, what Jesus has done in your life The best testimony WORDS AND ACTIONS MUST MATCH 6)lead people to Christ by your life My wife 1peter 3:1-2 IN THE SAME WAY YOU CAN LEAD PEOPLE TO CHRIST BY HOW YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE PEOPLE MAY NEVER READ THE BIBLE BUT THEY WILL READ YOU 2Co 3:3 clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart. 7) eph 2:1 Were dead in sin - PEOPLE ARE DEAD IN SINS UGANDA STORY OF BABYIN STREET alive in Christ In Christ - in Ephesians 2 cor 5:17 GIVE THAT LIFE AS WORSHIP TO GOD 8) rom 12:1-2 Living sacrifice I beg you brothers by the mercies of God To offer your life as a living sacrifice Which is your reasonable service 9) example to follow Jesus Matt 16:24 Paul 1 cor 11:1 SEE CALL TO ALL OF US How can we have victory - Spiritual battle going on

Turn to 2nd Timothy 1:8 and 12 PAUL SUFFERED FOR CHRIST For name of Jesus TODAY NOT SAME PERSECUTION- BUT WE DO SUFFER PERSECUTION FOR JESUS - Bible attacked, faith attacked, TODAY YOU CAN TALK ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT JESUS WE ALSO SUFFER FROM Sickness Death Pain HOW WAS PAUL ABLE TO KEEP GOING? How can you keep going? Paul gives us the answer in 2nd Timothy 1:12 2Ti 1:12 For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day. Paul met Jesus, Walked with Jesus, had a close relationship with Jesus ABIDE WITH CHRIST As Paul committed his life to Christ, he learned to trust Jesus He can keep what you have committed to Him Until that day SAME FOR US TODAY JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY, FOREVER GOD KNOWS WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN KNOWS WHERE YOU ARE TODAY KNOWS WHERE YOU ARE GOING YOUR PAST, covered by the blood YOUR PRESENT, in His hands YOUR FUTURE, with Him in glory! AS YOU meet Jesus, Walk with Jesus, have a close relationship with Jesus As You committed your life to Christ, you will learn to trust Jesus YOUR LIFE WILL BE TRANSFORMED

8 JESUS WILL GIVE YOU THE STRENGTH TO HANDLE EVERYTHING HE LEADS YOU TO! Have you committed your life to Jesus He will keep you! HAVE YOU DONE THAT? WOULD YOU LIKE TO?
