2 Jesus Christ is called by the divine name of GOD in both the Old and New Testaments. Both GOD the Father and the Holy Spirit address Jesus Christ as Eternal GOD. 1 Timothy 3:16 says, Without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: GOD was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

3 Whatever it takes to be GOD, Jesus Christ possesses. Every attribute GOD has, Christ has. What GOD can do, Christ can do. Anything true of GOD is true of Christ. Jesus Christ is Perfectly GOD and He is Perfectly Man. Satan s Goal is to try to deceive the world into believing that his son, the anti-christ, is GOD and that Jesus Christ is NOT GOD!

4 Lawlessness Is Being Restrained Right Now by GOD (CHRIST IN US), But The Lawless One, the anti-christ, will come and rule for a very short time... Colossians 2:8-9 says: Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the elementary principles of the world, and not after Christ. For in Him (CHRIST) dwells all the fullness of the GOD- HEAD bodily.

5 All cults: Jehovah s Witnesses, Unitarians, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Mormons, New Age Movement and others deny the Deity of Christ. There is but ONE GOD and SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST the LORD, WHO FORGIVES US ALL OF OUR SINS... Jesus Christ Has All The Divine Titles and Names of GOD! Christ is called GOD.

6 Jesus Christ is the FIRST and the LAST in Isaiah 44:6 and Revelation 1:17. Isaiah 44:6-B I am the First and the Last; and beside me there is no GOD. Revelation 1:17-B Fear not; I am the First and the Last. I AM HE that lives, and was dead; and, behold, I AM alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. (Revelation 1:18)

7 Jesus is GOD and ROCK of Deuteronomy 32:3-4 and of 1 Corinthians 10:4. Deuteronomy 32:3-4 says: I will proclaim the name of the LORD, O praise the greatness of our GOD. He is the ROCK. His works are perfect and His ways are just. A faithful GOD who does no wrong, upright and just is He. 1 Corinthians 10:4 says: And all did drink of that Spiritual ROCK and that ROCK was CHRIST!

8 Jesus Christ is called The LIGHT of Psalm 27:1 and John 8:12. Psalm 27:1 says: The LORD is my LIGHT and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? John 8:12- B says: I am the LIGHT of the world, he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the LIGHT of LIFE!

9 JESUS CHRIST is the HOLY ONE and the GOD of Isaiah 48:17 and Acts 3:14. Isaiah 48:17 says: Thus says the LORD your Redeemer, the HOLY ONE of Israel, I AM the LORD your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go. Acts 3:14 says: But you denied the HOLY ONE (Jesus) and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you.

10 Jesus Christ is GOD, the Redeemer of the whole earth. Job 19:25 says: For I Know that my REDEEMER lives, and He shall stand at the latter day upon the earth... Galatians 3:13 says: Christ has REDEEMED us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us... For by GOD s Grace we are saved through Faith in Christ Alone.

11 Jesus Christ will JUDGE those guilty of sin who have not believed He is GOD. Psalm 7:8 says: The LORD shall judge the people: Judge me, LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me. 1 Corinthians 5:10 says: For we all must stand before the judgment seat of Christ, that everyone may receive the things done in his body, according to that he has done, whether they be good or bad.

12 Jesus Christ is GOD the Shepherd. HE gives eternal life to all who believe. Psalm 80:1, 3 say: Give ear, O SHEPHERD of Israel Turn us again, O GOD and cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved. John 10:11 says: Jesus said, I am the GOOD SHEPHERD: The GOOD SHEP- HERD gives his life for the sheep.

13 Jesus is GOD the great I AM of Exodus 3: Jesus said: I AM the WAY, I AM the TRUTH, I AM the DOOR, I AM the BREAD OF LIFE, I AM the LIVING WATER and I AM the GOOD SHEPHERD.

