1 The Fourth Dimension: The Sub-planes Mohsen Paul Sarfarazi, Ph.D. October 16, 2012 Introduction The Etheric Plane is the realm of non-physical just above the third dimension which lies at the boundary between the third and the fourth dimension. Beyond the Etheric Plane, which represents the interface between the third and the 4 th dimension, there are 7 distinct layers or sub-planes associated with the 4 th dimension. Each sub-plane resonates to a different frequency. The higher the sub-plane the higher is the frequency it resonates with. The degree of state of physicality, and material indigenousness varies from sub-plane to sub-plane. However, these different planes are not completely separate from one another. The interface between the adjacent sub-planes penetrates one another. All of the fourth dimensional realities overlap. The lower dimensional realities are closer to Earth. For example, the lower astral sub-planes are actually here on the surface of the Earth but are of a higher vibration. Similarly, the higher dimensional realities extend further from Earth. Because the frequencies of the fourth dimension are out of phase with our third dimensional perceptions, we do not discern them and, therefore, we are not consciously aware of their existence.

2 As people begin to raise their consciousness, their perceptions will gradually become receptive to a reality of a higher frequency. Then they begin to see, hear, and sense what others do not. For example, it is very common nowadays for those who have sufficiently raised their frequency to occasionally or even frequently see creatures, faeries, orbs, and such crawl or move about. This is often detected through a form of a periphery vision, from the corner of one s eye, so to speak. It, however, occurs in an instant and the sensation does not last. If you were to look directly and focus your attention the vision disappears. Numerous examples of this have been, particularly, detected in Ireland, the land of faeries, and devic kingdom. To site one, is the rather recent experiences of James Tyberonn, the noted Channeler, author, and spiritualist, who repeatedly saw visions of such Beings while on a pilgrimage visit to Ireland. In particular, he states an instant that when on top of the --- he saw a leprechaun, who even after directing his attention to the this Being, the leprechaun just stood there and looked back right at him. Such incidences are rare, as it was elaborated already, these sightings often do not last this long. Faeries, orbs, leprechauns, and such have been detected on Earth throughout the history. Another, highly credible source regarding their existence is Edgar Cayce, who firmly believed in them. The author believes he was once visited by an orb/faerie during a public meditation that entailed the presence of Archangel Metatron who brought with him a host of angelic and devic entities. The aforementioned orb started to tickle the author s left cheek repeatedly, and moved on to his crown chakra and did the same there. The sensation was one of being pleasantly teased, and humorously visited in a very light-hearted manner.

3 These visitations or visions can, however, be very disturbing to one who can suddenly get startled due to lack of knowledge or exposure to such events, and because of deficiency of having had no prior guidance in such affairs. The various sub-planes of the 4 th dimension are classified as: 1. The Lower Astral Plane or the Proverbial Hell. 2. The Realm of Summerland. 3. The Middle Astral Plane or the Realm of Faeries, Elementals and Devic Kingdom. 4. The Astral or Emotional Plane. 5. The Mental Plane. 6. The Causal Plane. 7. The Spiritual Plane. In fact, within each sub-plane there are different frequency realities that are of gradually ascending vibratory rates. For example, the Astral or Emotional Plane has many sub-planes within it ranging from a lower vibration where there is more fear than love to a higher vibration where, conversely, love is more present than fear. Each of these layers within, and at the edges of the 4 th dimension are described in detail below. Note that in here we often adopt the vernacular indigenous to the third dimension which may insinuate space or distance. However, clearly, no space or distance exists beyond the third dimension. Both time and space continuum collapse into a congealed foam. We start stepping into the realm of consciousness that is either characterized by stating the degree of light quotient or specification of the natural frequency of vibration, also referred to as vibration rate or simply frequency. We shall adopt the latter specification as consciousness is thought and emotion, which are imparted through light or energy particles such as the

