1 The Voice From The Temple TM THE TEMPLE OF THE PRESENCE Dictations of the Ascended Masters July 14, 2012 Elohim Arcturus Tucson, Arizona Let the Power of Elohim Be Close at Hand! And Elohim said, LET THERE BE LIGHT! And the Earth came into being. I AM the Elohim Arcturus! And in the fullness of the Radiance of God Consciousness, I stream forth to the Earth the Ray of my God Identity that will consume the darkness and will establish once again the pristine Edenic Forms, ideals, and divine way of life so that you, the blessed Sons and Daughters of God, might fulfill your Divine Destiny! Your life was never intended to be this challenging. For indeed, to come into incarnation was a challenge enough! So those who win their Victory at the close of this lifetime surely will be crowned with many crowns of the Glories of God that they have achieved! For you have had to surmount many obstacles and challenges that the adepts of old were not always faced with. Surely there were always areas of instruction and teaching that were required, and the same Mastery of Cosmic Law was necessary to draw attainment and virtue to the fore. But consider how vast is the human creation presently rampant upon the planet how many lifestreams there are spewing out miscreation, causing the very Scales of Justice to be weighted down and then consider that your lifestream has been called to the fore to engage in a more than ordinary release of Light through your vehicles of consciousness to hold the balance for all of that miscreation. How magnificent it is for you to be able to hold the Patterns of the Blueprint of God, of your own Mighty I AM Presence firmly etched upon the screen of your life so that you can remain in the constant state of recognition and Christ Discrimination of that face, that vibration, that demeanor, that virtue, which only comes forth when the Presence of God is nigh.

2 Throughout the vastness of the Kingdoms of God, there are many Cosmic Beings who look upon the affairs of the Earth and marvel that there are those Sons and Daughters of God able to come together, rejoicing in the Spirit of God, proclaiming their God Identity, and fulfilling all that is asked of them, every moment of every day. You have upheld a glorious balance for the Earth! I will not say that it is enough. But certainly there are those who have come to the fore, who have engaged in the Holy Vigils, those who have called forth the Violet Flame and all of the Angels and Archangels who serve the Sons and Daughters of God and assist them in the many and varied avenues that require a balance to be held, that require transmutation to come to the fore, that require purification and the Fires of God to rage mightily. All this must be invoked with constancy so that there can be a new day for the Sons and Daughters of God to breathe in the rarefied atmosphere of their own Mighty I AM Presence and qualify the very outer world about them. All the while, they are moving through their karma, transmuting it, and shifting the currents of their own life so that they are resonating with the Fullness of the Mind of God. And when you begin to understand, as many of you have, how that One Mind of God works, all the while giving deference to the Individualization of God that comes to the fore even now through your own Threefold Flame of the Heart it is no wonder that when you gather together under the canopy prepared for you as this Etheric City so close at hand in the proximity of this Altar that you, blessed ones, would have that opportunity to elevate your consciousness out of the morass, the diseased, and all manner of miscreation and find your Crown, until that day you are firmly vested in the Royal Robes and Scepter of Divine Authority as issued by the Mighty I AM Presence! Think for a moment. If you were not able to draw forth and cognize the very idea of all that the Mighty I AM Presence is, of the very possibilities of becoming that Presence here and now, can you not begin to see what a different world this would be? Your Flame could not be engaged victoriously in the battle that rages. And it does rage, blessed ones, ofttimes out of the purview of your gaze or your attention. For after all, you are holding your consciousness upon the Mind of God. You are establishing enough of the current of the Light of God flowing through you that your own world is without a doubt a Golden Age where you are! But not far removed from 2

