1 Prayers and Rights of the Dead by Rabbi Simon Created 7 th April 2010 Modified 25, Mar 2014 Terms: Yahushua The true name for Jesus which many in the world use incorrectly giving rise to false cults proclaiming to be truth. Torah These are the first five books in the Bible written by Moses (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy contained in every Christian Bible but vastly ignored by Christians) Since Torah is instruction in Rabbinic understanding it can encompass all the books up to Malachi and even including the Renewed Covenant writings, which are also instructions that repeat what is in the Tanach. Tanach (Scriptures from Genesis to Malachi) YHWH - The four letters of the sacred name of the L-rd. HTHS Hidden Truths Hebraic Scrolls Should one pray for his dead, should one conduct certain rights for the dead? The answer to these questions if asked to a Christian Pastor is no because they have no understanding in such matters and follow Church dogma and lies as truth. If you ask a Muslim cleric the answer he will give is yes. Let us ask Judaism which at least has some semblance of truth and the answer is indeed yes. So in affect Christianity has been propagating an error for at least 500 years because Roman Catholic Church where Christianity came out the harlot of Rome actually does believe in prayers for the dead albeit in a modified form and with a different meaning. You would expect the Catholics to change things and they have. Note they made many changes in the so called New Testament too and freely. Paul a false apostle was their choice of an apostle, he wasn't commissioned by God so don't be mistaken. I encourage you to get my book Paul of Tarsus, the Thirteenth Apostle to read from Amazon. Let us see what is the correct procedure. I can tell you now because I have just been through it myself. My son died on 31 st Mar 2010 and of course on 7 th April 2010 was his 7 th day and the exact same day after Passover. By touching my son s body last week I of course became ritually unclean for 7 days and will remain so until tomorrow night because I was in the graveyard the day after his 1

2 death therefore my ritual uncleanness extends to 8 days because I have to start the count from the moment I was unclean until 7 days have elapsed. In this process I have to take two ritual immersions one on the third day and one on the seventh and recite the following petition. The Petition to do when you go for a ritual Mikvah. Hebrew: Barukh ata YHWH Elohenu Melek ha olam asher kid'shanu be mitz va tav veitzi vanu Al-Mikvah. Translation: Benevolent are you YHWH our King who has commanded us with the mitzvoth to do Mikvah (Ritual Immersion). Whenever you come in contact with the dead or go to the graveyard you are ritually unclean for 7 days then you need to take an immersion 3 days later and then again 7 days later to purify yourself of the uncleanness. This applies even in the absence of a Temple today. If you do not do this then you will remain ritually unclean indefinitely. Therefore it is likely that many in Christendom remain ritually unclean if they have not performed this purification right. Women also have to do the purification right one such one is after their monthly cycle. Not only are you suppose to do certain Rights for the dead and petition God that He be merciful to the dead in whatever state they died and I mean whether they were abject sinners or right-ruling person. My son was a right-ruling boy because he was attached to me his right-ruling father therefore even though my son s disease did not allow him to communicate or understand because he had the mind of a two year old child but now he is in the Father s hands and I shall one day go to him and see him in the kingdom, I will indeed see him in the age to come. My son s eternal future because of the age of conscience depends on me and not on him. Salvation is first a corporate affair e.g. the whole of Israel and then a personal affair. If my son was judged based on his own he would still be qualified right-ruling albeit remove the nonsense of Christianity and its lies. I am in Torah and by definition my son comes under my covering under the Contracts/Agreements of Torah. Even if a child is a Hindu, Muslim or any other faith if he is underage it does not matter he goes back to God and not to the section of the wicked. Every human being who dies goes down not up but there are different sections of She ol (underworld) one is paradise where the right-ruling await the resurrection while the wicked dead remain in different sections. 3 I have often heard Christians make unwise statements and insensitive comments such as was a dead child saved? This shows their lack of understanding on the matter of death and Torah law. The Torah law has an age of accountability and that salvation is not just a personal matter but a national matter. Of such things Christians have no knowledge and they live in their lullaby gullability. The problem is that since the Christian worldview is stuck to the pages of the New Testament which itself contradicts many passages of the Torah thanks to Roman Catholic agendas they look for answers in the wrong place and are practicing many false teachings today thanks to their anti-semitic and ill educated Church fathers and as a result the majority of today Pastors do not have the correct knowledge of the faith of our forefathers. One such incorrect teaching is that a one time small confession saves you or one times immersion saves you. The reality is very different. A small prayer does not seal you for life. A confession for sin can be made many times and immersion taken literally every year. There are many types of ritual immersions. The thing that saves you or sets you apart from the dogs out there is when you join unto Israel in a confession and renounces all evil to join the Contracts given to us to uphold the Torah/Law of God and not a man made formula that people came up with 400 years after the resurrection of Yahushua. Israel is set-apart from the nations so Israel is not governed by the same way as are the other nations. Grace has already be granted by God to Israel and only granted to those who are in Contract with Him and at least are obedient to His Torah which of course contains many Contracts/Agreements. He does not count how many commands you get right, which is another false Christian worldview. This false teaching parades around in Christendom that if you get one command wrong of the Torah then all is in vain. This is the kind of error they love to preach. By their foolishness if this was true all Y'sra'el would have been wiped but because they are foolish gentiles Y'sra'el is still alive praise be to YHWH. Christendom's idea of getting 99 commands right and one wrong quite laughable really. In fact as Israel and part of His contract I can get fifty commands right and fifty wrong and I am still under grace/favour and fully saved as long as my heart is in the right place, you reading Christendom and read it carefully and stop your lying. He is not waiting for me to make a mistake so that He can pounce on me. I realised coming out of Islam there are many false doctrines rampant in Christendom however our faith as was the faith of Abraham. The only Christianity in the first century that the Roman's hellenists followed was the false version of Marcion and co. It's quite likely you are following the same version that says the 3