4 adamantine or akash particles that come encoded within coherent light or energy not unlike binary codes found in electrical signals. And, consciousness, thoughts and emotions, are just that, stimuli which are analogous to electrical signals, which are best categorized by specification of frequency. Therefore, utilization of terminologies like stepping, moving, traversing, into, out of, or within dimensional planes and such do not connotate distance or space, and refer to an increase, decrease or general change in vibrational frequency of the matter, continuum, matrix or the entity. The Lower Astral Plane The Lower Astral Plane is the lowest sub-plane of the fourth dimension. It is the realm of negativity and fear. It lies partly on the surface of the Earth and perhaps mostly, beneath its surface. Remember that the fourth dimension is out of phase with our physical sense organs, and it is not perceivable to our third dimensional consciousness. The lowest plane of the fourth dimension, the Lower Astral Plane, is actually a junkyard. This is where everyone from Earth has dumped their fear, anger, sorrow and pain. The third dimensional humans have created the Lower Astral Plane and it is they who must clean it up. The key to visiting the fourth dimension is to release fear. There is much fear in the third dimensional world which holds us captive. The Lower Astral Plane is filled with the emotions of fear, anger, sorrow, guilt, and pain. These negative emotions lower the vibration of this plane and diminish its light.

5 Vision here is like looking through an infrared camera where the only colors are black, gray, and blurred or tainted red. The Lower Astral Plane is not imaginary. It does have an objective existence. It is not evil itself but instead resonates to and reflects the evil within those who visit it. If we were to calm our fear with love, we would take on a higher frequency astral body. Then we could safely travel through the Lower Astral Plane to assist its poor inhabitants. Conversely, fear, anger, anxiety and such diminishes our natural frequency. Once traversing the low astral planes of the fourth dimension, our feelings of fear and trepidation with the frequencies of the lower astral plane, according to the Law of attraction we become drawn or attracted to stay there. The result is confinement in a highly undesirable plane where the emotions are highly amplified, and therefore, considerably and drastically painful and unpleasant. Many spiritual people give the service of Lower Astral rescue work. Unlike it may be fantasized by the hopeful mind, the lower portion of the 4 th dimension, the Lower Astral Plane, is far from benevolent to represent a utopic environment. Both good and evil exist here. The state of emotions is much more intense here. If one indulges in negative energies and the Dark, the pain and sufferings associated with such derailed endeavors are often much more pronounced, and indeed, severe here. For this reason, this realm is often labeled as the proverbial, biblical Hell. In truth, of course, there is NO Hell. There is NO judgment day, and for that matter, there are NO such things as sins. For, GOD is merciful, GOD is most benevolent.

6 The ALL MIGHTY knows no JUDGMENT, and indeed, does not expect, nor encourage us being JUDGMENTAL. What may be conceived as sins in the mind of RELIGIOUS evangelists, are purposeful experiments, experiences, and lessons learned in the former reincarnations, which need to remain as just that, simply a discourse. What remains to be realized that such sins are the very catalysts for low consciousness, and are responsible for diminishing our light quotient, and indeed, our frequency of vibration. They are the agents of our Darkness, having left residues and scars in our etheric bodies and in our DNA/RNA system of our physical bodies, in the form of victim consciousness, and in the shape of karma, often severely interfering with the synchronicity of our energetics, often emanating as disease disturbing the proper functioning of our physical body, and muddying our sense of tranquility, calmness and quietude. And, it is the latter that is a pre-requisite to raising consciousness and multidimensionality. No matter how one looks at it, the journey to the higher dimensions entails passage through the Lower Astral Plane of the fourth dimension. And, in this case, the Law of Attraction is a deterrent agent in the path to higher dimensional consciousness for us. Unfortunately, the shortcoming of victim consciousness and karma is that these have a magnetizing effect on our etheric chakric system which tends to tether us within the high emotional realm of the Lower Astral Plane of the fourth dimension. In fact, the Lower Astral Plane is considered as our junkyard. This is where everyone from Earth has dumped their fear, anger, sorrow and pain. The third dimensional humans have created the Lower Astral Plane and it is theirs who must clean it up. In order to be able to break free and pave our way clear through the perilous and painful sojourn within the Lower Astral Plane, we must first cleanse our

