VOLUME XXXVII NUMBER VII Tongues: the Path to the Judicial Prophetic V SATURDAY, JULY 1 Scripture: Acts 3:19-21, Jude 20 Smith Wigglesworth, one of God's giants of the faith, said, If the Holy Spirit doesn t move me, I move the Spirit. It sounds arrogant but is there only one biblical foundation? Can praying in the Spirit initiate Holy Spirit action? Jude 20 states, But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, At the minimum, we have a Holy Spirit generator! We give the Holy Spirit the opportunity to open our eyes to deeper truths. Acts 3:19-21 states, Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. When we build ourselves up in our most holy faith anything can happen! It seems that we are called to repent so that a conversion can take place and times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord. That restoration is something we are told that God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. Did the prophets all say the same things or did they say different things? What did they all say about the winding up of the age, the end-times and the great harvest? What did the prophets say? It is a mystery that needs to be prayed out! It s unlikely they all said exactly the same thing and more likely they each had different parts and pieces. Why does Peter say, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. That seems to be something that needs further definition. SUNDAY, JULY 2 Scripture: Acts 2:22-24 What do we do when we read verses that do not fit into our understanding? Pray in the Spirit until God gives direction! Verses says, For Moses truly said to the fathers, The Lord your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you. And it shall be that every soul who will not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people. Yes, and all the prophets, from Samuel and those who follow, as many as have spoken, have also foretold these days. I wonder if all the prophets since the world began got a glimpse of Jesus as a judicial prophet like Moses. Certainly verse 23 makes it clear that every soul who will not hear that Prophet will pay the ultimate price. How do we prepare for our unknown future? Is praying in the Spirit our best option? MONDAY, JULY 3 Scripture: Acts 3:25-26 Verses say, You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities. The first thing Jesus did was He became our Savior. The second thing was to baptize us in the Holy Spirit! We are told in context that He is a prophet like Moses. Moses was the very first one to reveal the Judicial Christ. Nobody had seen Him in that magnitude before. 1

But Moses, functioning as His representative, revealed Him. And it looks like the end-times is going to take the fullness of Christ as both Savior and Judge. Acts 3 is preparing us for that very fact. Are we willing to represent both the Savior and the Judge in the last days? Only praying in the Spirit can fully build that into us! TUESDAY, JULY 4 Scripture: Deuteronomy 34:9-13 Deuteronomy 34:9-12 says, Now Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him; so the children of Israel heeded him, and did as the Lord had commanded Moses. But since then there has not arisen in Israel a prophet like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face, in all the signs and wonders which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt, before Pharaoh, before all his servants, and in all his land, and by all that mighty power and all the great terror which Moses performed in the sight of all Israel. The Lord said He would raise up a prophet like Moses from among the people. Deuteronomy was the last book that Moses wrote and Moses had not seen Jesus. How do we establish this dimension of Jesus in us? Pray in the Spirit! Do we see Jesus as the Judge of all the earth? Do we see Him manifesting the types of judgments Moses called forth on Egypt? Did all the prophets from Samuel on speak about this? Since we are called sons of covenant and sons of prophets, it seems like we are being called back to our roots by God. The church started in Acts 2 with a baptism of fire and a prayer language in other tongues what do we have to lose? WEDNESDAY, JULY 5 Scripture: 1 Samuel 3:8-14 God called Samuel until Samuel answered is the Holy Spirit challenging us to return to daily prayer in tongues to birth a new dimension of Christ? 1 Samuel 3:8-14 says, And the Lord called Samuel again the third time. So he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here I am, for you did call me. Then Eli perceived that the Lord had called the boy. Therefore Eli said to Samuel, Go, lie down; and it shall be, if He calls you, that you must say, Speak, Lord, for Your servant hears. So Samuel went and lay down in his place. Now the Lord came and stood and called as at other times, Samuel! Samuel! And Samuel answered, Speak, for Your servant hears. Then the Lord said to Samuel: Behold, I will do something in Israel at which both ears of everyone who hears it will tingle. In that day I will perform against Eli all that I have spoken concerning his house, from beginning to end. For I have told him that I will judge his house forever for the iniquity which he knows, because his sons made themselves vile, and he did not restrain them. And therefore I have sworn to the house of Eli that the iniquity of Eli s house shall not be atoned for by sacrifice or offering forever. Preaching tradition for generations has produced an Eli-like church. Samuel did not yet know the Lord. But the Lord started talking to Samuel about judgment. What if the