ZONE: B-1, Neighborhood Business District SIC CODE: 8661 LOCATION: 921 Battlefield Blvd North TAX MAP SECTION/PARCEL: BOROUGH: Washington PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Planning Commission recommends that UP be APPROVED with the following stipulation: (6-0; Van Laethem/Bell, Whitted, Small, and Papasodora- Cochrane excused) This conditional use permit shall only apply to the applicant church and the conditional use permit shall expire after a 90 day period following the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the applicant s new sanctuary at 681 Oak Grove Road. Mrs. Hanson read UP into the record for Commission review and action. Staff Presentation: Mrs. Hanson stated that based on sound planning practices, Planning staff recommended UP be APPROVED with the stipulation as listed in the official agenda. Proponent: LeRoy O.