4 law is no good and cannot save you. That is very rich coming from Marcion and his followers today so called Christians. If you do not obey the Torah you have no part in the first resurrection and it does not matter how many times you take baptism or go to church you have no part with Israel this is the simple fact many need to learn. One of the baptisms that must be done was the immersion to join Israel and renounce worldly systems and join back to Y'sra'el. I can guarantee that most of you reading this have not taken this immersion. This is the immersion that Yahushua commanded in the book of Matthew 28:19, which was to join unto Israel and was always done in the name of the Rabbi whose authority you came under. In this case Yahushua is the Rabbi and it is His authority that allows one to join unto the nation of Israel spiritually speaking. Here is the command of how you come into the contract. Debarim (Deut) 29:9-15 (HTHS) Guard therefore the words of this contract/agreement, and do them, that you may prosper in all that you do.10 You stand this day all of you before YHWH your Elohim; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Y'sra'el, 11 Your infants, your wives, and the foreigner that are in your camp, from the wood cutters to the mayim (waters) carriers. 12 That You should enter into covenant with YHWH your Elohim, and into his oath, which YHWH your Elohim makes with you this day.13 That he may establish you today for a people unto himself, and that He may be unto you a Elohim, as He has said unto you, and as He has sworn unto your ahvot (fathers), to Abraham, to Yitzchak (Isaac), and to Yaqub (Jacob). 14 Neither with you only do I make this contract/agreement and this oath; 15 But with him that stands here with us this day before YHWH our Elohim, and also with him that is not here with us this day: Note to enter into the Contract with Israel it s not about the man made concocted four spiritual laws but a firm obedience and acknowledgement to obey the Torah even if you get half of it wrong it does not matter as long as you have a willing heart and a Rabbi to teach you then you are on the right road. Also any man/woman can be part of this Contract many generations down the road and it will be as if he was standing there with Moses and he or she becomes part of Israel and hence under grace. Yahushua commanded the following for the lost sheep of the House of Israel (Ten Tribes) and in no way are the true Jews (non khazari converts) to be rounded up like sheep as they are in the Father s hands (Luke 15:31) already but many incompetent Pastors and TV presenters on Christian media will tell you otherwise. The truth is that for many in Christendom this is big business and a dollar making venture. 4

5 Ignore the incompetent and ignorant. Mattityahu (HTHS) 28:19 Go therefore, and make disciples of all nations, V Tavilotym (Immersing) them in My Name. In My name as in the original copies of the manuscripts and not the Catholic formula of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit inserted many years after the event. The Name is the authority of the Rabbi so in this case is Rabbi Yahushua the one giving the command to his disciples and is very much part of the model of Judaism. I will state for the record not only attending the funeral of the dead of a rightruling man or woman increases you tremendously but also you need to conduct prayers such as the mourner s Kaddish for your dead relatives or friends. Anytime a Muslim man goes to visit the dead Muslims are taught to read Sura Al- Fatiha prayer, which is a Qur anic formula to recite for the dead however for us it is the mourner s Kaddish. Note all these false religions have learned these things from our people the real children of Israel and then modified our prayers to suit themselves and Christianity is no different which annexes everything and thinks it can build a house on the sand which will ultimately fall as well. Christians are taught that Paulos (Sha ul) was speaking of Baptism of the Messiah and many incorrectly teach that his mentioning of the following verse which Mormons take for Baptism of the dead are wrong and that this is about the Messiah. Once again wrong. 1Co 15:29 (KJV) Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? Why are they then baptized for the dead? Here is what was suggested regarding this verse by a leading Christian site: 1This is a difficult verse. It has been interpreted in many different ways: Epiphanius, an ancient church father, understood this to refer to the practice of instructing people who were on their death bed about the Messiah. However, this understanding doesn't seem to fit the context or language of the verse. Some have argued that this verse refers to a superstitious baptism for believers who were outside the church. However, Paul's understanding of the church included all believers; unlike the view of Catholic Christians many centuries later