Lord is about to reveal Himself to us as a Judge, like He did to Samuel? Praying in the Spirit reveals mysteries! If the Lord speaks about judgment, can we hear it? God told Samuel Eli s judgment would be permanent and Eli s house would never have another man in ministry. Are we really ready to hear what God may say? That is Jesus, a prophet like Moses, manifesting judgment first at the house of God. Why are we told that starting with Samuel, all the prophets would speak of these things? There is a message in the book of Acts about how to prepare for the last days. God's judgments started in the House of God they started with Eli and his family because he refused to restrain the iniquity of his own sons. He forfeited the priesthood forever. When today s ministers refuse to preach about sin or judgment are we turning the church into Elis? Do we have congregations more like Eli than God? THURSDAY, JULY 6 Scripture: 1 Samuel 7:9-13 God executed judgment on Eli and his sons. In one day, their priesthood ended. Then Samuel took over and we saw a significant change the fear of God restored integrity to the priesthood. In 1 Samuel 7:9-13 we are told, And Samuel took a suckling lamb and offered it as a whole burnt offering to the Lord. Then Samuel cried out to the Lord for Israel, and the Lord answered him. Now as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel. But the Lord thundered with a loud thunder upon the Philistines that day, and so confused them that they were overcome before Israel. And the men of Israel went out of Mizpah and pursued the Philistines, and drove them back 2

as far as below Beth Car. Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen, and called its name Ebenezer, saying, Thus far the Lord has helped us. So the Philistines were subdued, and they did not come anymore into the territory of Israel. And the hand of the Lord was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel. All the days of Samuel, the Hand of the Lord was against the Philistines and they were subdued. Samuel ministered like Jesus, the prophet like Moses. Was that Jesus anointing Samuel to do and declare judgment like the anointing Moses declared in Egypt. That judgment came first to the house of God and then Samuel could pray it over the Philistines. Was Samuel a prophet like Moses? He certainly bears that mark. Today s church has to grow into representing all of Who Christ is if we are going to be prepared to help bring in the great end-time harvest. Building this aspect of Jesus in us can be the fruit of praying in the Spirit! FRIDAY, JULY 7 Scripture: 1 Kings 18:38-40 Was Elijah a prophet like Moses? 1 Kings 18:38-40 says, Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood and the stones and the dust, and it licked up the water that was in the trench. Now when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and they said, The Lord, He is God! The Lord, He is God! And Elijah said to them, Seize the prophets of Baal! Do not let one of them escape! So they seized them; and Elijah brought them down to the Brook Kishon and executed them there. So here we see Elijah and his foray in the ministry and what did he do? He challenged the establishment and the false prophets about their so-called worship. Here is Jesus, looking exactly like Moses, working through Elijah. There is a theme emerging defining a prophet like Moses as one who performs God's judgments! We need to take a close look at Acts 3 and make certain we understand what it is telling us about the last days and the type of believers we are called to be. God gave us tongues to birth His purposes shouldn't we be using it? SATURDAY, JULY 8 Scripture: 2 Kings 5:5,8 In 2 Kings 5:8 we find the story of Naaman, the Syrian, who has been sent by the King of Syria to Jerusalem. Naaman did not come empty-handed. According to verse 5 he came with ten talents of silver ($8,640,000), 6,000 shekels of gold ($17,280,000). He came with today s equivalent of almost $26,000,000. How can anyone refuse such an amount? Could today s preachers say no to a $26,000,000 offering? Could we say no? If not, we should pray in the Spirit until victory comes! One way to grow into such a dramatic victory is praying in the Spirit! SUNDAY, JULY 9 Scripture: 2 Kings 5:16 After being offered today s equivalent of $26,000,000, look at what Elijah says for bringing healing to Namman the Syrian, As the Lord lives, before whom I stand, I will receive nothing. And he urged him to take it, but he refused. This kind of integrity-test would disqualify most ministers. Is the lack of Elijah s integrity the reason we see so little of his anointing today? Obeying God can come with an incredible price and if we want to walk with the Spirit of the Living God, we have to pay whatever price necessary. God has given a path to grow into this anointing and that path is tongues. What are we doing with it? MONDAY, JULY 10 Scripture: 2 Kings 6:8-12 In 2 Kings 6:8-12 we are told, Now the king of Syria was making war against Israel; and he consulted with his servants, saying, My camp will be in such and such a place. And the man of God sent to the king of Israel, saying, Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are coming down there. Then the king of Israel sent someone to the place of which the man of God had told him. Thus he warned him, and he was watchful there, not just once or twice. Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was greatly troubled by this thing; and he called his servants and said to them, Will you not show me which of us is for the king of Israel? And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king; but 3

Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom. Where is that anointing? Being able to discern what is done in secret can be part of a judicial anointing because it can lead to praying God's judicial response. Acts 3 says all the prophets have spoken of these things and we are the sons of the prophets. This anointing is available to us in our generation. The judicial anointing that Christ paid for is available and is necessary in the last days to bring in a harvest! But how do we birth it? Let s pray in tongues for it, in Jesus name! All the prophets have spoken and we need to get serious about what they have spoken. God gave us tongues to birth these things! May prayers come forth that produce substantial results! TUESDAY, JULY 11 Scripture: 2 Kings 6: Kings 6:13-17 says, So he said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and get him. And it was told him, saying, Surely he is in Dothan. Therefore he sent horses and chariots and a great army there, and they came by night and surrounded the city. And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, Alas, my master! What shall we do? So he answered, Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them. And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see. Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. The king was very upset that the prophet Elisha was revealing all of the military plans. So he hatched a plot about what to do. He sent his army and surrounded the city where Elisha was. Elisha s servant looked out and saw they were surrounded. Elisha s response in verse 16 was, Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them. Elisha prayed again and said, Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see. And the Lord opened the servant s eyes to see the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire around Elisha. Did the enemy king outnumber Elisha or did Elisha outnumber the enemy king? Who outnumbers who in a spiritual conflict? What is the value of those who recognize and can bring the power of God into the middle of a national conflict? We have to step up and, like Elisha, be prepared to represent God and bring His forces against God's enemies. The Hand of God will move in our behalf if we have the kind of integrity and relationship with Him that Elisha had. God is no respecter of persons and will give us Elisha s anointing if we can build the foundation and character in our hearts and spirits that can stand in the fire we call down. Let s pray in the Spirit and search our hearts and be prepared to pass any test God brings our way! WEDNESDAY, JULY 12 Scripture: 2 Kings 6: Kings 6:8-23 says, Now the king of Syria was making war against Israel; and he consulted with his servants, saying, My camp will be in such and such a place. And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom. So he said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and get him. So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, and said, Strike this people, I pray, with blindness. And He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha. Now Elisha said to them, This is not the way, nor is this the city. Follow me, and I will bring you to the man whom you seek. But he led them to Samaria. So it was, when they had come to Samaria, that Elisha said, Lord, open the eyes of these men, that they may see. And the Lord opened their eyes, and they saw; and there they were, inside Samaria! Now when the king of Israel saw them, he said to Elisha, My father, 4

shall I kill them? Shall I kill them? But he answered, You shall not kill them. Would you kill those whom you have taken captive with your sword and your bow? Set food and water before them, that they may eat and drink and go to their master. Then he prepared a great feast for them; and after they ate and drank, he sent them away and they went to their master. So the bands of Syrian raiders came no more into the land of Israel. The political king addressed the prophet as, My father We have a better covenant based on better promises. How much praying in the Spirit will it take for today s leaders to call prophets, My father? Elijah found Jesus, the prophet like Moses and he spiritually fathered kings. And instead of killing the army Elisha told the king to feed them, bless them and send them home to their master. And when the army returned they had a story to tell about Who the real God was. The God Who blinded them and took them inside the enemy stronghold where they were on the edge of death. Instead of death they were given food, water, grace and mercy and then sent home. God gave that anointing to Elisha! He knows the judgments and the grace necessary to walk in the last days and bring in a harvest. Praying in the Spirit until that anointing manifests seems like an eternal work let s do it! THURSDAY, JULY 13 Scripture: Psalm 55:12-18 Psalm 55:12-14 says, For it is not an enemy who reproaches me; Then I could bear it. Nor is it one who hates me who has exalted himself against me; Then I could hide from him. But it was you, a man my equal, My companion and my acquaintance. We took sweet counsel together, And walked to the house of God in the throng. King David s best friend Ahithophel betrayed him. But looking at the context tells us David first betrayed Ahithophel. Ahithophel s daughter was Bathsheba and David killed her husband Uriah and took Bathsheba for himself. David repented and God forgave him, but apparently Ahithophel did not forgive him. When Absalom rebelled against King David, Ahithophel went to help him. King David had to flee Jerusalem because he was outnumbered and the best counselor in all the land was with his adversary. All King David could do was pray and seek Jesus, a prophet like Moses. Verse states, Let death seize them; Let them go down alive into hell, For wickedness is in their dwellings and among them. As for me, I will call upon God, And the Lord shall save me. Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice. He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me, For there were many against me. David was tremendously outnumbered. But he found the Jesus Who is a prophet like Moses and when all he could do was pray, he prayed for judgment on his enemies. That prayer changed the situation! Absalom was caught, defeated and killed. Ahithophel hung himself and King David was restored and finished his race. Acts says all the prophets have spoken about the times that we are living in. Are we listening to what they are saying? They speak of the anointing to move in the judicial and we need that anointing to wind up the age. If we want to represent Christ in the last days we have to grow beyond milk and begin eating solid food. Praying in the Spirit is the most practical way to birth what is needed! FRIDAY, JULY 14 Scripture: Isaiah 37:14-20 Our Bible is full of God answering prayer! Do we really know what to pray for? Tongues reveals mysteries and points us in God's direction and we need to use it in order to understand what to pray for and when. In Isaiah 37:14-20 we are told,, And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it; and Hezekiah went up to the house of the Lord, and spread it before the Lord. Then Hezekiah prayed to the Lord, saying: O Lord of hosts, God of Israel, the One who dwells between the cherubim, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth. Incline Your ear, O Lord, and hear; open Your eyes, O Lord, and see; and hear all the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God. Truly, Lord, the kings of Assyria have laid waste all the nations and their lands, and have cast their gods into the fire; for they were not gods, but the work of men s hands wood and stone. Therefore they destroyed them. Now therefore, O Lord our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are the Lord, You alone. Hezekiah was threatened by his chief adversary Sennacherib, king of Assyria and all he could do was pray. And fortunately, he knew God! Do we know Jesus, the prophet like Moses and can we pray judgment? May the Word of the Lord be on our tongue as it was on Hezekiah s. He prayed like Elisha prayed. Did God answer his prayer? When he was totally surrounded by an enemy, his prayer was so powerful it turned 5

Isaiah around and sent him back with a prophetic word. Shouldn't we be praying those kinds of prayers today? We can, daily through the Spirit! SATURDAY, JULY 15 Scripture: Isaiah 37:21,28-29,35-38 Isaiah 37:21 says, Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, Thus says the Lord God of Israel, Because you have prayed to Me against Sennacherib king of Assyria Verses state, But I know your dwelling place, Your going out and your coming in, And your rage against Me. Because your rage against Me and your tumult Have come up to My ears, Therefore I will put My hook in your nose And My bridle in your lips, And I will turn you back By the way which you came. Because Hezekiah prayed, Isaiah got a word about exactly what would happen to Sennacherib. God would put a hook in his jaw, turn him around and take him back to his own country and he would die there. His prayer was answered. While Hezekiah was surrounded by Sennacherib s army, the Lord sent an angel. Verses state, For I will defend this city, to save it For My own sake and for My servant David s sake. Then the angel of the Lord went out, and killed in the camp of the Assyrians one hundred and eighty-five thousand; and when people arose early in the morning, there were the corpses all dead. So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed and went away, returned home, and remained at Nineveh. Now it came to pass, as he was worshiping in the house of Nisroch his god, that his sons Adrammelech and Sharezer struck him down with the sword; and they escaped into the land of Ararat. Then Esarhaddon his son reigned in his place. Hezekiah found the anointing of Jesus a prophet like Moses and dared walk in it. We are the sons of the prophets and have access to the same anointing! Let s represent the King Who created the heavens and the earth! It is time we started acting like the believers the Bible says we are! SUNDAY, JULY 16 Scripture: Jeremiah 1:8-10 Jeremiah 1:8-10 says, Do not be afraid of their faces, For I am with you to deliver you, says the Lord. Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to pull down, To destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant. Jeremiah found the Jesus who was a prophet like Moses and as a result, he was given an anointing over the nations and over the kingdoms to 1) root out, 2) pull down, 3) to destroy, 4) to throw down, 5) to build and 6) to plant. Jeremiah was given a double portion of the judicial anointing because it was necessary to save. In this passage, the judicial anointing that destroys has to come before the priestly anointing to plant. This tells us something important about bringing in a harvest in the last days. We may have to destroy twice what we get to harvest and do so before the harvesting begins. We need to participate in some serious prayer for guidance in knowing specifics and strategies in prayer. In other words, praying in the Spirit over what we are to pray. Are we supposed to be praying mercy or judgment? If judgment, what judicial prayers are we supposed to be praying? Praying in tongues will help us hear the Spirit on these things! Praying in the Spirit is a path through the unknown to the Promised Land may we find it! MONDAY, JULY 17 Scripture: Jeremiah 1:17-19 If we want to prepare ourselves for what is ahead, we should take a lesson from Jeremiah. In verses 17-19, God told him how to prepare for what was ahead. He said, Th0erefore prepare yourself and arise, And speak to them all that I command you. Do not be dismayed before their faces, Lest I dismay you before them. For behold, I have made you this day A fortified city and an iron pillar, And bronze walls against the whole land Against the kings of Judah, Against its princes, Against its priests, And against the people of the land. They will fight against you, But they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you, says the Lord, to deliver you. God made Jeremiah a bronze wall against 1) the whole land, 2) the kings of Judah, 3) the princes, 4) Judah s priests 5) against the people of the land. God gave Jeremiah his specific prayer points and each one was addressing a different level of leadership that we are going to come against when representing the Lord. We are sons of the prophets and God has made us bronze walls against 1) the nation in 6

which we live, 2) the politicians of our nation 3) the profiteers, 4) ministers who do not represent God but manipulate for money and 5) the people of the land. If there was ever a reason to pray in the Spirit this assignment is it! First we are supposed to stand against the enemies of the land. The sin in every land accumulates until there is fullness of iniquity in a land, then judgment comes! It is our job to pray in the Spirit in order to build a wall against evil. Second, we are to stand against our kings, which means taking a spiritual stand against the judges, politicians and influential voices of darkness. Third, we have to stand against the princes of our nation meaning our educational elite and profiteers that support the ungodly. Fourth we are to stand against priests or religious leaders who put their own agenda and purpose ahead of the Living God. Finally, we have to stand against the people of the land. Praying in the Spirit accesses this prophetic anointing! TUESDAY, JULY 18 Scripture: Jeremiah 22:1-5 Jeremiah 22:1-5 says, Thus says the Lord: Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and there speak this word, and say, Hear the word of the Lord, O king of Judah, you who sit on the throne of David, you and your servants and your people who enter these gates! Thus says the Lord: Execute judgment and righteousness, and deliver the plundered out of the hand of the oppressor. Do no wrong and do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, or the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place. For if you indeed do this thing, then shall enter the gates of this house, riding on horses and in chariots, accompanied by servants and people, kings who sit on the throne of David. But if you will not hear these words, I swear by Myself, says the Lord, that this house shall become a desolation. This is Jesus the prophet like Moses declaring we have to do righteousness or destruction will come on every aspect of our nation. Jeremiah found the anointing and he became a prophet like Moses! WEDNESDAY, JULY 19 Scripture: Jeremiah 18:18-23 A major way to access what is needed in our generation is by praying in the Spirit! Enemies have always devised plots and plans against God and His purposes. Yet God saw their counsel which was against Him. Jeremiah s prayer was for God to provide no atonement for their iniquity nor blot out their sin from His sight. He prayed for them to be overthrown before God and God did that! Is it possible to pray any deviant Supreme Court justices into the judgment of God? Jeremiah was faced with enemies who gave no thought to shedding innocent blood. Every king and prince, every Supreme Court justice and politician who supports abortion gives no thought to shedding innocent blood. Let s pray how Jeremiah prayed! Lord, deliver up any errant Supreme Court justices and their children to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword! Let their husbands and wives become widowers and widows and bereaved of their children. Let their men be put to death and their young men be slain by the sword in battle. Let a cry be heard from their houses! Praying judgment on the guilty can bring deliverance! Either in our native tongue or in the Spirit! THURSDAY, JULY 20 Scripture: Jeremiah 28:14-17 Jeremiah 28:14-17 says, For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: I have put a yoke of iron on the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him. I have given him the beasts of the field also. Then the prophet Jeremiah said to Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah, the Lord has not sent you, but you make this people trust in a lie. Therefore thus says the Lord: Behold, I will cast you from the face of the earth. This year you shall die, because you have taught rebellion against the Lord. So Hananiah the prophet died the same year in the seventh month. Jeremiah found Jesus the prophet like Moses! Can we find our voice before the Throne like the prophets before us? We can if we give ourselves to praying in the Spirit! 7

