1 Distant Healing Report This client, based in Europe, came to me for the following purposes In a nutshell, she is experiencing a lot of pain with her Arthritis and she never has any energy because she always feels she is doing things for her family. This session was really an Ah- ha moment for this client as she saw how she was creating the Arthritis. She really listened and due to clearing and balancing the underlying issues, she really made some changes in her life. She is pain free now and has a whole new lease on life by letting go of those obligations that drained her. She is creating a life that she loves to wake up to everyday through the energies of self- love and receiving! She has really committed to the home support practices too which allowed her to step into a more inspired life! We acknowledge the Creator of All That Is, I call in all your Angels and Guides, the Archangels, Ascended Masters, Light beings from the highest realms, your higher self and spiritual teachers for love, healing, guidance and whatever is required for your highest good today. Basically they do all the work; I am just a channel or facilitator. All my sessions operate through Wholeness remember you are already whole and complete. Healing is not fixing! We are simply breaking down illusions in the form of old patterns, beliefs, emotions etc. that stop you remembering that you are already perfect,

2 whole and complete! The healing energies that come in are multi- dimensional, working on many layers of your being through all time, space. They are in fact more complex and vast and work on so many levels that the mind cannot understand. The words below are like a report of the major themes, not the totality of the healing! Spirit tells you just what you need to know to get the gist! I always start with stabilising and energising your energy Matrix by activating the Earth Star (anchors you into the Earth) and Soul Star chakras (holds your divine blueprint, puts your soul in the driver s seat of your life!) I also balance your other structures like central channel and align you with the Earth s ever- changing grid, very important things to make you clearer, more connected and grounded. I also weave in the crystal energies from the grid I placed on to you. They have powerful healing energies that work with you during the whole session. (See picture attached to the ) Your guides drew me to share part of the description of the metaphysical cause of Arthritis from my favourite Metaphysical dictionary Pure Spirit by Avril Norman. For many years there has been an imbalance between what you will allow yourself to receive and what you give away to other people. You have given more than enough of yourself to others. In the confines of your mind you have always wanted more of yourself. You have always tried to give more, yet never been able to find the energy to give that extra part of you. It was never there because it had already been used up somewhere else. Your body is aching, painful or swollen because it needs energy returned to it. It is time to change the balance between what you give away and what you receive yourself. How is it that others can give to you? How can you give to yourself? The pain from the Arthritis is there to remind you, it also is the only way that you will stop and look after yourself. The lesson is that you need to speak up about what is draining you speak up from the heart or your pain will persist and get worse. We are going into the underlying issues surrounding this today. So we are working with the whole energy of RECEIVING this is into your physical plane. We are doing some overall clearing in your physical plane the etheric, mental and emotional bodies of your aura. This is the 3rd dimensional plane of your being you could say the human part! There is a lot of anger, resentment, rage (all anger family emotions) at being human. This might sound strange but we are at a time when we are becoming the Divine Humans (i.e. merging our divinity with our humanity it has neve been done before) so we really have to accept and love our humanity (which means other humans, our physical body and physical experience)

