Notes of Floyd E. Taylor for Nov. 28, 2010 Teleconference Bible Study Notes for Nov 28, 2010, Teleconference Bible Study with Floyd E. Taylor Tonight I would like to consider a few Ways of the Lord in regard to doing Good in this Time. I especially want to consider the reason for the circle and the authority of the hand. I would like us to truly remember the power of the Lord s promise of Jeremiah 50:18 and that we should remember to do as we are told to do, for if we do we will find freedom and liberty provided to us. But, for a minute consider first the great deliverance from death of Daniel in Daniel 2, for with it you may understand more of the Promise and the situation of Jeremiah 50:18, for we are coming into this time as is made clear in Zechariah 14:1-2. Daniel 2: Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. So Daniel blessed the God of heaven. 20 Daniel answered and said: "Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, for wisdom and might are His. 21 And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise (Matthew 25: The wise virgins who seek the right oil and physically trim their lamp get rid of the false light) and knowledge to those who have understanding (Those who have the entrance of His Words Psalm 119:130). 22 He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and Light dwells with Him. (If you have His Words He is in you, so you have the ingredients for John 15:7 and 1 John 5:14-15.) 23 "I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers; You have given me wisdom and might, (Consider this carefully, for the wisdom you can discern, but remember that with the knowledge of the answer, the Words of Daniel have the Power over the threat of death that King Nebuchadnezzar had declared over all the seers and wise men for their failure to understand a vision given by Daniel s God. The Wisdom is the Lord giving the RIGHT to receive the knowledge of the Words of God and to understand their meaning. Knowledge of God s Words is having His Power.), and have now made known to me what we asked of You, for You have made known to us the king's demand."! The Babylonian Army is like the northern army of today. This was made clear in Jer. 8:8 (See Ezek. 38). The Lord has told us that we are not to be afraid of the Northern Army. In Ezek. 38:11 the Lord says that He has put a hook in the jaw to bring forth His northern army against us with putting a hook in their mouth (He is setting a trap for them of their words Luke 21:34-36, Prov. 12:6, and Ezek. 38:21 every man s sword will be against each other every man s words will be against each other, and they will destroy themselves for His Glory Ezek. 38:23 for the Lord says that He will sanctify Himself by them and Jesus says that He is sanctified by being set apart through His Words John 17:17.) The Lord brings this army because we are a people of unwalled villages Ezek. 38:11, and I showed you yesterday that we are to build the Wall of the New Jerusalem through doing the Ways of His Words Rev. 21:1-7. In Zech. 14:1-2 He warns us that 50% of His people will be sent into captivity slavery - in this day. Thus, the Lord promises us to not be afraid of the Northern Army by being a doer of His Words. Joel 2:20 "But I will remove far from you the northern army, and will drive him away into a barren and desolate land, with his face toward the eastern sea and his back toward the western sea; his stench will come up, and his foul odor will rise, because he has done monstrous things." Jeremiah 8: "THEREFORE THUS SAYS THE LORD OF HOSTS: 'BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT HEARD MY WORDS, 9 behold, I will send and take all the families of the north,' (The Northern Army of this day will come against us Joel 2:29) says the Lord, 'and Page No.: 1

Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, My servant, and will bring them against this land, against its inhabitants, and against these nations all around, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, a hissing, and perpetual desolations. 10 MOREOVER I WILL TAKE FROM THEM THE VOICE OF MIRTH AND THE VOICE OF GLADNESS, THE VOICE OF THE BRIDEGROOM AND THE VOICE OF THE BRIDE, THE SOUND OF THE MILLSTONES AND THE LIGHT OF THE LAMP. (This is what the Lord is saying that He is going to do to the unwise virgins at Midnight in Matt. 25:1-13, Matt. 21:43-44) 11 And this whole land shall be a desolation and an astonishment, and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. Zechariah 14:1-2 1 Behold, the day of the Lord is coming, and your spoil will be divided in your midst. 2 For I WILL GATHER ALL THE NATIONS TO BATTLE AGAINST JERUSALEM; the city shall be taken, the houses rifled, (This is because they did not make their house a Holy House of His Words. This is why in Matt. 24:15-22 that He says in this day for His church do not take anything from your house with you, for you do not hear and do not have His Words, and He says in Luke 17 that it will be like in the days of Noah when only a few hear Him and have kept His Words of His Voice that perfects us.) and the women ravished. Half of the city shall go into captivity, but the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Ezekiel 38: Now the Word of the Lord came to me, saying, 2 "Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 and say, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. 4 I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out, with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and Page No.: 2

