3 the breaking of the bread the communion of the people Communion today is by intinction (dipping the bread into the cup). There will be four serving stations at the front of the sanctuary. Please come forward using the center aisle. the two outside cups, farthest from the center aisle, contain wine. The center two cups contain grape juice. Go to the serving station of your choice, and return to your pew by the side aisles. Those in the balcony or side pews are asked to make their way to the center aisle as well. Blue We Care Cards are for messages of care to persons of the congregation, these cards will be mailed the following week. Cards are available in the pew racks. 6 IT S TIME TO ORDER POINSETTIAS! The Board of Deacons invites you to share in providing poinsettia plants as Christmas gifts to nursing home and homebound members of the church. Plants will decorate the sanctuary. The cost is $13.00 per plant. You may pick up your plant for your own use following the 11:00 p.m. Christmas Eve service if you designate on the form below that you wish to do so. If you do not want to pick it up, the plant will be assigned before the service for delivery to a member or friend of the congregation. Please complete the form below and return it, with your payment, to the church office no later than Monday, Dec. 10. Please note on your payment that it is for a poinsettia plant.
