1 Beloved and Esteemed Members of this Elemental Grace Alliance, Dear Mother and Father Omega and Alpha, Beloved Beings of God s Love, Light and Life Who surround Us Here and Who have Supported the Whole Alliance from the beginning. Beloved Souls of Mother Earth and the New Disciples; Mighty Elementals, Nature Spirits, Devas, Angels and Angelic Host, And Blessed Electrons of All Creation; and last but not least, Our Dear Peter, the One Whose Heart has Allowed for this Golden Ray of the Sacred Fire to become Manifest here upon Earth; I come before You today, 4 th February, 2016, in this most Formal Way, for I have something I wish to Celebrate with you All, something, that indeed, is a first in the history of mankind. Many unascended human beings have accomplished many things within their physical Spirit Manifestations, but none have ever achieved such a dynamic and ever expanding Manifestation of Spirit upon the Surface of the Earth, as this Elemental Grace Alliance Project! Not without prior awareness and consciousness of the processes involved; not by Faith and Trust alone; not without having a Direct Communication Channel opened to them; and certainly not magnetizing to themselves All Appropriate Levels of Hierarchy that have come to Consciously and Selflessly Offer Their Services in Support of such a Creation; and last but not least, never from a simple thought form that came about because they simply wanted to help the Elementals and Human Beings Build a Bridge to Freedom. Peter s Proposal, To change or rewrite the Divine Charters with God for the Elementals and Nature Kingdoms, so that a radical and significant shift can be made toward humanity s conscious awareness about their interrelatedness and co-creational abilities for a more active and mutually beneficial co-creative collaboration together, created a huge upset throughout the Universe and ignited great concern among so many of the Hierarchy. But after immediate investigation, all concerns were promptly extinguished, due to a Purity and Innocence that Over Lighted the Entire Desire by Peter himself! Beloved Hearts, you have Heard and read the story, and now with a few days to go in the closing Discourses, I Am sure that you will agree with Me, that this has been a huge success. It was never really about Changing the Charters of the Elemental Kingdoms, but more about Humanity becoming more aware and more aligned to the Reality of the Elementals and the Parts that They play within the lives of human beings upon the planet. It is so much more than that, because not only has this opened the floodgates for Grand New Gesticulations of expanding this idea, it will indeed lead to a quicker Evolutionary Path for the Elementals, Devas and Angelic Host, that will indeed Change the Charters in ways that humanity has never even considered before. And that is why this single act has been so Unique and So Precious to so many! I can feel Peter squirming in his seat right now. But nevertheless, it needs to be Acknowledged for this indeed has set another Precedent for many others to follow in Their Own Love, Wisdom and Power! It is the Natural Law that Adoration be given Homage to, where Honor and Reverence is due. Gratitude should never be withheld from anyone or anything, for the sake of saving embarrassment or the feelings of discomfiture. The Truth Is What It Is, and so Is Adoration, the Gratitude and Appreciation for the God I Am Presence Shining It s Love, Light and Life in Service to the Whole. Shrugging your shoulders Peter, is not conducive to Honoring the God I Am Within You! We Love You Dear Soul and We are going to thank you this day, that I Vesta, can promise you that! We Know your Motives and We Know your having no need for Acknowledgement or Gratitude, but It Is God s Law to Honor All In Love and this is no exception, just a little different from the main stream. So We today are Honoring You Peter for Your Magnificent Achievements throughout these Elemental Grace Alliance Discourses. Vesta takes a momentary pause as I regain my composure and connection, for I am trying to write while feeling this nervous embarrassment of what may be coming! I Am a behind the scene man and that suits me fine! This is so not about me, it is about All of Humanity and how We can help them to become Free! God s Idea and God s Plan! But I Know that God has other Plans for me, now that these