shields, all of them handling swords. 5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet; 6 Gomer and all its troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops--many people are with you. 7 Prepare yourself and be ready, you and all your companies that are gathered about you; and be a guard for them. 8 After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land of those brought back from the sword and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate; they were brought out of the nations, and now all of them dwell safely. 9 You will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops and many peoples with you. 10 Thus says the Lord GOD: On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will make an evil plan: 11 You will say, I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will go to A PEACEFUL PEOPLE, WHO DWELL SAFELY, ALL OF THEM DWELLING WITHOUT WALLS, AND HAVING NEITHER BARS NOR GATES to take plunder and to take booty, to stretch out your hand against the waste places that are again inhabited, and against a people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and goods, who dwell in the midst of the land. 14 "Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say to Gog, 'Thus says the Lord God: "On that Day when My people Israel dwell safely, will you not know it? 15 Then you will come from your place out of the far north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great company and a mighty army. 16 You will come up against My people Israel like a cloud, to cover the land. It will be in the latter days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me, when I am hallowed in you, O Gog, before their eyes." Ezekiel 38: You will come up against My people Israel like a cloud, to cover the land. It will be in the latter days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me, when I am hallowed in you, O Gog, before their eyes." (See John 9:4-5) 17 Thus says the Lord God: "Are you he of whom I have spoken in former days by My servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied for years in those days that I would bring you against them? 18 "And it will come to pass at the same time, when Gog comes against the land of Israel," says the Lord God, "that My fury will show in My face. 19 For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: 'Surely in that day there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, 20 so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall shake at My presence. The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.' 21 I will call for a sword against Gog throughout all My mountains," says the Lord God. "Every man's sword will be against his brother. 22 And I WILL BRING HIM TO JUDGMENT WITH PESTILENCE AND BLOODSHED; I WILL RAIN DOWN ON HIM, ON HIS TROOPS, AND ON THE MANY PEOPLES WHO ARE WITH HIM, FLOODING RAIN, GREAT HAILSTONES, FIRE, AND BRIMSTONE. 23 Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am the Lord. See that the Lord is saying in Ezek. 38:16 that He will be hallowed in our eyes, and remember that He had Nebuchadnezzar s commander put out the eyes of the disobedient king of Judah before he took him off into captivity. John 9:4-5 4 I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is the day; for the night is coming when no man can work. 5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. Matthew 24:36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. Mark 13:32 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Page No.: 3

The Lord reveals in Jeremiah 50:18 that in these days the King of Babylon (The leaders of the One World Order) is going to have a fate that is the same as that of the king of Assyria (King Sennacherib). Think about that because the Lord killed all 185,000 of the leaders of that King s Army, and then when the King fled back to his own nation, his own two sons murdered him in his temple. In Jeremiah 50:18 the Lord is saying that all the officers and the leader of the men will be killed (See Jer. 49:26, 50:30). This gives understanding to the meaning of the Lord s prophetic warning of Jeremiah 49:26 and Jeremiah 50:30. In the Bible, the young men are those who serve as military or as police. Those who walk in civil service in obedience to these leaders of Babylon are going to be destroyed suddenly like the leaders under King Sennacherib were destroyed late in the Evening. Jeremiah 50: Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: "Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, AS I HAVE PUNISHED the king of Assyria. (This verse points to both the destruction of Babylon of old, and to the destruction of Babylon in this Day of the Lord.) 19 But I will bring BACK Israel to his home, and he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan; His soul shall be satisfied on Mount Ephraim and Gilead. 20 In those days and in that time," says the Lord, "The iniquity of Israel shall be sought, but (there shall be) none; and the sins of Judah, but they shall not be found; for I will pardon those whom I preserve. Jeremiah 49:26 Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day," says the Lord of hosts. Jeremiah 50:30 Therefore her young men shall fall in the streets, and all her men of war shall be cut off in that day," says the Lord. The Lord tells us to turn and hear Him in this time and that the shepherds should weep before Him. If you consider Zech. 10:3, Jer. 50:6, and look at our nation and how they have disregarded the knowledge of His Words because they did not like the messenger, and because of the judging of His messenger they are causing many to stumble in the Way, and they are those in the target of the anger of God likened that He did to the leaders of Israel, and He sent them away into captivity or even had King Nebuchadnezzar s army to kill them. Joel 2: The Lord gives voice before His army, for His camp is very great; for strong is the One who executes His Word. For the Day of the Lord is great and very terrible; who can endure it? 12 "Now, therefore," says the Lord, "Turn to Me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning." 13 So rend your heart, and not your garments; return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness; and He relents from doing harm. 14 Who knows if He will turn and relent, and leave a blessing behind Him -- a grain offering and a drink offering for the Lord your God? 15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, consecrate a fast, call a sacred assembly; 16 gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children and nursing babes; let the bridegroom go out from his chamber, and the bride from her dressing room. 17 Let the priests, who minister to the Lord, weep between the porch and the altar; let them say, "Spare Your people, O Lord, and do not give Your heritage to reproach, that the nations should rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, 'Where is their God?'" 18 Then the Lord will be zealous for His land, and pity His people. 