Auxano was founded in 2004 by Will Mancini, the author of the book Church Unique: How Missional Leaders Cast Vision, Capture Culture, and Create Movement. Our navigators (the term we prefer to consultants ) have served as vision architects for hundreds of churches and ministries across the country including the leading churches within Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Assembly of God, EFCA, Church of Christ, and non-denominational settings. We have served churches in over 35 states and beyond the borders of North America. Our clients include notable ministries like Leadership Network and Upward Unlimited and pastors like Chuck Swindoll and Max Lucado. Coaching sessions range from transformational giving to giving systems audits to campaign follow-up. These days may include survey instruments or focus groups based on your needs. CAMPAIGN TOOLS Capital Campaign This multi-month coaching approach will help you craft a unique strategy and spiritual journey to raise funds above and beyond yearly budget receipts toward your capital need. Annual Giving Campaign In this multi-month coaching approach, you will craft a unique strategy and spiritual journey to increase passion, donors, and receipts toward your annual ministry budget. Auxano Communications and Design Unique campaign themes are implemented through comprehensive design and communication services. Included in these services is social media integration. Campaign Curriculum Originally written, one-of-a-kind curriculum is developed for all campaign messages including all age group ministries and small group formats. Generosity Campaign Review and refine many of the aspects that affect financial resources i.e. vision clarity, alignment, expenses, culture, discipleship, and giving (just to mention a few). 7 A Process Designed Just For You The perfect blend of consulting and coaching through onsite engagements or virtual checkpoints will be developed around your preferences and needs. ONSITE PROGRESS A navigator will come onsite to your campus or retreat setting for 4-6 hours of side-by-side, dedicated work. This is accompanied by 30 days of virtual coaching for the necessary work prior to or following up from the onsite experience. OTHER SERVICES FROM AUXANO Our full range of services are delivered from one-day, break-thru engagements to extended onsite processes (6, 9, and 12 months).