3 your Golden Age of One, there are many who are laboring, struggling, and drowning neath the waves of the untransmuted vehicles of consciousness they wear. And therefore, you perform a sacred and oh so Holy Service to God in Life. For you uphold the Flame upon the Altar of the Heart of those who know not they have a Flame. You call forth in the sacred sciences the Rituals of Divine Intervention by the Hierarchy of Light, by the Holy Angels, by Elohim so that a Resurrection can occur in the Earth; and a floodtide of the Violet-Purple Ray does pour forth, first in Transmutation and then in the lowering of the Royal Robes round about their countenance as they uphold the Sacred Trust given into their keeping long ago at the first incarnation by their Mighty I AM Presence and by the Manu of their Root Race. Knowing this, blessed hearts, you will continue to stay the course, striving mightily to uphold all that your Presence has desired of you. And it is not enough at a certain point on your journey for you to merely coast along and wait for some prompting from the Presence. The true attainment that you are to draw forth is knowing internally that Individual Presence, connecting with the Flames upon the Altar of your Heart, and initiating cycles in your life! Those who wait and wait and wait may find themselves waiting for millenniums! The Presence of God is already announcing to your lifestream certain areas of consciousness you should be appropriating that are the higher Truths of Cosmic Law, the Divine Intervention of your own Mighty I AM Presence by the Rays of God Light, and the fulfilling, blessed ones, of the Virtues of the Christ that you have begun to know so well. But you cannot procrastinate or wait for cataclysm to fall round about your feet before finally engaging with enough Fire to commit to the Mighty I AM Presence! Do you suppose that Elohim wait for the promptings of Alpha and Omega before we come to assist the Earth? We uphold our responsibilities for what we have created far more than you can imagine! Wherever the consciousness of Elohim has been sown into the fabric of Life, into the building of worlds, there our Consciousness is always tethered! And therefore, we send forth our Emissaries of Light and call for the reinforcements of the Holy Angels to assist at every turn when there appears to be a vibration that is not being upheld in certain corners of life! 3

4 It is our Gratitude to the Torch Bearers of The Temple for the balance that you hold. For, many times, we do not have to come to save you; we come to reinforce what you are already accomplishing! And this is indeed the Divine Plan for all of the Sons and Daughters of God. Yes, we do come willingly, swiftly, intently when the need of the hour arises! But we would far more desire to expand our Light in accelerating the opportunities that you are afforded, that mankind is capable of holding as Divine Consciousness, as an action that reflects the Archetypal Pattern of the Divine Blueprint that they initiated at the very first incarnation, rather than always coming to clean up a mess that the human creation has created out of nothingness. That which was born of nothingness will return to nothingness! For when you strip away the Presence of God, what else is left? You should understand this as it relates to drawing your attention and your Light out of those areas of life that are harmful to any part of life so that you will not be associated any longer in a figure-eight flow with committing your life s energy into negativity and miscreation. Therefore, understand you are required to change your associations so that you are not in a continual figure-eight flow with lifestreams who constantly draw your Light from you, siphoning it off and utilizing it in areas of expression that are lesser states of consciousness where the Christ Consciousness cannot abide. These are the things, blessed hearts, that neophyte priests and priestesses of the Sacred Fire will examine in their lives. For there are many levels and gradations of commitment that the Sons and Daughters of God may choose to engage in with their Mighty I AM Presence. Perhaps this is just the beginning of you even knowing you have a Mighty I AM Presence. Perhaps, up until this day, you have not known what an Elohim is! You may have done well just to understand and accept that there are Angels. Well now consider the Angelic Kingdom, the vastness of the Ascended and Cosmic Beings. Then consider the Elohim and all the Elemental Forces of Nature under the God Control of ourselves as well as subject to the Hierarchs of the Elements. Consider the Chohans who serve on those Elements and the vast array of God Qualities. Consider all the Entire Spirit of the Brotherhood of Light, all of us working as one Spiritual Body, holding a balance for the many Sons and many Daughters upon the Earth! There are more in the Ascended Octaves, in the Realms of Purity than are presently embodied upon the Earth! Given the attainment and the abilities 4