3 There is so much anger there wow, lots of clearing going on. This is through the whole physical plane all the bodies as above. They are vacuuming this out. You have blamed all your suffering on being human. Through the soul s journey (therefore in the DNA at the soul level) there is a lot of self- hatred of the human/3d/physical. They are showing all these times when you have felt bad about and hated that part of you because you were having thoughts, feelings etc. that you perceived to be less than divine. (I.e. you felt they were sinful thoughts, feelings & physical desires) They are showing a lot of this is based in religious teachings. I.e. Mortification of the Flesh and the Original Sin this is very strongly linked with Catholicism of course. You probably know more than me about these topics but here are some links if you want to read more. The indoctrination ahs been they you are made of sin and have to repent and atone for this this energy has been experienced lifetime after lifetime for you. They are clearing all energies through all time and space around Original Sin and Mortification of the Flesh. These energies are actually strong circuits in the system. This is HUGE. The Self- Hatred in the physical plane is cleared as a result of that. There is this whole GUILT SELF PUNISHMENT cycle going on based on these energies above. They are showing me the energy of the Arthritis really are manifestation of this whole cycle. There is an attachment to the arthritis form these vibrations. It is a form of punishing yourself! You are also punishing yourself by not speaking your truth to your family and setting boundaries to support your energy levels. All of these energies are being cleared. With different activities, really ask that question to yourself Am I punishing myself here? How can I nurture and respect myself instead? They are really bringing in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE of SELF now through the physical plane. They are now mirroring all of this healing to your Inner Child who has this strong sense of guilt & sin. She has been taught that she is not OK for who she is. She has been taught that she has to make up or atone for who she is. This means that she has very weak boundaries! Now they are clearing that energy of Atonement from the Inner Child. And we are really telling the child how amazing and special she is just as she is. We are guiding the child to look at each part of her body and say thank you feet for helping me to walk and run and play games at school. Thank you hands for helping me to hold a pencil, thank you nose for helping me to smell mum s cooking etc. I would love you to do this for homework. To hold gratitude and love for every part of your body! This is very important and powerful. Now they are taking me into your Heart Chakra at the moment the energies for everyone are about leading life from the heart. So many themes are coming up here for everyone!! You are not alone!!

4 First we are going into that energy of duty/responsibility They are showing that is really just the surface it is an excuse you are telling yourself to avoid the deeper issues!! They are showing me that there is a negative charge around DOING things for self there is a whole energy around GREED, that you can t have anything for yourself, you can t have want you want, not only that you can t have it but is is very GREEDY to have time, money whatever to yourself, that you have to live for everyone else. You have judged yourself for being GREEDY. This is the energy of self- sacrifice you could say the opposite of self- sacrifice is GREED. They are clearing all of these the self- sacrifice and the GREED both polarities. So you can just be in total balance. This is at the soul level via the DNA. You can see how this relates to the above too. Self Sacrifice is a strong component of the Christ (religious based) teachings! There is also an attachment to DOING for others is spiritual currency - like building up money in the GOOD bank again this is related to atonement so there is attachment to doing for others because of the earlier energies of sin etc. This is throwing out the Giving and Receiving energies in the Heart Chakra. So this is all being cleared & balanced now. So actually the Giving energies are being totally recalibrated so far they have been programmed to GIVE based on an inner desire to be good and to get worth now the giving energies are truly aligned with the heart chakra so that you give from a place of pure intent if it feels for the highest good of all Remember by doing things that are not in the highest good, we create ripples in the field and stop the highest good from manifesting for everyone. Read my article here timing- new- earth- dance- yin- yang/ For example by working in your family s store out of obligation, you are not allowing the highest good to come forward. You might be stopping someone else from having a job they enjoy or maybe your family needs to learn about trust so you are stopping them from learning this lesson!! These are just examples but you get the drift. If we listen to and follow our inner voice/our heart then the highest good for all can be brought forward and we have an amazing world!!!! They are also working on the throat chakra to connect it with the heart so you can speak your truth in accordance with the heart. There are also some general cords of attachment based in duty to your family being cleared. These are in present time. I always finish working on the whole field to ensure everything is at its highest vibration, balanced and aligned. I balance the:

5 o Endocrine system and nervous systems, as these are important systems for holding a healthy energy field. o 12 chakras o Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes o Astral plane and meridians o 5 elements o Yin/Yang o Structural Lines (e.g. central channel) o Light body Finally, we ensure your whole energy field and all the chakras and systems are in coherence and anchored right down to the cellular level. We then rippled out your new frequency through your heart into the world!! ORACLE CARDS These cards give positive messages to finish up the session. I randomly select a card from the many decks I have. I chose the Angel Therapy deck this time. Listen to Your Intuitive Feelings - well this says it all.