It is no mistake that I, Godmother of The Mother s Love, Am the penultimate Speaker within this Alliance. It Is indeed My Duty within The Charters and Fiats that I have with God and for Finalization before this Elemental Grace Alliance can be Sanctioned and come to a close for now, I must first Honor My Responsibilities according to the Superior Design of the Greater Plan. But before I step into My Official Duty, allow me to share something that has already been discussed by God Himalaya when He spoke about getting to Know Us better. I wish to elaborate upon it, ever so slightly; just to give the New Disciples reading this, a better understanding, to use in their experiential journeys ahead of them. At the time when We, Helios and Vesta, your Solar Sun, Chose to Create this Universe, Twelve Great Beings Volunteered to Embody the Twelve Fold Natures of Our Sun Godliness and Goddessliness. These Mighty Beings Chose to Become the Divine Foci of the Distinguished Virtues within the Electronic Belt around Us. They came from the Godhead of Alpha and Omega, the Great Central Sun or the Sun Behind the Sun! Each One Specializes in a Specific Virtue that is Divinely Apportioned Around Us in 12 Equal Vectors; each Vector, Is Held within an Etheric Temple and relates to your Astrology upon Earth, but, I will add, that Earth s Astrology has been defiled to some degree over the centuries by mankind, but that is not for discussion at this time. These Temples and Their Hierarchal Sponsors Imbue, Radiate and Magnetize Their Extraordinary Divine Pressures with Concentrated Service, Our Virtues to All Planets and other Planetary Bodies within Our Radiant Forcefield. These Virtuous Temples, along with their Astrological Signs and Hierarch Are; Temple Of Wisdom - Aries Mighty Aries Temple Of Faith, Strength, Valor & Power -Taurus Mighty Hercules Temple Of Love - Gemini Buddha Maitreya Temple Of Concentration By Consecration - Cancer Majestic Vista Temple Of Ceremony And Knighthood - Leo Mighty Apollo Temple Of Balance, Safety And Confidence - Virgo Majestic Virgo Temple Of Freedom and Liberty - Libra Beloved Libra Temple Of Victorious Completion - Scorpio Mighty Victory Temple Of Fire Spirit & Rapture - Sagittarius God Zarathustra Temple Of Coalescence, Discretion & Intuition - Capricorn Goddess Minerva Temple Of Progress & Strengthening Aquarius Mighty Aquarius Temple Of Purity - Pisces Mighty Neptune So you see Beloveds there are now more Temples of Love and Light for you to become aware of that will be of Great Use to you, as you go forth and Create Your New Radiation Centres; Take Great Care within Your Endeavors, for There Are Magnificent Powers associated with these Levels of Our Radiation Centres! One step at a time Dear Hearts! Now I wish to address that which I have come forward today to do; to Honor Peter and the Responsibilities that he himself has accepted. Let me explain; Before any New Idea, Plan, Project or Movement can begin, especially one that has the ability to affect millions, even billions of life streams, they must first come before Me, Vesta, so that I can determine the vibrational frequencies of his or her 4 lower bodies and Stream Their Higher Causal Bodies, to Read their Entire Energetic Encodements and Akashic Records, Their Gifts, Talents and Virtues, and then to determine where their Soul is upon the Path of Evolution and what are the present States of Soul Fragmentations, before I will Invest My Energy with Their Cause. So when a desire is created for such a task that may benefit mankind and life upon Mother Earth by a being, along with his or her Sponsor or Sponsors, they then have to travel through All 7 Spheres, looking to find other Causal/Monadic Beings Who Will Acknowledge the New Movement and give Their Agreements to Over Light, Serve and Support it. When sufficient Support is gathered, then that being and his or her

