RENEWAL The Call to Renewal Isaiah 6: In the year that King Uzziah died I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up; and the train of his robe filled the temple. 2 Above him stood the seraphim. Men s Morning Study LIFE Group- to resume on Wednesday, January 9 at 6:00am. Hymn Sing - On Sunday, January 13 from 1:00pm -2:00pm at Someren Glen Retirement Community. Men s Evening Study LIFE Group - 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at Paul Sauer s House at 7:00pm. Next meeting is on Wednesday, January 16. Second Saturday Social Saturday, January 12 from 9:00am -11:00am Ladies (ages 10 and up) please join us for a time of fun, fellowship, and food! We will meet in the Fellowship Hall for a potluck brunch, devotion time, and opportunity to learn a new skill. Currently we have ladies who will be teaching crochet, knitting, embroidery, and cross stitch. You can also bring your own small project to work on while visiting with other ladies in our church or just come and eat and visit and make some new friends! Please contact Lori Lansberry if you have questions or if you have a project idea that you would like to teach others during this time. Congregation Meeting - Sunday, January 13 right after service in the Sanctuary for the purposes of re-electing Tim Berglund to serve another term as Ruling Elder for Skyview. Save the Date: Annual Ladies Tea - Saturday, February 2 from Noon-2:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. The theme this year is The Tie That Binds, and everything will be black and white with a more formal feel. While NOT required, we thought it would be fun to dress accordingly, so if you d like, come in black and/ or white -- even semi-formal attire could be fun.