19 The Lord will answer and say to His people, "Behold, I will send you grain and new wine and oil, and you will be satisfied by them; I will no longer make you a reproach among the nations. 20 "But I will remove far from you the northern army, and will drive him away into a barren and desolate land, with his face toward the eastern sea and his back toward the western sea; his stench will come up, and his foul odor will rise, because he has done monstrous things." 21 Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice, for the Lord has done marvelous things! 22 Do not be afraid, you beasts of the field; for the open pastures are springing up, and the tree bears its fruit; the fig tree and the vine yield their strength. 23 Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God; for He has given Page No.: 4

you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you-- The former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. 24 The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. 25 "So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. 26 You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the Name of the Lord your God (When they begin to call upon His Name by being doers of His Words, it is then that He will not let them to ever be put to shame again, and they will have great Joy in Israel,) who has dealt wondrously with you; and My people shall never be put to shame. The Good News is that the Lord has given us an arsenal to do Good an arsenal of arrows of His Words to shoot for Good. He says that all those who turn to His Words will be saved. Joel 2:32 32 AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS THAT WHOEVER CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, as the Lord has said, among the remnant WHOM THE LORD CALLS. (It is our assigned work in this Day to be an army of people who do the Ways of His Words for others so that we enable the Lord the Words to call many to Him. Those who turn others to the Truth shall cover a multitude of Sins James 5:19-20.) John 5:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My Word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and SHALL NOT COME INTO JUDGMENT, but has passed from death into everlasting life. We need to learn the Way of shooting His Bow like David. Jeremiah 50:14 14 "Put yourselves in array against Babylon all around, all you who bend the bow; shoot at her, spare no arrows, for she has sinned against the Lord. Psalm 110:5-7 5 The Lord is at Your right hand; He shall execute kings in the Day of His Wrath (This is the Time we are now living in.) 6 He shall judge among the nations, He shall fill the places with dead bodies, He shall execute the heads of many countries. 7 He shall drink of the brook by the wayside; therefore He shall lift up the head. Page No.: 5

Peter reveals in 1 Peter 2:15-16 that it is instruction of the Will of God that we are to do Good. We are also told in the Scriptures that for those who know to do Good but do not do it, then it is sin for them to not do Good. As has been pointed out earlier in this Writing, King David makes clear in Psalm 119:142 that the Law is His Words and John testifies in John 1:1 and in 1 John 5:6-7 that the Words of God are the Father. And David teaches us in Psalm 33:4 that the all the works of God are by Truth, and that means by the Words of the Father, and Jesus says that He showed only the works of the Father and that they were all Good Works. So the Lord is instructing us to be doers of His Words. James confirms this in James 1:22. 1 Peter 2:15-16 FOR THIS IS THE WILL OF GOD, THAT BY DOING GOOD YOU MAY PUT TO SILENCE THE IGNORANCE OF FOOLISH MEN AS FREE, YET NOT USING LIBERTY AS A CLOAK FOR VICE, BUT AS BONDSERVANTS OF GOD. James 1: BUT BE DOERS OF THE WORD, AND NOT HEARERS ONLY, DECEIVING YOURSELVES. 23 FOR IF ANYONE IS A HEARER OF THE WORD AND NOT A DOER, HE IS LIKE A MAN OBSERVING HIS NATURAL FACE IN A MIRROR; 24 FOR HE OBSERVES HIMSELF, GOES AWAY, AND IMMEDIATELY FORGETS WHAT KIND OF MAN HE WAS. 25 But he who looks into the PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer BUT A DOER OF THE WORK, THIS ONE WILL BE BLESSED IN WHAT HE DOES. 2 Timothy 3: ALL SCRIPTURE (All of God s Prophetic Word has to agree with Scripture) IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 THAT THE MAN OF GOD MAY BE PERFECT, THOROUGHLY FURNISHED UNTO ALL GOOD WORKS. John 15:7 IF YOU ABIDE IN ME, AND MY WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. 1 John 5: Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that IF WE ASK ANYTHING ACCORDING TO HIS WILL, HE HEARS US. 15 AND IF WE KNOW THAT HE HEARS US, WHATEVER WE ASK, WE KNOW THAT WE HAVE THE PETITIONS THAT WE HAVE ASKED OF HIM. Hebrews 8:6 But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as HE IS ALSO MEDIATOR OF A BETTER COVENANT, WHICH WAS ESTABLISHED ON BETTER PROMISES. (He completed the requirement of God - the Covenant that will gain us Eternal Life.) Page No.: 6

Prophetic Word released on the Internet on Nov 28, 2010 (My comments are in blue italics, and I made the red highlights and with yellow.): "You Will Hear of a New Power Being Released!" "I Am Calling My Own to Come Aside and to Partake of Who I Am" (He is the Word and He is God and He is all Truth, all the Way, and the Life.) The following corporate prophetic Word was given on October 19, 2010 As we were worshiping, I kept hearing the Lord say, "Some are called, some are chosen, and some never RSVP. I am calling My own to come aside and to partake of who I Am so that they can come to understand who they are called to be. (The Calling out of the Wise Virgins is under Way.) Man would call you this and man would call you that. You would behave and you would respond according to title. I would not have you titled. I would have you not branded by the handprint of a man. I would have you set aside consecrated, called, chosen, and prepared as a vessel of honor, as a vessel of glory. (The only thing that we can put in us that is