3 Sponsor, are Obligated by Universal Law, to come before Me, to obtain My Permission and My Agreement to Invest My Energies in him or her and their Movement. When Lord Buddha and the Master Jesus carried the word of God forth, they, through their own endeavors and efforts, had to pierce into the Highest Realms of Light and into the Heart of Heaven to gain the Word of God. They would then carry back, first hand, the results of Their Experiences in Their Own Consciousnesses, but when unascended human beings upon Earth signify a desire to Know Truth and to Magnetize the Ethers to open, until the Veil of the Silence has been parted, he or she, of their own volition are not able to rise into the Heart of the Father and Mother. Yet, still having the investment of his or her unascended Light, they can draw with Great Responsibility the Word of Truth to the people through themselves, no matter who their teachers may have been. So he or she is indeed, Divinely Blessed, because they have Magnetized the Truth unto themselves by their own Volition, while evolving their own consciousnesses, through giving it to others. Peter has done this voluntarily Dear Ones. But what is very unique in this event, is that instead of going through the veil himself to gain the Truth from within the 7 Spheres, Peter has Magnetized through his Cohesion of Love, those Beings of the 7 Spheres to come to him, upon the Earth plane to attain the Truth. And so I tell you, that Life then is the Servant of the God Flame, as Light is the Natural Radiation of God Life. And without any Intelligent Director, Life would remain forever dormant and inactive. Therefore The Life of the One who Seeks Truth, whether through the Veil of the Heavens, or from within the domain of Faith and Trust in the Lord on Earth, All Life Retains God s Freedom to attain the Truth and has innately held within it, Every Power, Attribute, Capacity and Virtue which is God s to Give and Receive. However, man in his Wisdom must first learn of his or her I Am Presence, and how to Draw forth Its Fullness; Its Love, Wisdom and Power. They must become Vested with the Power of Creation. The Love of Life and a Desire to Understand Its Nature, precedes My Service to the Evolving of any Soul. Once this has been achieved, then, and only then, can I, Invest them with the Knowledge of Life s potentialities and Their Capacity to Unfold and Draw Forth from the Godhead the Fullness of the Ever Present, Intelligent, Vital Substance of Creation Itself. My Activity is to Magnetize, Influence, Form and Externalize the potential Perfection through The Children of God. So here We have Peter who has had this thought or idea, that had a potential that may indeed benefit mankind and the Elementals in Soul Growth, by working with the information garnered, especially when this initiative had never been offered to humanity before in this way. The Lords of Karma have heard his plan and have weighed up his worth and capabilities. Then, looking at the world potentials of the plan, and if his endeavor was auspicious enough for the given Hour. They then acquiesced to his desire to offer this gift to humanity. With all the support that he has Magnetized to himself by the correct use of the Universal Laws throughout his plan, each part of it must then also pass through the Judicial System of the Karmic Board of Directors. He has achieved this with Honors as Declared By Beloved Lady Portia, within these Discourses. He now has the task of helping other humans to be accepted within the Movement or Mission, for no-one at these Levels of World Assistance are exempt from such Fiat Procedure to come before Me. If Peter is fortunate enough to secure fellow beings willing to assist him, then their Sponsor and their Group, made up from the 7 Spheres, must come before Me also and They are then individually and collectively Invested in this Movement in the Name of God. I take the Final Responsibility for Investing any Soul Life. For at these Levels of Investment, it is not about the undedicated or insincere human, but the Committed Disciple, that Pledges His or Her Entire Soul to such a Movement and then Covenants it with His or Her Own I Am Presence, Sponsor and Other God Intelligences that have Pledged to Encourage, Advance and Contribute to Its Realization. From then on They will Devote the Entire Course of their incarnation/s and Vow to Serve the Inner Realms for Its Completion and Success. Because this is such a Major Decision on the Part of All Beings joining this Movement, I have to be sure that the Energies that I Invest with Them, shall be Used for, and only for, the success of that Movement. And that, once My Investment in Them is Granted, I will have no concern that they will withdraw and float onto other ideas and creations that

