Distribution of Communion Please come forward to kneel or stand if you are unable. The Church of England welcomes communicant members of all Churches who have been baptized with water in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, to receive Holy Communion in faith, hope and charity. If you would like to receive a blessing, please fold your arms when approached or carry your order of service with you. If you would like to make enquiries about baptism or confirmation, or preparation to receive communion, please contact one of the clergy. During the Distribution of Communion, the Choir sing a motet O hearken thou unto the voice of my calling, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I make my prayer. 17 NOTICES Today we say goodbye to Matthew Reese, our Master of the Music, who has served ably, wisely and faithfully the past two years. We are also grateful to all the singers who are moving on, and who have enabled us to offer beautiful and edifying worship week by week. Many other in the community will be moving on to new programmes, homes and jobs. We wish you all well and hope that you will drop in on us when you are back in Oxford. If you wish to keep in touch and support the work and ministry of the House, why not become a Friend of Pusey House? Daily Offices begin with Matins at 7.40am (Fridays we begin with the Litany at 7.30am) with mass celebrated at 8.00am, followed by a light breakfast. A ten minute pause for prayer and reflections takes place in the chapel at noon during the week. Evensong is sung at 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. are warmly invited to worship with us. The daily office will continue on this schedule for all of this week. For the two following weeks (i.e. weeks commencing 25 th June and 2 nd July) the schedule will be 8.40am Morning Prayer, 9am Mass (followed by breakfast), 5.30pm Evening Prayer. Common Good: We shall be exploring the Church's response to modern slavery and how our community may engage with this. Monday 18 June, at 6:00pm in the Hood Room, beginning with soup. are welcome. Pilgrimage, Picnic, Pub! (RSVP): Next week Wednesday, 20th June, following Evening Prayer we will make a mini-pilgrimage to St Margaret's, Binsey, culminating in a service of Compline. We will leave Pusey at 6:30pm and walk to Port Meadow, where we will have a picnic. At about 8:00pm we will head on to St Margaret's and say Compline, and prayers at the well. We will then proceed to the Perch before returning to Pusey House. are most welcome, please let us know (pusey.sacristan@stx.ox.ac.uk) if you would like to come to the picnic. (NB There will be a wet weather plan!)

18 Exposition and Compline: On the Thursdays of 7th, 8th and 9th Weeks, there will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at 9:00pm, followed by Compline at 9:30pm Totus Christus: Knowing and loving the Son of Man: all are welcome to the opening Mass of the 2018 theological conference. Monday 7 July 11am. Our preacher will be the Rt Rev d Anthony Burton, Rector of the Church of the Incarnation, Dallas, TX and sometime Bishop of Saskatchewan. The first High Mass of Michaelmas term is on Sunday of 1 st Week, 7 October. The daily offices resume on Monday of 0 th Week, 1 October.