Holy is His Words that come also with His Spirit the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit are One 1 John 5:7, Psalm 119:130, 142, 160, John 17:17.) "For I am training My own with an ear that is astute, that would hear Me even in a calm breeze, even in stillness, and even in the tossing and the throwing of a storm. They would sense My presence and have the sight within their spirit of the vision of the direction. (Zephaniah 3:8-9 He says that at the time He sets apart His people that He will cause them to hear Him so that speak to Him with a Pure Speech Pure Language a language of His Holy Words that are set apart from man, and that are illegal for the unsanctified man the non-set-apart man to speak in this day per Psalm 50: For He is going to cause the people who are set apart to call on Him with One Shoulder One Yoke One Way One Doctrine Zeph. 3:8-9, Daniel 12:9-10, Eccl. 12:11.) "I am going to release over My Body the gifts fresh, strong, rededicated, renewed, refurnished. (Matthew 25:31-34, Matthew 21:43-44 the Gift of the inheritance of the Kingdom of God that is the authority over His Holy Words by which all things are made and all things exists, Psalm 33:4, Daniel 4:37, Romans 1:20.) For many have gotten weary, for they have been sought after for their gift. They have set aside their gift and have been dwelling under judgment rather than under favor. I will not have My own under judgment. The world can come under judgment under the world's own judgment. Mine are under grace, for I have sent My Son. The price and the debt has been paid and established. My Son fulfilled the law. My Son became the curse. All that was laid upon mankind, My Son fulfilled. My Son fulfilled to the last, the last... the last point of no return to where there is no room for man to add to what My Son has done. "I Am Causing Divine Appointments to Come Out of Nowhere" "I say unto you, yes there shall come renewal, revival. There shall come a refurbishing of the gifts. My Son will be lifted up stronger than He has in the past. I have a militant army. They will be so militant in outloving each other and outpreferring each other without one another making a show. (Joel 2) What has been done openly, will be rewarded openly. What is done in secret will be rewarded by the Father. "You are about to move and to see (He is going to gather His people together in groups in a Goshen area, and He is going to make that call to occur.) Me come as God the Father, the rewarder of Good deeds, as God the Father, who is coming and taking report cards into the hearts of His children and is putting grades upon those areas that needed to be developed, and putting beside those stars to where they have accelerated through pain and disappointment. You will come to understand that you are being graded by glory to glory in Christ Jesus. "Just as you graduate in the natural, so do you graduate from glory to glory. As you become stronger in one area, My glory enters in. My glory takes up residencies in areas you never dreamt possible or even knew that I would choose to dwell there. I am healing hearts. I am causing divine appointments to come out of nowhere. I am setting aside those that are living a surrendered life in stillness, for orders are being released. As Page No.: 7

orders are being released, so will the consecration for that order, the anointing for that order, the vision and the plan and the purpose for that order. (We are consecrated made Holy through the entrance of His Words that sweeps us clean John 15:3, Ephesians 5:25-27, John 17:17.) "Man has tried to develop My gifts in the natural. My gifts were meant to be developed by My Spirit in the Spirit. (What the Lord is saying is that man the church of today has tried to do things by their wisdom and by their words and doing it their way. That is exactly what He warns them not to do in Isaiah 58: They will not hear His knowledge that He clearly makes known and tells them within the Scriptures. They want to follow the traditions of their fathers, when even in this Prophetic Word He is telling them to come out to a new thing to come out and actually, for the very first time in their lives, hear Him. He says that it is His Words that are Spirit and they are Life John 6:63. He says that it is His Words that make us a child of God consider John 8:47, for without His Words you cannot be a child of God and in John 3:34 He says that the fullness of His Spirit are in His Words that He set apart from the Time of Creation as being Holy for they incorporate within them the fullness of His Good Works the Gift of all His Promises of Good Works that are necessary to overcome the world. When we finally identify His Plan is centered around our faith in His Holy Words and the Promises of Good Works that they contain, then we can enable the power of the Lord as it is made known in John 15:7 and 1 John 5:14-15.) I am calling forth the gifts to come forth, this time birthed in My Spirit, matured in My Spirit, and subject by My Spirit that I alone be glorified," says the Lord your God. "You Carry Within You the Spirit of Counsel Wherever You Are" The following corporate prophetic word was given on November 2, 2010: The Lord says, "As you have ministered to Me, allow Me to minister to you. I'm going to release over you right now the peace that surpasses understanding. (All His Works are found within His Words, and His Peace is the Name of the Eternal Heaven and His Peace is the Way that all things are kept within His Eternal Kingdom where all things are done in the fullness of His Promises He placed within His Words from the beginning of Creation. When we understand this, then we have the Light of Him the Wisdom of God within us, and we have understanding Psalm 119:130. Then there is nothing that is impossible to us, for He said that to those whom the Words of God come, they are like little gods before Him, for they speak and do the Ways of His Words in the same image as Christ who gives them the authority to be children of God John.) You started out singing, 'Let God arise and His enemies be scattered.' When you invited Me to arise, I was taking you with Me as I rose. I am