5 of certain lifestreams and their Divine Plan, many times there will be ten, twenty, or more Ascended Masters who are responsible for assisting those individual lifestreams! Have you ever considered how much Energy of God goes into assisting you, loving you, caring for the Flame upon the Altar of your Heart, establishing a momentum of Vibration so that as you walk into that Vibration you are suddenly caught in the updraft of the Light? You are lifted out of the negativity and, suddenly, there is a new perspective according to what your Presence desires you to be able to see and do. These are the ways and the workings of the Hand of God. These are the subtleties that go on, ofttimes more ignored than recognized. But now that you have awakened to the Reality of God, now that you have a glimpse of Cosmic Beings and their support of your lifestream, and now that you understand the Allness of God that comes forth from The One that you are a part of, that you have been born from, that you co-create with, that you establish right within your own vehicles of consciousness as creation with God all of this, blessed ones, should give you a new perspective of how you will move through the remainder of this lifetime and all future lifetimes. Or, if this is the time, you are going directly to the Ascension in the Light! The Twin Flame Action of my Beloved and me always stands for the fullness of your Victory. We know that by the time you have come to the place of recognizing and beginning to internalize the full implications of your own Mighty I AM Presence, there have already been layers of density consumed by your returning karma. For by the sweat of your brow and the struggles of life even without the Power of Invocation to the Violet Flame you have balanced a great deal of your karma, sufficient that you might have a glimpse of what is possible for you. Perhaps you didn t think your karma could get any worse. Even as you strive mightily to invoke the Violet Flame daily, you wonder, Where is all this opposition coming from? Was I truly that bad of a person in my former lives? How long do you think it has taken for you to get to this point where you could engage in the Power of Invocation, calling forth the Light of God and reordering the patterns of your life back into that Edenic Blueprint of your first incarnation? The thousands of embodiments that you have had have left their scars, their residue silted over your consciousness. 5

6 The saving grace is that once you have a glimpse that the greater purpose in life is being upheld for you by your own Mighty I AM Presence, offered to you as opportunity and extended to you by the glorious assistance of the Entire Spirit of the Brotherhood of Light, how can you refuse it? How can you ignore it? How can you let another day go by that you do not proclaim to your outer vehicles: Thus far and no further! It is time for you to stand tall in the firmness of the White Light of Purity and allow for each of your spiritual centers to be activated in the radiance that was intended so that you have swirling all about you the Light of God, the Activity of God. And at any given time, you are able to appropriate the Mind of God, the Light of God, the dimensions and details of the Consciousness of God! And yes, blessed hearts, the Power of God! Elohim know Power. But it is not because we began yesterday in wielding that Power. Elohim come to their Office by hundreds of thousands and millions of years as you count time, exercising the God Direction, the God Details, the God Dimension, and the orderly cycles in accordance with the Great I AM and all that is commanded by the Great I AM. Because of the Power we wield, we know that should a subtle shift of our gaze not be held firmly in the balance of the Purity of the Light of God, cataclysm would ensue. And so we hold firm to God Control, as should you. Therefore, when we elect to initiate certain cycles upon the Earth, when there is Dispensation from the Great I AM that is to come forth through Elohim, there are Legions of Angels from each of the Rays of God Consciousness and each of the Pranic Breaths that are enlisted to go forward and hold the balance upon the Earth so that as the Light and God Consciousness are released, they shall surely perform their Perfect Work in the order and manner in which God desires. Therefore, if you, blessed ones, are to have the opportunity to drink in the Consciousness of Elohim, you are required to hold that selfsame God Control of our Power, for you are responsible for every jot and tittle of God Energy that moves through you every conveyance of word, every thought that you think, every action you engage in! All of this because Elohim have come here and given you the opportunity to receive our Consciousness, accelerating your vehicles and establishing more of the God Identity that you are! 6

7 Blessed ones, throughout the ages there have been many cycles when we have petitioned the Great I AM to allow us to intercede, to come with more frequency, to adopt certain lifewaves upon the Earth so that we could more effectively engage. But it was not until the Sons and Daughters of God could receive the full teaching of the Great Pranic Breaths of the Elemental Forces of Nature that we were allowed to come as close as we do, to reverberate our Consciousness into your body temple, accelerating on the planes of consciousness each of your vehicles so that the Presence of God would have a more viable body in which to convey the Light, the Power, and the Consciousness of God that is required on the Earth here and now. For yes, blessed ones, we do not look to a thousand years from now and what might be the need then. We look to this moment, this cycle, here and now! And we take you at your word that you are ready. Though you must understand, we have tested you mightily on many fronts! When you have the knowledge and the awareness of all that is to come to bear upon Earth as a result of your Mighty I AM Presence working through these vehicles of consciousness that you wear, it can ofttimes be daunting. There are those who have become frozen in their tracks thinking surely they could not accomplish that feat. Surely, it would take a better man or woman more resilient to the Fire of God than you have expected that you are. Surely, it would take someone wiser, more understanding of Cosmic Law. But I tell you, blessed ones, once a youth has come sufficiently into the day of their adulthood with Clarity and Purity still upon them, they are capable of holding the Fire that we as Elohim require. If a youth in their twelfth or thirteenth year is able to be the instrument of God, how much greater is the opportunity that you can bring to the fore? For after all, you have benefit of knowing firsthand what not to do, where not to engage, what cycles you find distasteful, and certainly what does not rise to the level of Christhood! Many have gone through the schoolroom of Earth without benefit of the Violet Flame or the Clarity of Vision from Cyclopea, or Purity from Mighty Astrea, or the Strength of Hercules. And yet, you are expected to recognize the difference. You are being taught co-measurement. The more that you are in the Vibration of the Ascended and Cosmic Beings, their Keynote Vibration, their Consciousness, their Momentum, their Identity, 7