14 The There is but One LORD and One GOD. His name is Jesus Christ our LORD and Savior.

15 Jesus Christ is the GOD and SAVIOR of both the Old and New Testaments. Isaiah 45:21-22 says: There is no GOD else beside me; a just God and a Savior: there is none beside me. Look unto me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth: for I AM GOD, and there is none else. Philippians 3:20 says: For our citizenship is in heaven; from where also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Timothy 2:5 says: For there is one God and one Mediator between GOD and men, the man Christ Jesus.

16 Jesus Christ is Perfectly GOD and Perfectly Man. Jesus Christ is perfectly GOD, as He is perfectly man. Satan is preparing the world now for the coming of his son, the son of perdition, by attacking the deity of Christ. Jesus Christ claimed absolute equality with the Father. I and My Father are One. He that has seen me has seen the Father. (John 10:30 & 14:9)

17 This world is being held together by the power of THE WORD, Jesus Christ! There are five distinctive divine attributes or characteristics that only GOD possesses. Jesus Christ Has All Five Divine Attributes of GOD.

18 1 - OMNIPOTENT Omnipotent means all-powerful. GOD alone has all power. Christ demonstrated He has all power. All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth (Matthew 28:18). Throughout His life on earth, Jesus Christ demonstrated His Divine power over NATURE, SICKNESS, DISEASE, SATAN and DEATH. NATURE - He made the winds and the sea calm and still (Matthew 8:24-27)

19 SICKNESS - He healed every kind of sickness and various diseases (Matthew 4:23-24) SATAN - He publicly overpowered Satan s principalities and powers (Colossians 2:15 ) DEATH - He abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel of the Grace of GOD. (2 Timothy 1:10) Jesus Christ is the Creator, so the creation is in His control. Jesus Christ created our bodies, so He can repair them.

20 Omniscient means all-knowing. Christ knew everything about everyone s life, including every secret thing. No one could hide anything from the Lord Jesus. He could read their minds. HE KNEW EVERY SECRET OF MAN S HISTORY. He knew that the woman at the well, whom He had never met, had 5 husbands. Jesus Christ knew all about her personal life (John 4:16-19).

21 JESUS KNEW OF A COIN IN FISH S MOUTH. Jesus knew of a certain coin in a fish s mouth before the fish was caught, provided so that He could pay the taxes (Matthew 17:27). JESUS KNEW ALL THE SECRET THOUGHTS OF MEN S HEARTS. Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, Why do you think evil in your heart.? (Matthew 9:3-4) You know my sitting down and my rising up: You understand all my thoughts afar off (Psalms 139:2).

22 3 - OMNIPRESENT Means being everywhere at once. CHRIST S SPIRIT IS EVERY- WHERE AT THE SAME TIME. Only GOD has the ability to be everywhere at once. Jesus Christ has that Spiritual ability. Lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the earth. (Matthew 28:20) For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. (Matthew 18:20)

23 CHRIST IN US AND WE IN HIM because I live, you shall live also. At that day you shall know that I AM IN MY FATHER and YOU IN ME and I IN YOU (John 14:19-20). NOTE: Remember who you really are according to the WORD of GOD The real You is a Spirit that lives in a body that has a soul -- mind, emotion and will. Your mind is your thinker; your emotion is your feeler and your will is your chooser. Bottom line: Ephesians 2:6 THE REAL YOU IS A SPIRIT!

24 Means always to have existed, no beginning, no end, is everlasting CHRIST JESUS IS GOD BEFORE ALL THINGS He, Christ, is before all things and by Him all things consist. (Colossians 1:17) THOU ART GOD FROM EVER- LASTING TO EVERLASTING Before Abraham was, I AM. (John 8:56-58) JESUS CHRIST HAD NO BEGINNING AND NO END. Revelation 1:8 says, I am the Alpha and the Omega, says the LORD GOD, Who IS and Who WAS and Who is to COME, the Almighty.

