In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:1-4, 14)
Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world... (Hebrews 1:1-2)
Through Jesus we know precisely what God is like. (Heb. 1:3) Through Jesus we know the privilege of being forgiven. (Heb. 1:3) Through Jesus we know protection in every circumstance. (Heb. 1:2-3)
He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, 4 having become as much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs... (Hebrews 1:3-4)
Through Jesus we know precisely what God is like. (Heb. 1:3). He is full of grace and truth (John 1:14)
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:14)
Through Jesus we know precisely what God is like. (Heb. 1:3). He is full of grace and truth (John 1:14) Grace refers to God s unmerited favor for those who are undeserving.
Through Jesus we know precisely what God is like. (Heb. 1:3). He is full of grace and truth (John 1:14) Grace refers to God s unmerited favor for those who are undeserving. Truth refers to God s faithfulness in keeping His promises.
This is the most amazing event in all of history: the eternal, omnipotent, omnipresent, infinitely holy Son of God took on human nature and lived among man as one who was both God and man at the same time, in one person. - ESV Study Bible
Through Jesus we know precisely what God is like. (Heb. 1:3) Through Jesus we know the privilege of being forgiven. (Heb. 1:3) Through Jesus we know protection in every circumstance. (Heb. 1:2-3)
Through Jesus we know the privilege of being forgiven (Heb. 1:3). He is ready and willing (Luke 23:34)
Through Jesus we know the privilege of being forgiven (Heb. 1:3). He is ready and willing (Luke 23:34) You must humbly recognize your wrong, and repent (Acts 2:37-41).
Through Jesus we know precisely what God is like. (Heb. 1:3) Through Jesus we know the privilege of being forgiven. (Heb. 1:3) Through Jesus we know protection in every circumstance. (Heb. 1:2-3)
Through Jesus we know protection in every circumstance (Heb. 1:2-3) He is the creator, and sustainer of the universe (Heb. 1:2, 3, 10-12)
Lo within a manger lies, He who built the starry skies From the hymn Amid the Winter s Snow
Through Jesus we know protection in every circumstance (Heb. 1:2-3) He is the creator, and sustainer of the universe (Heb. 1:2, 3, 10-12) He was intentionally loving when He put it into motion (Gal. 4:4-5)
Galatians 4:4-5 But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, 5 to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.