7 etheric body from unresolved emotional issues associated with both karma and victim consciousness. These issues often have their deep roots in fear, anger, and revenge, which are all futile Dark emotions and are highly dissipative energetic mechanisms that behave like a sink draining us from our much earned consciousness, diminishing our light quotient and vibration rate. Furthermore, these two act in Unisom much like a two-headed snake with one head consuming our much needed high consciousness energy, while the other robbing us from our essential serenity to be able to peacefully reflect within and meditate in order to raise our vibration frequency required to reach our inner space and our higher dimensional planes of existence. Fortunately, mankind is blessed with the gene of compassion, unlike any other Sentient Being in the Omniverse. Although full activation of our gene of compassion, itself, requires higher consciousness as may be transparent through requirement of Crystallinity, impeccability, and other spiritual mastery traits, it may be possible through discipline to program oneself in appreciation for unconditional love to demonstrate love for one Self, and ALL THAT THERE IS, in order to firstly transmute fear, the root of all evils, the principal culprit for low consciousness, and the prime agent for diminishing our vibration frequency. Thus, the first, the foremost, fundamental requirement for multidimensionality is to love thyself. Once you love your Self, you become inspired to love ALL other. Additionally, love transmutes fear, anger, and other Self-destructive trends that interfere with our placidity and repose, culminating in being able to Selfreflect and meditate in comfort and in peace, which serve to raise our vibrational frequency. This way, we manage to decapitate the snake of devolution, and deprive of it from both of its devouring and destructive instruments, one to guzzle consciousness, other to prevent mankind from acquiring it back. Once the low-chakra traits of karma and Self-victimization associated with fear, anger, revenge, judgment, prejudice, violence, and such are eradicated

8 and we are able to take our position of Self-responsibility among the higher conscious minds, we will be able to literally whisk through the hazardous domain of Lower Astral Plane and the realm of Purgatory and enter the Middle Astral Plane. Eventually, we will create our Path through the Lower Astral Plane, and in fact, all the way up to the Fifth Dimension. The Astral Plane Astral Plane is attributed to the land of emotions. The inhabitants of the astral sub-planes above the Lower Astral Plane see the same Earth that we see in the third dimension. However, the enhanced perceptions of the astral body allow the traveler to perceive much more. With our astral vision, we can see the outer appearance as it is seen on the third dimension. However we can also see the etheric body, the aura, and the prana that is circulating over, under, around and through the life forms and objects. In fact, on the fourth dimension it becomes apparent that ALL "objects" have a life force. As we move into the higher realities of the Astral/Emotional Plane it is much lighter. Therefore, colors are more perceivable and objects are clearer. Once there, we lose sight of third dimensional Earth and become absorbed with the fascinating process of creating reality with our thoughts and feelings. The entire Astral/Emotional Plane from the Lower Astral Plane to the base of the Mental Plane acts like a mirror for our emotions. In these fourth dimensional realities, feelings from the third dimensional world are amplified. They then reverberate back to the physical world in an ever-expanding arc like a wave buffeting back and forth between two walls.

9 However, if we can travel into the Astral Plane and calm this storm, our third dimensional emotions will also lessen. The third dimension is known as the land of illusion and work. What is referred to as illusion on Earth, is called imagination or creativity in the fourth and higher dimensions. What is called work on Earth is referred to as service. There are no illusions in the higher dimensions. Everything changes with thoughts and feelings. If you wish to see something, then just think of it and it will be, it will suddenly appear. All of our mythical creatures are alive and very real in the fourth dimension. The world there is much like our dreams. In fact, this is where we visit in our night body. A predictive or spiritual dream would be our night body s visit to the higher planes of the fourth dimension, and a nightmare would be a trip to the Lower Astral Plane of the fourth dimension. If you allow fear to overtake your being, you will be pulled into that dark place. The flowers in the fourth dimension area are little different than the flowers on Earth, and some of them are exactly the same. However, some of the most treasured flowers in the fourth dimension are considered as weeds on Earth. If you look very closely, and with blurred vision, you may even see elementals wavering in our atmosphere on Earth. They invoke the love to be in gardens, streams and under huge trees. The Middle Astral Plane The Middle Astral Plane is generally a tranquil, serene environment, which belongs to the Devic Kingdom, Faeries, Elementals, and such.

