Columbus, WI It gets me up there very well, but there are a few places where it is a little jerky if someone could contact me about that. It might be that way because of my steps. I think it is saving me a lot of problems with my back though. I am most satisfied with how it takes me up and down. I have tremendous pain and it helps me a lot. I would like to recognize Jim Truett and Grace their exceptional service. I was most satisfied with everything. The sales person was exceptional. My grandparents came to live with us and they made the area work and it is easy them to get up and down. He was accommodating and I had other companies come out and they all said it would not work in the space but the sales person from Easy Climber said it would work and showed us how and it did. He followed through. There were some issues with getting things set up and it was too drawn out. Some of the things they promised did not follow through. We're very happy with it. Once I got it installed everything was ok. Waiting the 12 weeks sucked. After I got it I was satisfied. The entire process was very thorough, professional and efficient. It was awesome and we are very, very happy with it. I feel much more comtable since we had it installed. I think we will have good use with it, and it will improve our living tremendously. Florence, OR Everything was good with the exception that one of the rubber covers on the levers was 'punched' through so was not covering the lever end. The technician said he would have one sent. After about 3 weeks and it never came or we were contacted, I called about it. The lady said one would be sent out... Job well done. The stairlift has made my husband and my life so much easier. We tried to get a hold of them a couple of times bee the installation. Some of the things we were told bee we bought it turned out not to be true. Other than that everything seems to be working fine. We are using it. We are very pleased with our stairlift. I was happy with the sales rep. He as on time, professional, and knew the product. The install was perfect. They cleaned up any mess. It is a blessing to us! The installer was proficient but he did not have all the supplies he needed. He was trying to make it work with the materials he had but he had to reorder and come back the next day. It was not his fault. It was the packers. Be aware of the width going up the stairway. It is dangerous to hit your knees on the stair railing while going up, especially if you have knee problems like I do. I have not had any problems. We're very glad we have it. My husband had fallen on the stairs, so we decided this time we have to do something. When the job was first completed the product developed a problem where it was not adjusted properly, but we still were able to use it. The company made a second trip here and greased everything, but the problem came back. They finally made a third trip and called the factory. The factory had them change... Page 4 of 5 report. I am very happy with the easy climber stairlift and my husband now has the ability to get upstairs much easier. Everyone there was phenomenal. I enjoyed everyone I came in contact with.
