The riches of music are so excellent and so precious that words fail me whenever I attempt to discuss and describe them... In summa, next to the Word of God, 2

3 the noble art of music is the greatest treasure in the world. It controls our thoughts, minds, hearts, and spirits... Our dear fathers and prophets did not desire without reason that music be always used in the churches. Hence, we have so many songs and psalms. 3

He begin to see things when he got in the Spirit. And the music helped bring it on the prophet. If the Spirit... If music will help in that day, it'll help today also. Don't you believe so? So, I'm a lover of music, and I know the Lord loves music also. All right. 36

37 HEAR YE HIM PARKERSBURG, WV Elijah one time when they got him all stirred up, when Ahab's son was there and his mother Jezebel, idol worshipers, who had caused a lot of trouble, he said, "If I didn't respect the presence of Jehoshaphat, I wouldn't even look at you." But said, "Bring me a minstrel." When the minstrel begin to play, the Spirit come on the prophet. You hear them play "Only Believe," those things, then the Spirit comes down. Hymns brings Him down. Then the gift of God goes to work. 37

"If it wasn't that I respected Jehoshaphat," he said, "I wouldn't even look at you." Now, he got all stewed up, you know. Got his temper all up. He said, "Now then... But bring me a minstrel." I was talking to a man not long ago that didn't believe in music in the church. He 38

39 ELIJAH AND ELISHA PHOENIX, AZ was holding a fuss with me about it. He said, "Oh, the music belongs to the world." I said, "The Spirit of God didn't come on that stewed up prophet until he got the minstrel out and begin to play a good old fashioned Holy Ghost song. And the Spirit of God come right on the prophet." That's right. God doesn't change. And if God liked music in that 39

40 day, God likes music today. Yes, sir. E-40 He begin to play the song... I don't know what they played in them days, but I imagine a good old song like, There's going to be a Meeting In The Air, in the sweet by and by, God's own Son will be the leading one, when... Meeting In the Air. Something like that, some of those good old fashioned Holy Ghost songs. And the Spirit of God come on the prophet. 40

41 ELIJAH AND ELISHA PHOENIX, AZ I tell you brother, when we get all the formal shackles shook down, and the Spirit of God in the songs again, and get back to an old place where we can have the Spirit of God moving in the place, then the prophet can see a vision, then the powers of God comes overflowing. Then they can see Diving healing. Then they can see the resurrection of Christ. 41

48 THE KINGS COME UP BEFORE THE PROPHET OF GOD. ELISHA SEES JEHORAM, AND GETS HIS TEMPER UP! HE GETS ALL PEEVED UP! HE GETS ALL STIRRED UP; HE GETS ALL STEWED UP; HE GETS ALL TORE UP! HE GETS ALL RUFFLED UP; HE GETS HIS DANDER UP! HE GETS ALL ANGERED UP; HE GETS ALL RILED UP! 48