10 The word generally was used here to emphasize the fact that not all of the territory of the Middle Astral Plane is, strictly speaking, benevolent or totally void of mischief. Part of it being in the vicinity of the Lower Astral Plane is tainted with certain traits indigenous to leprechauns who are known to play some tricks on the visiting humans, either passing through or having sojourns in their domain. However, most of these are devoid of real harm, and to certain extent resonate with some humans that have traditionally had such sense of humor in the lower planes of the third dimension. However, by far, the most majority of the residents of the Middle Astral Plane are interesting, kind, and benevolent, and highly helpful and dedicated to assist and support their human brothers and sisters on the lower planes of the third dimension. Although, the Middle Astral Plane is primarily a realm of consciousness and non-physical, and most aboriginals of this plane can shape-shift to any suitable form they desire, they are known to be partial or homegrown to one form or another as described elsewhere. This Kingdom of Faerie has been attributed to imagination, rest and recreation Summerland Summerland is the astral sub-plane where dead persons go who are not aware that they have died. These persons are either not in touch with their Higher Self and spiritual guidance, or they are not yet ready to accept that their physical life has ended. In Summerland, they can finish whatever earthly goals they were unable to achieve. If their goals were to harm others and cause fear, they will not be able to remain there because the vibration of their consciousness will pull them down into the Lower Astral Plane.

11 The vibration of Summerland resonates to love. It is a place where loving people who "die" while disillusioned or unfinished with their physical life can feel a sense of fulfillment and completion. Summerland is an intermediary place, where the inhabitants can prepare themselves for their rebirth into the physical world or into the higher planes. The Mental Plane The Mental Plane has much less density than the Astral Plane. In fact, in the mental sub-planes, emotions are muted because they are balanced. For example, fear and love, happiness and sorrow, are no longer polarized into separate emotions and are, instead, perceived as a spectrum encompassing all extremes. Without the polarity of emotions there is no longer the "charge" that distracts our feeling body and lowers our consciousness. Therefore, we can "think" about our emotions without the judgment and criticism that is so common on the third dimension. Here the combination of thoughts and emotions quickly manifest as objects or experiences. However, our perceptions that were so bright and distinct on the higher astral sub-planes are muted, like looking through a veil. Matter on the Mental Plane is very fine, and objects are temporary because they are created by our attention and disappear when they no longer hold them in our mind. Just as the Astral Plane creates and reflects our emotions, the Mental Plane creates and reflects our thoughts. The Mental Plane encompasses our concrete thought, our mental body, and the aura of our mind. Traveling through the Mental Plane can assist us in releasing old core beliefs of limitation and separation. The Mental Plane is synonymous with concrete thought and lower mind.

12 The Causal Plane The Causal Plane constitutes the highest vibration Mental sub-plane. It resonates to a much higher frequency then the rest of the Mental Plane. Therefore, it is infinitely more beautiful. This plane is filled with Light, Love, and Truth. The Causal Plane is the plane of our "Higher Self." This plane rules our abstract thought and can facilitate quick changes in our third dimensional thinking if we allow the wisdom of our Higher Self to enter our physical consciousness. The Spiritual Plane The highest frequency of the Causal Plane is the Spiritual Plane where our Higher Human resides. Our Higher Human consists primarily of Light and holds very little matter. From the perspective of our Higher Human, we are able to pierce the veil between each plane and see our many Selfs. This process is like looking through a house of mirrors to see the many "bodies" of our Self. However, our true Self is the Higher Human. When our Soul desires a physical life, it steps its vibration down into the Higher Human who then clothes itself in the matter of the appropriate planes to become "born" into the physical world. On each of the sub-planes between the Physical and the Spiritual Plane is a body we can inhabit for our fourth dimensional journeys. It is from the Spiritual Plane that the Rainbow Bridge can lift our vibration into the fifth dimension and into our fifth dimensional Lightbody. Our I AM Presence guards the threshold of this Bridge, waiting to guide us across it when we are ready. When the third and fourth dimensions collapse into the fifth dimension, we will all wear bodies of light. Whether this transformation will occur slowly or suddenly remains to be seen.

13 Either way, when the transformation occurs, many people will be confused. They will then seek guidance from the Lightworkers who have faced their fear and darkness and forged ahead into the planes of love and light.
