1 NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY CALICUT GA1/3365/Refund of Excess / May 4, 2013 PROCEEDINGS Sub: Adjustment of excess amount of fees paid Based on the letter No.NITC/ADM/UG/0140/ dated 10/01/2013 received from Admission Office the initial fee paid by the students admitted to B Arch/B Tech degree programs in spot round of admissions for the session through CCB is more than the total amount payable towards the Institute fee and on verification of the amounts remitted by them, following students have paid excess amount as given in column (5) which can be adjusted in the next semester fee (Monsoon Semester ). Accordingly these students are advised to take a note of the excess amount remitted by them which is due for adjustment and remaining amount, if any, only needs to be paid towards the next semester fee (Monsoon Semester /Winter Semester ).
