1 [ INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES SELECTED FOR B.TECH UNDER B-CATEGORY MERIT LIST (OTHER THAN NRI / NRI SPONSORED) FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR Total Fee (Tuition Fee Rs.84,300/- + Admission & other Fees Rs.8,600/-) of Rs.92,900/- to be paid in cash or by D.D (in favour of DIRECTOR, GNITS, HYD) on or before 9/9/2014 (Sunday 7 th September, also open), failing which the seat will be allotted to other candidates. 2. If the admission is cancelled by the student for any reason an amount of Rs.10,000/- will be deducted as administrative expenses and the balance will be paid through crossed cheque, on her name. However, such cancellation is permitted only upto 15/9/2014. After that no fees will be refunded. 3. All the following ORIGINALS are to be submitted at the time of payment of fees. If the original certificates are submitted at helpline centres, the same has to be submitted within one week of payment of fees. i. 10 th class certificate or equivalent examination. ii. iii. iv. memo of Intermediate or equivalent examination. Transfer Certificate (T.C) JEE (Mains) 2014 card. v. Bonafide and Conduct Certificate 4. Eight Nos. of passport size Photos to be provided. 5. The Parent and Student has to give an undertaking regarding continuation of studies till final year. If for any reason, the student discontinues studies in the middle, she has to pay balance tuition fees for the remaining period of course, as this institution is a self financed college. 6.
