2 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Mk. 9:23 On January 1, 2017, the Spirit of God spoke to me about this year. He said, 2017 is the year to be extreme - a time to move forward in faith in running your race. No longer say you are waiting on God, arise in faith and Satan under your feet you shall trod. Enlarge the place of thy tent, stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left. Rebuke fear and go forward in faith and take the place The Lord has already provided for you in your race! I knew instantly that it was time for the church\christian to act on His Word, in faith, and great results would occur. It is a time to grow beyond where we have been in our spiritual walk and in exercising our faith in His Word. I do not mean wildly going forth claiming and doing all sorts of things without a plan. What I am saying is we are to be extreme in taking the Bible, and believing what it says. We build upon the Word. Ninety Nine Percent It is so simple to receive from God that 99 percent of Christians fail to do so. I say this, not to find fault, but to e n c o u r a g e e a c h Christian to receive what the Bible says belongs to them. It is my desire to see the number change from 99 percent not receiving to 100 percent receiving their needs and d e s i r e s. T h e r e a r e s i m p l e, u n c h a n g e a b l e, u n a l t e r a b l e guaranteed steps to take in receiving from God. Be Like Lucy If anyone will take this simple principle from Lucy, and do it, they will always receive from God. I know, you want to know who Lucy is. Lucy was a redbone hunting hound that my daddy had. My daddy was a big hunter and always had a lot of hunting dogs, but Lucy was one of a kind. She was tall and reddish in color and had long floppy ears. She was a country dog, so it would take her a while just to get her deep-voiced bark out. She was an excellent tracking dog and always found what she was hunting, whether it was a rabbit or a deer. We would go rabbit hunting with all our hunting dogs. All the others dogs would be barking with excitement.

3 Lucy would be silent and simply be looking around. She never wasted her barks like the other dogs did. Daddy would tell us boys not to pay any attention to all the other dogs who were barking. He would say, If Lucy ever says (barks for city folks) anything, watch out, there is a rabbit in them bushes. When we began our hunt, daddy and us boys would yell out to the dogs. Look for him, get in there and get him, and find him Lucy! Sometimes we would just holler loud to get the dogs excited. Lucy would wag her antenna (tail for city folks) as it pointed to the sky. The faster she wagged her tail, the fresher the scent was becoming. The other dogs would be barking excitedly, but not Lucy. She would have her nose to the ground sniffing, smelling and snorting for the rabbit s scent. Suddenly, Lucy would stop, throw her head up towards the sky and let out her long, low country bark, like only she could do. My daddy would get excited, run and find a stump he could jump up on, to see better in the briar patch. He would yell, Look for him Lucy! We boys would get excited because we knew if Lucy barked, there was a rabbit in them bushes. We had seen her hunt many times. Lucy s Revelation The anointing to do her job must have been mightily upon Lucy. Why? She never barked until she got a revelation that she knew would take her to her destination, which was finding the rabbit. How does that apply to us Christians? I was waiting for you to ask. Many Christians are declaring (barking) God s Word strictly for the information they find in the Bible, or heard someone else say. They never reach their destination because they don t first have a revelation of the Word. It is like a lot of daddy s hunting dogs. They barked and barked, but never jumped a rabbit because they did not have revelation of where it was. Revelation of the Word of God is the only thing that produces the faith to receive from God. It is so simple to receive from God that many never do it. They are waiting for something exciting, or a brand new revelation, or somebody else to pray them through (millions upon millions, upon millions are stuck in that last phrase). Others are stuck in the God is going to do it for me someday mode. I humbly suggest that you check up on yourself and see if you are stuck in one of these religious ideas, never receiving from God.

5 I communicate with very good Christians who are trying to receive from God and want help. I kindly start telling them what the Bible says and the steps to take. Their response is always, I already know all that!! Sometimes they get perturbed, upset or flat angry with me. Why? I am giving instructions so simple a talking toddler could do it - if you taught them. They are waiting for something different than what the Bible says because they think the Bible doesn t work. They don t consciously think or say this, as that would be blasphemy, but in word and action they portray it. Know This You will never receive from God without faith. That is a final fact (Hebrews 11:1,6). Either you or someone must have faith for a miracle. Baby Christians can usually get a miracle on another's faith, but more mature Christians are required to have their own faith. That is why you have been in prayer line after prayer line and still haven t received anything but a messed up hairdo. That is why you have asked this person and that person to pray for you, and you still haven t received after all those years. You simply, unequivocally and factually cannot, will not receive from God without faith. Why is that? The Bible says so, not me. Excuse me, but you have done a lot of barking about the Word, but you haven t had revelation of the Word, which produces faith. A revelation (faith) in the Word is the only thing that will take you to your destination of a miracle. Know that. Lucy never barked or made a declaration until she had a revelation (faith) that the rabbit was in the bushes. I encourage you to quit barking until you get a revelation (faith) in God s Word. There are many people today barking, yipping and sputtering about what God can do, in the excitement of the moment. You can bark, yip and sputter all you want to, but without faith it will not come to pass, according to the Bible. Lucy got her revelation about the rabbit by keeping her nose to the ground until she scented the rabbit. She didn t try to climb a fence post or swim the creek or jump back into the dog trailer. Why? The rabbit scent was on the ground, not in any of those other places. She never wasted her time looking there. Millions, upon millions, and millions of people are wasting their time looking elsewhere. Stop! Don t look anywhere else for faith (revelation) except in the Word of God. That is where faith is found. You would be w a s t i n g y o u r t i m e l o o k i n g anywhere else. Keep your nose in the Word of God until it produces faith in your spirit. I know! That is so simple a toddler can do it. If a toddler can do it, why don t we do it? We keep hoping for something different.

