PHOTOGRAPHY MAKE-UP DAY FOR CENTENNIAL ANNIVERSARY JOURNAL November 13, 2016 (TODAY) has been designated to take pictures of any approved ministries, associate ministers, choirs, ministry leaders, etc. The photographers will be in the gym after 8:00 AM worship service for your convenience. WANT MORE WORD? November 13, 2016 (TODAY) Royal worships the Jerusalem Baptist Church, St. George, SC for their 150 th Church Anniversary. Pastor Holt will bring the Word and the Mass Choir will minister in song. Transportation will be provided and will leave at 2:00 PM. Come go with us! MISSIONARY MINISTRY MEETING The Jr. Missionary Ministry will hold its monthly meeting along with the Charleston County Baptist Association, Thursday, November 17 th at 6:00 PM in the Main Sanctuary upstairs in the Piano Room. SENIOR MINISTRY 11 th ANNIVERSARY Sunday, November 20 th - 11:15 AM Service Royal s senior members are invited to join us following the 11:15 AM for our Senior Ministry s Anniversary Celebration at the Royal Banquet and Conference Center. Join us for dinner, fun and fellowship. It s our Annual November Scholarship Fund Drive All members are asked to give a $25.00 (or as best you are able) donation to the Church Scholarship Fund. All funds go to educational scholarship and ACT/SAT fees for Royal members going to college You re Invited to the A very blessed event will be occurring at Royal Missionary Baptist Church, Sunday, December 11 th and you are invited to join in this joyous celebration! Eight of our Brothers will be ordained as a Deacon of the church. We will begin the Ordination Service at 5:00 PM in the Church Sanctuary. We pray that you will attend this momentous occasion and ask that you be in prayer for the Brothers as they formally accept the position and responsibilities as an appointed servant of God. Whoever wants to serve me must follow me, so that my servant will be with me where I am. And my Father will honor anyone who serves me. John 12:26

6 Royal Baptist Gearing Up For OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD 2016 Since 2009, the Senior Missionaries, the Royal Church family and our dedicated community friends have jointly packed Christmas boxes for needy children throughout the world. Don t miss this evangelistic opportunity to minister to the less fortunate by packing completely filled shoeboxes. Put a bright smile on the face of a deserving child and be a part of this hands on missionary project! We packed 989 boxes in Our projected goal this year is 1,000 boxes. Involve family and members, co-workers, friends, neighbors, etc. Make donations and we will shop for you. The cost of packing one box is $ Use plastic shoe boxes, regular shoe boxes or Operation Christmas Child boxes. Operation Christmas Child boxes & flyers will be distributed in the lobby after service. Do not include toy guns, knives, military figures, chocolate, food, lotions, medications, vitamins, breakable items, glass containers or aerosol cans. You may pack hard candy, but do not send out of date candy. Do not tape boxes; place rubber bands around boxes. Rubber bands will be available when you return your boxes. Return your boxes any time between this Sunday and November 13 th by placing them on a designated table in the front lobby. Dedication Sunday at Royal is today. The more boxes packed, the more children will receive gifts & simultaneously hear about the Good News of Jesus Christ in their own language. We will also accept items in bulk form such as ink pens, pencils, note pads, compositions, paper, hard candy, toothbrushes, toothpastes (check with your dentist) tee shirts, flip flops or any bulk items donated by businesses or retail stores. The last day to turn in boxes for 2016 is Sunday, November 20 th. God s richest blessings upon you for your generous support.