going to train you how to learn to rise up again and again and again over circumstances. I have trampled the enemy and he is under your feet. I would charge you this night to keep him in remembrance of My work; he has experienced it, he knows it, but remind him. "That's what I was doing when I was out in the wilderness. I was reminding him who I was. I was putting him in the place where he belonged. I am going to start rising up in you, and My wings will overshadow you. You will be filled with the peace I have promised you. You have caused the enemy to scatter, but just as he has scattered I am calling My own to gather. (I am expecting the Lord is going to gather His people in a Goshen, but that the entire nation of the USA will then turn. It will come out of Texas as He has said, but He will bring destruction on Texas first until it changes its rebellious and hard heart against hearing and receiving His Words. He has shown much destruction will come to Florida and Texas until they cry out to Him in the Way of His Words.) As they gather together, they will have a circle and a wall of fire around them. (There are many prophesies about this time and the gathering in circles and speaking out His Words of Promise and that He causes the fire to fall on the enemies and they flee from these who are covered by His covering. In the time of this stress the people need to gather and pray in a circle. In the Bible the word Gilgal means wheel, to roll, and it is used to describe the secret of the Bible. The Gematria sum of the letter value of the Hebrew word for Gilgal has a sum of 66. There are 66 books in the Bible and these books can be read in any of the many earthly languages (The knowledge of the words are similar), or they can also be read in the single Pure Language of the Kingdom of Heaven where those of His Kingdom Page No.: 8

know that there are 153 Words that God has placed special Promises of Good Works within them that will never fail. Further, Ezekiel describes the Glory of God having a wheel within a wheel on each of the four sides. That is because the two Languages (Earthly Languages and His Pure Language.) All those with understanding will know the wheel the books of the Bible - that are within the books of the Bible, for they are set apart as Holy by the knowledge of His Words. The entirety of the Plan of God is within His Words, and we are in the Time of the end of the 6,000 years when the Works of God in His Words are to be fulfilled, so that those in the Millennium will rest in the knowledge of His Good Works that He has done that overcame the Beast. Also the Waters that surround the Heavens are as a ball a circle and the Heavens are located within that circle - see enclosed chart on page 9. So we are acknowledging that God made all things within the Waters and that He has set the Times and Seasons, and we are in the Harvest Season of the Day of the Lord in the Year of His Recompense. We are that generation of people whom God has called and chosen, and all who come out from Babylon from following the Way of the One World Order and are ready to hear His Words when He calls then they will be brought out and enabled with the authority to do all that is required to bring forth His Kingdom and to complete the Words of His Book. Therefore, when we gather together in a circle, and pray for His Words to be fulfilled in this time, and that we acknowledge that this is His Time and that He has power over all things.) Where he tries to bring his fire that is illegitimate and blend it with My fire, My Spirit will overcome the illegitimate fire. (His Words are Spirit and they are Life John 6:63. His Words gives the Light that will not be put out Psalm 119:130.) It has no legal rights, for you are filled with My Spirit and you have the flame of My Spirit, you have the power of My Spirit, and you carry within you the Spirit of counsel wherever you are. (His Name is the Word of God Rev. 19:13. He has promised us, that in this very Time, all who hear Him and call upon His Name shall be saved and will not be harmed Joel 2:32, John 5:24, Rev. 6:5-6.) You Will Hear of a New Power Being Released! "Tonight I would release fresh into your lives a Spirit of comfort that you would come to know the comfort of My Spirit. Many of you have come to know Me and the fellowship of My suffering. That has caused grave pain and disappointment, but I promise you it was for a reason: for a higher purpose and a higher plan. I tell you, I am turning the hands on the clock. It is the hour to where you will hear not only rejoicing, but you will hear of a new power released. (Take notice that THEY WILL HEAR OF A NEW POWER BEING RELEASED. The Lord is saying that they do not have it and they need to obtain it!!!!!!! If they are wise they will run to the knowledge of Truth the knowledge of the Power of God s Promises that He placed within His Words from the beginning of Creation. The Lord is the King of kings, and He testified that He is a King before Pilate, and He testified that He had been sent into the world to bear witness to the Truth to the Words of God and the Promises of His Good Works that are within them the Promises God the Father placed into those Words from before the foundations of the world. The Bible clearly says in Eccl. 8:4 that it is in the Words of a King where His Power is found. In this Prophetic Word the Lord is also again saying that this is the Appointed Time for the Power is not released until the Lord sets apart His people into the Kingdoms of Light and Darkness and pours out His anger Zephaniah 3:8-9.) "I will say, and I would establish over you and over your homes and over your nations: My yes and My amen, so be it, ACCORDING TO MY WORD. Lay down everything that would hinder you. Do not cling to one another, but cling to My Cross. (In Matthew 24 and Mark 13 the Lord says to come out and take nothing of your old wisdom with you. He tells us the same in the Parable of the Pearl of Great Price and in the Parable of the Great Treasure hidden in the field - Matthew 13:44-46) Let My Cross have the work in you that needs to be accomplished. I promise you this: The Cross points you to resurrection. I am going to resurrect dreams; I am going to resurrect healings; I am going to resurrect restoration. I am even going to blow up on finances that you thought were lost and forgotten. Page No.: 9