6 Get God s Word On it So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17) Where does faith come from? It comes from HEARING God s Word. It only comes from HEARING God s Word. If you want a miracle, you have to hear God s Word to produce the faith you need to receive. Find scriptures that promise you what you desire. Read them out loud to yourself over and over and over until faith comes. When will faith come? You will know it and nobody will have to tell you. Lucy, kept her nose to the ground until she got the revelation that the rabbit was there. She didn t see it - she just knew by faith in the scent she smelled. Then she started making a declaration that she had the rabbit. By faith, she was declaring, I believe that I have received a rabbit! You have to be country to understand dog talk! She had faith! She always tracked the rabbit and jumped it up with her declaration of faith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. (Mark 11:24) Believe that you have received them and you shall have them. Say, I believe I have received my need met by faith! (end) *RGM IS BUILDING* Since RGM/AFI relocated to Oklahoma from Georgia, by direction of the Lord Jesus Christ in 2006, we have leased and rented offices and buildings. For about three years, I kept having a leading to build our own facilities. One of my board members talked with me about this over the years also. He is a good businessman, and it didn t make sense to him, financially, for RGM/AFI to keep up someone else's property and not our own. Of course, he was kind about it, but just wanted what was best for God and the ministry. Can you imagine how much money we have paid in lease and rent for almost eleven years now? No, don t imagine. While seeking the Lord, in December 2016, the Spirit of God said to me, Rise up and build! Faith dropped into my spirit. Faith comes by hearing and I got it! I researched the cost, through a building consultant, and found out what it would take to build. The consultant did all the research and got quotes and bids from contractors and we haven t paid him a dime yet, but we will tomorrow. The RGM board met, with all the financial figures, and discussed every thing it would take to complete the project. We voted and agreed to build and God showed up and is still showing up.

7 RGM/AFI received the largest offering, in one sum, that we have ever received, before we could get out of our meeting in Florida! My God! I have to stop, shout and praise God!!! This was a supernatural start on the building project, but it will take more to finish it. We Are Constructing A 7,200 Square Foot Building For His Glory It is a hangar\office\media production facility\multipurpose\storage building at the Claremore Regional Airport. It is twenty miles east of Tulsa International Airport. We considered going off airport, but it would cost about ten times more to build because of having to provide all the infrastructure to raw land. All those things are already available at Claremore. The property was also very, very inexpensive because the city wants to encourage economic development in the area. It helps them to help us by lowering the cost of the land and the infrastructure to build, which they provide! In fact, the airport manger told me that RGM was the talk of the town and CIEDA (Claremore Industrial & Economic Development Authority) and we are the first and only ministry to build like this. It is hard for them to believe that God has that much money. Let me shout again! NOW, I am bragging on God and you because I need your HELP to finish the miracle that God has started. *GIDEON S ARMY GIVERS* I invite you to become one of Gideon s Army Givers to get in on this miracle building project. I received this from the Lord, while in prayer and meditation about completing the multipurpose building. He spoke to me about Gideon s Army and how the Lord accomplished great things through them. And the number of them that lapped, putting their hand to their mouth, were three hundred men: but all the rest of the people bowed down upon their knees to drink water. And the Lord said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the other people go every man unto his place. (Judges 7:6-7) **Notice, God chose the three hundred, not Gideon. God is choosing you, not me. I also want to point out that the Lord only chose those who lapped the water from their hand when they knelt down to drink. God didn t choose those who put their face down to the water to drink, which obscured their sight. He chose those who were vigilant and observant to watch for the enemy. They knelt by the water, scooped it up with their hand, and watched while they lapped. What does it take to become one of Gideon s Army Givers you may ask.

8 Our financial goal is to obtain, by faith, $165, more to help complete the project. $165, divided by 300 is only $ So a simple $ donation makes you a Gideon s Army Giver. Each giver will receive an honorary certificate from RGM as a giver and each person will be placed on our Wall of Remembrance inside the multipurpose building, so we will never forget those who sowed to build the Kingdom of God through RGM/AFI. Of course, we encourage you to sow any amount over that $ We have already had those who have sown as a Gideon s Army Giver and those who have pledged to sow and become one. NOTE: The building will be completed in 3-4 months, weather permitting. Other things will be completed later, but we should occupy it by then. Construction started the week of January 30, ** This means we have to act now so every contractor is paid in full and on time as we build. We will also be needing some skilled workers to volunteer to help us finish some things inside. If you have no construction skills, but are willing to help, we need you too!