4 are not directly in association with the first! At any times of crisis, because of My Investment of My Light and Love, I Am Impersonally Responsible, and so will enter the situation or cause of the crisis to resolve and revitalize it, so that those involved may return to their Movement, as soon as possible. For Me to Invest an individual with such Spiritual Authority, is to Bestow upon their Three Fold Life Flame, such Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent Powers that have never been present within that person before. I Am the Root of Investment, and a Powerful Force in All Facets of the world, but particularly the finances of the world. So when a Movement requires funds or resources nothing is left to chance! I make sure of that! When humans design a project and invest their substance, talents and energies into it, so the project may live and prosper, so do I INVEST those Life Streams in Cosmic Causal Benefits, working with the Lords of Karma, and Many Other God Life Streams so as to further World Progress. These human life streams then Represent My Capital, and the Causes Benefit by Their Presence. All Cosmic Ventures are therefore placed before Me by Their Sponsors and the Cosmic Councils of Light. Life Streams capable of assisting in carrying these Mission Movements through the veils of incarnation, or initiated while in physical embodiment, all must come before Me. If their Light, Momentum, Karma and Capacities are Judged sufficient for that Particular Service, I Acknowledge them and Honor them by Vesting My Love Light with them together with their Sponsor. Thus Giving them certain Additional Powers that they through Great Responsibility and with Masterful Integrity and Wisdom, can use and dedicate to their Cause. This is All Done at Inner Levels and later, when circumstances draw people together in the world of form, when it is proper for further Magnified Investment, that can begin working, all to secure the Service for the Greatest Good of All Concerned. The Cause For Freedom was Born in God's Heart when the First Individualized God Flame was Created, for God Desired All His Creations FREE! Many Causes are Set Up by the Godhead Directly, and many Causes are Born through the Initiative of His Children. A Cause, to which a Life Stream may choose to dedicate his or her life, is not necessarily created by the individual him or herself, but it can be Assumed. An individual interested in such Service may take the Responsibility of carrying such a Cause to mankind, so that its Ultimate Beneficial Effect may sooner be the heritage of the people. The Godhead may Create Causes. Intelligent Beings, pondering on ways to Serve God s Plan, may evolve Causes and bring Them into the consciousness of mankind. When a Cosmic Desire of God s Heart pulsates in the Higher Heavens, waiting to be claimed, ensouled, and lowered by one of His Children, it is so finely attuned and vibrates so quickly, that it is neither visible nor tangible to even tremendously evolved beings, except where their own interests and yearnings through the centuries and have created in them a similar vibration. Thus a being would have had to Love Freedom, Serve Freedom, etc., for centuries before the Cosmic Pulsation would be even discernible in the Blazing Cosmic Light which is the Desire World of the Great Central Sun, or the physical Sun of the System. With their Sponsor/s, those Who accept this opportunity to Give Freedom to the People of Earth, they are given an Audience before Me, and if I Agree to Invest in Them, each will be Invested with the Knowledge and Power of the Great Silence and the Sacred Fire along with the Vision of the Cause in Its Fullness. Then, as a Communal Body, together with their Master/s, they shall be Cosmically Invested in the Cause for Freedom, their bodies, Minds, Souls, Natures and Heritage All. Once I have Invested All of Myself in Them, NONE can leave that Cause, until Its Effect IS Spiritually Manifested upon Earth. ALL, ARE MY INVESTMENTS BESTOWED, IN THE NAME AND BY THE DESIRE OF THE GOD LOVE, LIGHT AND LIFE OF THE GREAT CENTRAL SUN. So Peter, here We Are, and it is at this juncture that I Beloved Vesta ask you to stand in My Mighty I Am Presence of God the Father and God the Mother. Thank you! Peter do you Know Who your Sponsor Is for this Life that you are dedicating to The Freedom of Humanity, The Elementals, Nature Kingdoms, Devas and Angelic Hosts? You may answer please. Yes, My Sponsor is Beloved Master Lord Jesus the Christ. I Serve Him upon the 6th Ray of Peace, Ministration, Service and Devotional Worship. It Is Beloved Yeshua who sits upon the Altar of My Heart within Me!

