1 Southwark Diocese Resource Exchange Resourcing Children and Young People s Mission and Ministry
2 Southwark Diocese Resource Exchange resourcing Children and Young People s Mission and Ministry About Now in its second year the Resource Exchange continues to offer free loans of resources to support and enrich children and young people s mission and ministry in churches and schools throughout the Anglican Diocese of Southwark. It is a joint partnership between the Children and Young People s Mission and Ministry team of the Diocese (CYPM&M) and the Cathedral Education Centre. We are encouraging churches and schools to be a part of this through our free membership scheme. Our resources include: Worship Resources Labyrinths Godly Play story boxes Group Resources Large Play items We have called it a Resource Exchange as churches may have resources that they would like to share with others using this centre. Contact us if you have an item you would like to share or suggestions for the purchase of new resources. Booking This is for members only. To join go to resourceexchange and download a membership form. Complete the form and return it to the centre. To book contact the Education Centre with the dates and details of what you require. We suggest booking early to avoid disappointment (allow ten working days). If you need help and advice on how to use the items, then do contact us. Delivery and Returns We are keen to make this as easy as possible to use. We currently offer a free* delivery and returns service for Anglican Churches in the Diocese of Southwark and SDBE schools. There may be additional postage and packing costs for larger items. Some heavier items are collection only as indicated. Any item may be collected in person, but this must be by prior arrangement. The loan period is three weeks. Any problems or questions do contact us. *terms and conditions apply available on request. A few other details The project is administered by the Cathedral Education Centre, which is often busy with school groups. Please use or telephone and if there is no reply someone will get back to you as soon as possible. We suggest early booking to avoid disappointment. Please allow 10 working days for processing a request and organising delivery. If an item is required more quickly, please contact the Education Centre. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe and proper use of all resources. We cannot be held liable for any loss, accident or injury. Churches and schools not in the Diocese of Southwark are welcome to use the centre, however there will be a small charge for the loan, in addition to delivery costs. Contact Southwark Diocese Resource Exchange edcentre@southwark.anglican.org
