Let us thank God for all the sweet compulsions of His will, that sometimes tried us, and always helped to shape us into what He would have us to be. We thank you Lord, for things without number, which we take for granted, and learn to appreciate them only when they are withheld from us. Thank you, Lord, for the success we have experienced, and for your grace and understanding when our best efforts seem to produce no satisfactory results.