5 Peter, Are you consciously aware of your Mission to attain the Freedom of Humanity, The Elementals, Nature Kingdoms, Devas and Angelic Hosts? Yes and No. Yes, I became aware at the age of 2 years and 3 months old that I came into this world to safeguard the Light of God and that I held the Divine Love of that Light deep within My Heart. I Know that it was My Goal, My Mission, to Protect it from any contamination within Myself and when the time came, I would release That Light into the world. No, I had no idea when that time would come, or even how it would manifest. But I did Know, that one day it would, and at that time I would give My All to make it a success! Perhaps I have not had the same conditions granted me as Jesus had, in Knowing and having Direct Connection to The Father within His Life, but somewhere, somehow, I had that same communion, perhaps it was the Light within My Heart, just not all that conscious in it coming forth. All I have done, to the very best of my ability, is to Hold My Faith and Keep My Trust, that I would fulfill God s Plan that He Placed within Me! Peter having Created this Elemental Grace Alliance, are You asking Me, Vesta, The Godmother of All Life upon the planet, to Invest My Love and Light In You, so that You may Serve God from within The Great Silence with a more expanded Awareness and Supreme Consciousness with Your and Jesus Freedom s Plan, for Humanity, The Elementals, Nature Kingdoms, Devas and Angelic Hosts? I Am That I Am; In The Name of Jesus The Christ In Me, I Am; In the Name of My I Am Presence, I Am; In The Name of Beloved Helios and The Majestic Vesta, I Am; Yes! Peter Melchizedek, You came before Me as an unascended mortal Soul from within the Outer Realms of Earth, who had an idea to change the world by bringing about the Freedom of Humanity, The Elementals, Nature Kingdoms, Devas and Angelic Hosts, through this single Proposal: To change or rewrite the Divine Charters with God for the Elementals and Nature Kingdoms, so that a radical and significant shift can be made toward humanity s conscious awareness about their interrelatedness and co-creational abilities for a more active and mutually beneficial co-creative collaboration together. I Know Who You Are! I Know your failures and I Know your accomplishments since the beginning of time. I Know Your Sponsor, I Know All Those Who Have Pledged Their Allegiance s to You and Your Proposed Movement called The Elemental Grace Alliance. And So Peter I Am Satisfied and Well Pleased. I herewith Endow you with All The Virtues of My 12 Divine Temples That Envelop Me in Their Glory, I Bestow Upon You, the Love, Wisdom and Power of Bringing Freedom through Peace to Earth and All Life. With this I say unto you, That I Vesta, Queen of Light, shall from this time forth, Invest All My Love and Light In You, so that you may complete your Mission, for the Greater Glory of God, for as long as it takes. May you and Beloved Jesus walk Shoulder to Shoulder, Heart in Heart, Mind In God together, until Every last Human, Every Last Elemental, Nature Spirit, Bird, Animal, Deva or Angelic Host be Freed from the constraints of this presently tainted Earth; no matter how many incarnations or years remain within the Evolution of Beloved Earth. I have Spoken! And My Decree is Now Stamped within the Akasha of Life and Your Own Akashic Divine Blueprint, for All To See! May All Be upstanding now please to Honor Peter and His New Movement for the Greatest Good of All Concerned Upon Earth and for this Solar System of Worlds. In Love, Light and Life, let Us Bid Him a Victorious, Graceful and Harmonious Narayana Journey to achieve His Mission. And So It Is! Congratulations Peter, before I go, Know this; that those who will join you within the tasks ahead, will also have to come before Me, by their own Invocations and Decrees, and once they have assured Me of their Intentions and I have looked into their Hearts and seen the Truth by which they live their Life upon Earth and show Me their desires to be in God s Service, until this is Ordained By Me, then you shall have to wait until they do. Have Patience Dear One and allow everything to unfold All in God s Own Timelessness. You have Legions of God Intelligences from all 7 Spheres beside you Now, I have Invested Myself in You, ask for that which you need and open your Heart to receive. Be very mindful for your needs to rest as the times approach, when recalibrations arrive. Follow your Heart Dear Soul!

6 If the New Disciples who are reading this account of the Elemental Grace Alliance, and have a Draw to be a part of this Mission and Movement, then come forth and speak to Peter. If you have your own Mission to place in Movement, then study this Structure, for it will do you well to follow the steps within it. All it takes is your own acknowledgement to Your I Am Presence and the Christ Within, and the dedication to set to the task with full and total, unwavering commitment! I await your Calls to come before Me! I Love You All and Hold each of You within the Bosom of My Heart!