"I will not have My own feel abandoned when they have been adopted. Not only have you been adopted, but you have been carved in the palm of My hand. Keep this in your remembrance. When the enemy comes in, take the palm of your hand and place it toward the ground and remind him that your name has been written in the palm of My hand. (This is the Lord making known to do the Way of His Words. The hand is the authority of the power of authority of God. In Rev. 5 the Father issues the Scroll with the Seven Seals with all the Promises of this Day to bring His people forth into the Kingdom of God, He did so by giving it with His Right Hand. He was giving the Lord the Promises of God that will make the earth as His footstool. Thus, by extending your right palm over the earth you are confirming that Promise of God and that authority of the Father, and thus, you are saying that with God all things are possible (Gen. 18:14) and that all the Promises given by God cannot be broken on earth or in the creation Isaiah 55:11 So shall My Word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Why is it that when the Lord directs them to do these things and they accept it as being from God, that they cannot believe in His Words?) "Whatever Circumstance Faces You, Call the King of Glory to Walk In" "I will lay My hand upon your head; I will lay My other hand upon your heart and speak to it to be still. I am not a forgetful God, but I am the God of remembrance. All that you have done, all that you have cried out to Me has not been for no reason at all; but it has been spoken, directed, bathed by My Spirit and offered up to be sanctified that I alone be glorified. "Remember to call Me Lord; declare My Lordship. Clear the path, for the King of Glory has entered in. Whatever circumstance faces you, call the King of Glory to walk in. I promise you, when they meet the King of Glory, they will bow and they will bend and they will tremble because the King has entered the temple," says the Lord your God. Page No.: 10

A reality check about His people: Notes for Nov 28, 2010, Teleconference Bible Study with Floyd E. Taylor Why is it that when the Lord directs a shepherd or a person of His church to do these things such as holding out a palm over the earth - and they accept it as being from God, that they cannot believe in His Words? He is telling them in this Prophetic Word that He is going to show them a power that they do not know and that they should hear Him and discern His Word. Then He tells them to do this with the palm of their hand, and yet they will still not see the Ways of His Words by which He did so many miracles. This is the same as the Pharisees, Scribes and Priests in the days He was on the earth, for John said in John 3:32 that while He lived and ministered that no one discerned His Testimony, and Jesus testified the same before Pilate, for He says in John 18:37 that not one was there and all who hear the Truth hear His voice. Not one was with Him to testify of the Power of the Words God had sent Him into the earth to make known. This is why He says in Zech 10:3 that His people are remaining amongst the goatherds and it is their time of Judgment! And again in Luke 21:34-36 He says that not one would be found ready. And in Luke 17 He says that it will be like in the days of Noah when only a few would be prepared at His coming, just as He gave the Prophetic Word on May 5 th of this Year. Isaiah 55:11 So shall My Word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. John 10: Jesus answered them, "I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father's name, they bear witness of Me. 26 But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you. 27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand. 30 I and My Father are one." 31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. 32 Jesus answered them, "Many Good Works I have shown you from My Father. (Psalm 33:4, John 15:7) For which of those works do you stone Me?" 33 The Jews answered Him, saying, "For a Good Work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God." 34 Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law, 'I said, "You are gods"'? 35 If He called them gods, to whom the Word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), 36 do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'? 37 If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me; 38 but if I do, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, that you may know and believe that the Father is in Me, and I in Him." 39 Therefore they sought again to seize Him, but He escaped out of their hand. 13 King Sennacherib Boasts Against the Lord (2 King 18:13 37; 2 Chronicles 32:1 19, Isaiah 36:2-37, and Isaiah 38) Comments Text from Bible It is always interesting that we do not seem to 2 Kings 18: Now it came to pass in the third year of Hoshea the son of Elah, king understand that in the Bible, especially in the Old of Israel, that Hezekiah the son of Ahaz (Means One who takes or poseesses ), king of Testament, the names of children were usually given Judah, began to reign. 2 He was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he of the revelation of the Lord. If you consider King reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Abi (Means My Hezekiah, you can see that from birth He was given a Father ) the daughter of Zechariah (Means Memory of the Lord ). 3 And he did what work to remember His Father, the Lord God Almighty. was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father David had done. This text intentionally includes his mother s name and 4 He removed the high places and broke the sacred pillars, cut down the wooden origin. image and broke in pieces the bronze serpent that Moses had made; for until those days the children of Israel burned incense to it, and called it Nehushtan. 