6 Another view that was held during the middle ages referred to the practice of believers laying under the beds of those unbelievers who had recently died. A priest would ask the dead person if he desired to be baptized and forgiven of sins. The living believer would answer in the affirmative from under the bed and the dead person would be baptized. Although this practice is reported to have existed in the middle ages, there is no evidence that it occurred during the time of the Apostles or that this was the practice to which Paul referred. Still others have suggested that there may have been a cult that existed in Corinth which baptized its members on behalf of the dead, much like modern Mormonism. Commentators have noted that if this is the situation, that we must remember that Paul does not confirm or deny this practice; it is simply used as an illustration of the importance of the resurrection. The weakness of this view is that history does not record any cults that included the baptism for the dead during this time period in Corinth. The final option, which seems to be the most reasonable, is that the baptism for the dead refers to those who are willing to be identified with Christianity and who suffer the fate of persecution just as those who have lived as examples before them. These people are even willing to die for Christ because they are convinced that the resurrection of the dead is a reality. Christendom always have to put their warped view on things notice instead of admitting the truth they try to twist it. I feel sorry for Christians who are taught bad teachings but the only way to remove bad teachings is to go get yourself a good teacher/rabbi who is rooted in the Torah and this particular view by the above Christian site is indeed nothing short of a bad teaching. This is proof that not only are the Muslims deceived by their clerics but Christians are also deceived by many bad teachings by good intentioned Pastors. Christendom has lost the plot since the 4 th century CE takeover by Constantine and no can one defend that stance. Now you may understand why I called some Christian Pastors illiterate in Y sra elite practices rooted in the Torah. The verse of Paulos has nothing to do with Mormonism or what early Church fathers believed. The practice is called Yizkhor and recital for the memory of the dead and is perfectly legal practice and required for the dead. Next time you put down Judaism think carefully and don t just run after the masses because Yahushua who you call Jesus was indeed an Y sra elite Pharisee and a leading Rabbi. Yizkhor is a ritual immersion for the dead. I know because I just did mine for for my son. Since my son died during the start of the Passover Celebrations the 6

7 practice of Yizkhor and its prayers are done one day after the four main festivals. These are said on Passover, Pentecost, Yom Kippur and Sukkot. Yizkhor can and should be done for your immediate deceased parents such as mother and father and also for other loved ones and important members of the family of faith. I did this for both my son and my mother who died in I then did the ritual immersion and petitioned God for mercy for my family that has passed away into the realm of the dead and into his abode. In affect this is to remember the dead and prayer for mercy and to also remember the right-ruling deeds that the individuals may have done. This can be said for any individual you feel worthy including martyrs of the faith. Here is how it goes; Read Psalm 30 then May God remember the soul of my father (or name your loved ones), my teacher who has gone to his eternal rest as, without making a formal vow, I pledge to give charity/tzedekah on his behalf. In the merit of this may his soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life together with the souls of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah and with the other right-ruling men and women in the Garden of Eden. And let us say Amein. Very simple and straight forward. For your loved ones you can then take a Mikveh or immersion privately in your own dwelling. You can do so one per person so you cannot do one for all. One per person that died. Please note these are not like the Catholic version of the prayer for the dead who they teach purgatory but Catholic clergy adopted Judaism s prayers but without understanding their full purpose and Christianity simply rejected Catholicism and also anything they had modified also went out of the window. We are commanded to wear tzitzits and the second thread of the tzitzit is for the ear to avoid listening to all the lies and false doctrines but since Christians are not taught to wear tzitzits how will they know what the second thread means? My suggestion is to get back to the roots of your faith which is the Israelite faith of the first century which is Torah government. Christianity needs the door back to Torah government because the Messiah did not come to erect a new religion and start a new way of salvation. Christians are deceived about that and will not find eternal rest as they so claim. Living lawlessly got no one into heaven so why would it get them there? Be Increased in YHWH 7