8 the more you are able to recognize God Vibration. And, as such, you are fine-tuning and honing your outer vehicles so those spiritual centers of being that you are required to exercise can come to the fore for your God Victory. Throughout the ages there have been many who have stood as examples of God-Free Beings. They have exhibited upon their Heart a Fire that would consume all of the distrust of the naysayers, all manner of aggression thrust against them and still stood radiating a countenance full of the Glory and Light of their Presence shining forth. You, blessed hearts, are learning how to stand in that Shekhinah Glory, the Light of God, a consciousness worthy to be in the Presence of Elohim, to take the transfer of Power from your Mighty I AM Presence and utilize it wisely, according to the Truth of Cosmic Law as divinely intended for God in Life! Have you taken note that all that you are blessed with is not intended for you to utilize in realms of negativity, miscreation? It is to be utilized for God in Life! Elohim have sown into the body consciousness of the Earth, the Waters, the Fire, the Air, Akasha all that the Great I AM has intended as that Glorious Body of God! You wear bodies born of God! And, as such, when you are given the release of Light, Life, and Love of God, it is for the express purpose of God in Life. That means, blessed hearts, the Flames of Transmutation are freeing God in Life! The Flames of Purity are refining and dissolving away the unreality to release the Purity, the Beauty, and the Forms fashioned by God! And when there is an activity that is to be engaged, it is for the express purpose of the Energy going forward to facilitate a purpose for God, an action that will RELEASE! MOVE! CHANGE! CREATE! MORE OF GOD! So, blessed hearts, as you return to your respective homes, taking up the day-to-day responsibilities that you have incurred and that you by the Hand of God have been placed in charge of, understand that they are not the whole of your being or your existence. Quite on the contrary, you are not expected to just exist. You are not in survival mode. You are intended to be a Body of God Consciousness, initiating cycles of God Good, creating aspects of God, sowing the seeds of Cosmic Law! All this because you have awakened to the Flame within! I stand fully galvanized with my Beloved to release into the Earth in Cosmic Proportions an Action of the Violet-Purple Ray that can draw into itself as a great magnet much of the confusion and confounding of the 8

9 mind that separates the consciousness of many of the Sons and Daughters of God from their True Identity and their Christ Consciousness! I call this forth with the assistance of the Archangels and Archeiai and their Legions! And I, ARCTURUS, stand firmly with my Crown radiating the Golden Hue of the Mind of God of the Great I AM! Let that Consciousness of the Mind of God be in you! And let the Power of Elohim be close at hand when the cycles are nigh for you to draw it forth! And you will see how the glorious mountain will come to you! And you will command the rivers and the ocean tides to be stilled. You will understand how to have the very thought conveyed round the Earth through the Air Element, circling back and containing that same thought, undistorted, in Purity. You will likewise learn how to move within the Fires of God ignited from the Threefold Flame of your Heart and residing upon the spiritual centers of your being so that you at any time can be utilized by your Mighty I AM Presence as the Pillar of Light and Consciousness of God that is intended! As this Activity and Dispensation of Light goes forth, know, blessed ones, that all are safe, all are secure! For Twelve Archangels and their Archeiai stand in the Earth to hold the balance with me! Let your Heart soar in the acceleration of the Victory of your lifestream and the overcoming of all of the sense of limitation in your world that would keep you from thrusting forward the Power of God and the Light for Holy Purpose in the Earth!