5 He trusted in the This is why we should understand that when the Lord LORD God of Israel, so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, Jesus says that He came in the Way of the Name of nor who were before him. 6 For he held fast to the LORD; he did not depart from the Father, that there is great meaning to the work following Him, but kept His commandments, which the LORD had commanded Moses. that Jesus came to do, and that work is made known in 7 The LORD was with him; he prospered wherever he went. And he rebelled against the Deut. 18: king of Assyria and did not serve him. 8 He subdued the Philistines, as far as Gaza and its territory, from watchtower to fortified city. Also Jesus says that He is coming back in the Way of His Father s Name and His New Name the Christ, and if we will hear Him then He will write that name on us Rev. 3:12. Take note in verse 6 that he started out great. Take note in verse 7 that he prospered greatly. Note why Israel went into captivity. They rejected to hear His Words. We need to hear this San Antonio and America!!!! In verses 13-16, see how weak that King Hezekiah became. Page No.: 13 9 Now it came to pass in the fourth year of King Hezekiah, which was the seventh year of Hoshea the son of Elah, king of Israel, that Shalmaneser king of Assyria came up against Samaria and besieged it. 10 And at the end of three years they took it. In the sixth year of Hezekiah, that is, the ninth year of Hoshea king of Israel, Samaria was taken. 11 Then the king of Assyria carried Israel away captive to Assyria, and put them in Halah and by the Habor, the River of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes, 12 because they did not obey the voice of the LORD their God, but transgressed His covenant and all that Moses the servant of the LORD had commanded; and they would neither hear nor do them. 2 Kings 18: And in the fourteenth year of King Hezekiah, Sennacherib king of Assyria came up against all the fortified cities of Judah and took them. 14 Then Hezekiah king of Judah sent to the king of Assyria at Lachish, saying, "I have done wrong; turn away from me; whatever you impose on me I will pay." And the king of Assyria assessed Hezekiah king of Judah three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold. 15 So Hezekiah gave him all the silver that was found in the house of the LORD and in the treasuries of the king's house. 16 At that time Hezekiah stripped the gold from the doors of the temple of the LORD, and from the pillars which Hezekiah

Hezekiah started out correctly, but then he lacked faith to keep going. He did not seek the Lord when they king of Assyria came, but rather he paid tribute and was weak. That is exactly the way of the church today in America and the world. They cower before tyranny and they do not seek god for the Way of His Power, even though they should know by now that we are in the Day of the Lord a Day that belongs to Him. He will punish those who are cowardly Rev. 21:8 and they will in no ways enter into Eternal Life. The Power is available to the meek and the weak. See the Beatitudes in Matthew 5 and it is His instruction to His disciples from the beginning of His ministry. Notes for Nov 28, 2010, Teleconference Bible Study with Floyd E. Taylor king of Judah had overlaid, and gave it to the king of Assyria. Sennacherib Boasts Against the LORD (Is. 36:2 22; 2 Chr. 32:9 15) 17 Then the king of Assyria sent the Tartan, the Rabsaris, and the Rabshakeh from Lachish, with a great army against Jerusalem, to King Hezekiah. And they went up and came to Jerusalem. When they had come up, they went and stood by the aqueduct from the upper pool, which was on the highway to the Fuller's Field. 18 And when they had called to the king, Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, who was over the household, Shebna the scribe, and Joah the son of Asaph, the recorder, came out to them. 19 Then the Rabshakeh said to them, "Say now to Hezekiah, 'Thus says the great king, the king of Assyria: "What confidence is this in which you trust? 20 You speak of having plans and power for war; but they are mere words. And in whom do you trust, that you rebel against me? 21 Now look! You are trusting in the staff of this broken reed, Egypt, on which if a man leans, it will go into his hand and pierce it. So is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all who trust in him. 22 But if you say to me, 'We trust in the LORD our God,' is it not He whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah has taken away, and said to Judah and Jerusalem, 'You shall worship before this altar in Jerusalem'?" ' 23 Now therefore, I urge you, give a pledge to my master the king of Assyria, and I will give you two thousand horses if you are able on your part to put riders on them! 24 How then will you repel one captain of the least of my master's servants, and put your trust in Egypt for chariots and horsemen? 25 Have I now come up without the LORD against this place to destroy it? The LORD said to me, 'Go up against this land, and destroy it.' " 26 Then Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, Shebna, and Joah said to the Rabshakeh, "Please speak to your servants in Aramaic, for we understand it; and do not speak to us in Hebrew in the hearing of the people who are on the wall." 27 But the Rabshakeh said to them, "Has my master sent me to your master and to you to speak these words, and not to the men who sit on the wall, who will eat and drink their own waste with you?" 28 Then the Rabshakeh stood and called out with a loud voice in Hebrew, and spoke, saying, "Hear the word of the great king, the king of Assyria! 29 Thus says the king: 'Do not let Hezekiah deceive you, for he shall not be able to deliver you from his hand; 30 nor let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD, saying, "The LORD will surely deliver us; this city shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria." ' 31 Do not listen to Hezekiah; for thus says the king of Assyria: 'Make peace with me by a present and come out to me; and every one of you eat from his own vine and every one from his own Page No.: 14