25 Means God does not change. GOD ALONE IS THE SAME. Malachi 3:6 says, For I am the LORD, I change not. JESUS CHRIST ALONE IS THE SAME Hebrews 13:8 says, Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever. GOD ALONE HAS THESE 5 ATTRIB- UTES. CHRIST HAS ALL OF THEM! Hebrews 1:8 says, But to the Son, HE, (God) says, Your Throne, O GOD, is forever and ever, a scepter of righteous ness is a scepter of your kingdom. GOD the FATHER calls Jesus Christ GOD!

26 There are seven works that GOD alone can do and Christ does all seven. He (Jesus) was in the world and the world was made by Him and the world knew Him not. (John 1:10) For by Him (Jesus) were all things created, that are in heaven and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him and for Him. (Colossians 1:16)

27 He (Jesus Christ) is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. (Colossians 1:16) Who being the brightness of His Glory and the express image of His person and upholding all things by the power of His Word, when He had Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. (Hebrews 1:3) Molecular Structures/Universe is Held together By the WORD OF GOD In the Beginning The WORD

28 And this is the Father s will which has sent me, that of all which He has given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of HIM that sent Me, that everyone which sees the Son (Jesus Christ) and believes on Him may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. No one comes to Me, except the Father which has sent Me draw him: I will raise him up at the last day. (John 6:39-44)

29 Only God, The Lord Jesus Christ, Has the Power to Forgive Sins. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as GOD in Christ also has forgiven you. (Ephesians 4:32) When Jesus saw their faith, He said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee (Mark 2:5-10) In Whom we have redemption through His blood (Jesus), the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His Grace. (Ephesians 1:7)

30 For our citizenship is in heaven; from where also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious Body, according to the working whereby He is able even to subdue all things unto Himself. (Philippians 3:20-21) For if we believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus, will GOD bring with Him. (1 Thessalonians 4:14)

31 ...God is now commanding all men everywhere to repent; because He has appointed a day, in the which he will JUDGE the world in righteousness by that Man (Jesus) whom He has ordained; having given assurance unto all men, in that He has raised Him (Jesus) from the dead. (Acts 17:30-31) I charge thee, therefore, before GOD and the Lord Jesus Christ, Who shall JUDGE the living and the dead at His appearing... (2 Timothy 4:1)

32 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me: And I (Jesus) give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of My hand. (John 10:27)...Glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: As thou hast given HIM (Jesus Christ) power over all flesh, that HE should GIVE ETERNAL LIFE TO AS MANY AS THOU HAST GIVEN HIM. (John 17:1-2)

33 Jesus Christ claimed absolute equality with the Father. He said, (John 10:30) And this is Life Eternal, that they might know THEE The Only True GOD and Jesus Christ, Whom Thou hast sent. (John 17:3) (Christ Jesus) gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity. (Titus 2:14)

34 1. Only GOD can create. Jesus Christ is the creator. He created the heavens and the earth Only GOD can preserve creation. Jesus Christ holds it together by the power of His WORD. 3. Only GOD can forgive sins. Jesus Christ Forgives sins. 4. Only GOD can raise the dead. Jesus Christ resurrected the dead. 5. Only GOD can raise and transform bodies. Jesus Christ transforms and WILL raise our bodies.

35 6. Only GOD can do the work of JUDGMENT. Jesus Christ is JUDGE! 7. Only GOD can bestow eternal life upon man. Jesus Christ gives us ETERNAL LIFE. All of the 7 works of GOD, Jesus Christ can do and will do. He is indeed GOD! He is GOD manifested in the flesh. He accepted worship as GOD. He never refused worship. WHY? Because He is GOD. When we worship Jesus Christ, we are worshipping THE ETERNAL GOD of the universe!

36 The Deity of Christ Is Our Blessed Hope!!! We Are Looking for that Blessed Hope and Glorious Appearing of the Great God and Savior Jesus Christ! When we look for the appearing of the GREAT GOD, we are looking for the appearing of Jesus Christ, who is our GREAT GOD! (Titus 2:13) If He is not your GOD, ask Him to become your GOD and Savior today! Jesus Christ GOD Who gave Himself for us, that he might redeem us from ALL iniquity.