fig tree, and every one of you drink the waters of his own cistern; 32 until I come and take you away to a land like your own land, a land of grain and new wine, a land of bread and vineyards, a land of olive groves and honey, that you may live and not die. But do not listen to Hezekiah, lest he persuade you, saying, "The LORD will deliver us." 33 Has any of the gods of the nations at all delivered its land from the hand of the king of Assyria? 34 Where are the gods of Hamath and Arpad? Where are the gods of Sepharvaim and Hena and Ivah? Indeed, have they delivered Samaria from my hand? 35 Who among all the gods of the lands have delivered their countries from my hand, that the LORD should deliver Jerusalem from my hand?' " 36 But the people held their peace and answered him not a word; for the king's commandment was, "Do not answer him." 37 Then Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, who was over the household, Shebna the scribe, and Joah the son of Asaph, the recorder, came to Hezekiah with their clothes torn, and told him the words of the Rabshakeh. Isaiah Assures Deliverance Isaiah's Prophecy and Judah's Deliverance The people have no understanding of power although 2 Kings 19: And so it was, when King Hezekiah heard it, that he tore his clothes, the King Hezekiah was clearly thinking it over in his covered himself with sackcloth, and went into the house of the LORD. 2 Then he sent mind as to how he had gotten into that predicament. Eliakim, who was over the household, Shebna the scribe, and the elders of the priests, covered with sackcloth, to Isaiah (Means the salvation of the Lord ) the prophet, the son of Amoz. (Means strong, robust ) 3 And they said to him, "Thus says Hezekiah: 'This day is a day of trouble, and rebuke, and blasphemy; for the children have come to birth, but there is no strength to bring them forth. 4 It may be that the LORD your God will hear all the words of the Rabshakeh, whom his master the king of Assyria Take notice the Way of the Words that the king sent has sent to reproach the living God, and will rebuke the words which the LORD your God before Isaiah. has heard. Therefore lift up your prayer for the remnant that is left.' " 5 So the servants of King Hezekiah came to Isaiah. 6 And Isaiah said to them, "Thus you shall say to your master, 'Thus says the LORD: "Do not be afraid of the words which you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me. 7 Surely I will send a spirit upon him, and he shall hear a rumor and return to his own land; and I will cause him to fall by the sword in his own land." ' " The Lord is giving to Isaiah the same words that He is giving to us of this Day, and the Lord will deliver us in the same way as is made clear in Jeremiah 50:18 and in Joel 2 and others such as Zech. 14. Page No.: 15 8 Then the Rabshakeh returned and found the king of Assyria warring against Libnah, for he heard that he had departed from Lachish. 9 And the king heard concerning Tirhakah king of Ethiopia, "Look, he has come out to make war with you." So he again sent messengers to Hezekiah, saying, 10 "Thus you shall speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying: 'Do not let your God in whom you trust deceive you, saying, "Jerusalem shall not

THIS IS WHAT WE MUST DO. The One World Order has declared that they are bringing forth a hedonistic society and that they are going to destroy the teaching of God and even the sovereignty of the nations that He established. The Lord will give us the same answer as He did King Hezekiah if we will call on Him for as He did with King Hezekiah He said do not fear this army that blasphemes Him and do not discern who puts in place the nations. Page No.: 16 Notes for Nov 28, 2010, Teleconference Bible Study with Floyd E. Taylor be given into the hand of the king of Assyria." 11 Look! You have heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all lands by utterly destroying them; and shall you be delivered? 12 Have the gods of the nations delivered those whom my fathers have destroyed, Gozan and Haran and Rezeph, and the people of Eden who were in Telassar? 13 Where is the king of Hamath, the king of Arpad, and the king of the city of Sepharvaim, Hena, and Ivah?' " 14 And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it; and Hezekiah went up to the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD. 15 Then Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said: "O LORD God of Israel, the One who dwells between the cherubim, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth. 16 Incline Your ear, O LORD, and hear; open Your eyes, O LORD, and see; and hear the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God. 17 Truly, LORD, the kings of Assyria have laid waste the nations and their lands, 18 and have cast their gods into the fire; for they were not gods, but the work of men's hands wood and stone. Therefore they destroyed them. 19 Now therefore, O LORD our God, I pray, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are the LORD God, You alone." 20 Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, "Thus says the LORD God of Israel: 'Because you have prayed to Me against Sennacherib king of Assyria, I have heard.' 21 This is the word which the LORD has spoken concerning him: 'The virgin, the daughter of Zion, Has despised you, laughed you to scorn; the daughter of Jerusalem has shaken her head behind your back! 22 'Whom have you reproached and blasphemed? Against whom have you raised your voice, And lifted up your eyes on high? Against the Holy One of Israel. 23 By your messengers you have reproached the Lord, and said: "By the multitude of my chariots I have come up to the height of the mountains, to the limits of Lebanon; I will cut down its tall cedars and its choice cypress trees; I will enter the extremity of its borders, to its fruitful forest. 24 I have dug and drunk strange water, and with the soles of my feet I have dried up all the brooks of defense." 25 'Did you not hear long ago how I made it, from ancient times that I formed it? Now I have brought it to pass, that you should be for crushing fortified cities into heaps of ruins. 26 Therefore their inhabitants had little power; they were dismayed and confounded; they were as the grass of the field and the green herb, as the grass