FRIDAY, JULY 21 Scripture: Ezekiel 4:1-8 Ezekiel 4:1-8 says, You also, son of man, take a clay tablet and lay it before you, and portray on it a city, Jerusalem. Lay siege against it, build a siege wall against it, and heap up a mound against it; set camps against it also, and place battering rams against it all around. Moreover take for yourself an iron plate, and set it as an iron wall between you and the city. Set your face against it, and it shall be besieged, and you shall lay siege against it. This will be a sign to the house of Israel. Lie also on your left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it. According to the number of the days that you lie on it, you shall bear their iniquity. For I have laid on you the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days; so you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Israel. And when you have completed them, lie again on your right side; then you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days. I have laid on you a day for each year. Therefore you shall set your face toward the siege of Jerusalem; your arm shall be uncovered, and you shall prophesy against it. And surely I will restrain you so that you cannot turn from one side to another till you have ended the days of your siege. Ezekiel obeyed, will we pray God's will to save our generation by praying judgment?. SATURDAY, JULY 22 Scripture: Proverbs 25:2, Jude 20 Proverbs 25:2 says, It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter. God hides truth for us not from us! He gave us tongues to expedite the process of searching out the mysteries essential for unlocking the truth to complete our call in our generation! Praying in tongues may well be the key to our great endtime harvest! Jude 20 tells us how to prepare for the unknown, But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, When we pray in the Spirit, God builds us toward our destiny! SUNDAY, JULY 23 Scripture: Daniel 4:13-17 Daniel 4:13-17 says, I saw in the visions of my head while on my bed, and there was a watcher, a holy one, coming down from heaven. He cried aloud and said thus: Chop down the tree and cut off its branches, Strip off its leaves and scatter its fruit. Let the beasts get out from under it, And the birds from its branches. Nevertheless leave the stump and roots in the earth, Bound with a band of iron and bronze, In the tender grass of the field. Let it be wet with the dew of heaven, And let him graze with the beasts On the grass of the earth. Let his heart be changed from that of a man, Let him be given the heart of a beast, And let seven times pass over him. This decision is by the decree of the watchers, And the sentence by the word of the holy ones, In order that the living may know That the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, Gives it to whomever He will, And sets over it the lowest of men. Daniel saw a vision and the vision he saw was about God's intervention in the nation he was living in. Daniel saw God change the heart of a man and give him the heart of a beast. Daniel saw that this man would learn that God rules in the affairs of men. What a prophetic word to have to deliver to the king who ruled the then-known world. Daniel found Jesus the prophet like Moses and it could have cost him his life, but God spared him. He spoke the word and it came to pass and happened exactly as the Lord showed to Daniel. Is this Jesus ready to work with us today? He is, but we need to pray in tongues so we are prepared! MONDAY, JULY 24 Scripture: Daniel 4:24-33 Daniel 4:24-25 says, this is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree of the Most High, which has come upon my lord the king: They shall drive you from men, your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make you eat grass like oxen. They shall wet you with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over you, till you know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He chooses. How can we access God's judgment. God gives us the account of the very hour Nebuchadnezzar was struck and what that judgment looked like. The most powerful, wealthiest man had to bear the judgment of God. Only God can reduce kings to such a state and 8

when praying in the Spirit can open this dimension in our assigned sphere. Many politicians and judges today need to see the light as Nebuchadnezzar did. Will we give ourselves in prayer until we break through? Our harvest is waiting! TUESDAY, JULY 25 Scripture: Daniel 4:34-37 Daniel 4:34-37 states, And at the end of the time I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted my eyes to heaven, and my understanding returned to me; and I blessed the Most High and praised and honored Him who lives forever: For His dominion is an everlasting dominion, And His kingdom is from generation to generation. All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; He does according to His will in the army of heaven And among the inhabitants of the earth. No one can restrain His hand Or say to Him, What have You done? At the same time my reason returned to me, and for the glory of my kingdom, my honor and splendor returned to me. My counselors and nobles resorted to me, I was restored to my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added to me. Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down. We have a new covenant based on better promises as we pray in the Spirit, let s expect even better results! WEDNESDAY, JULY 26 Scripture: Daniel 5:18-30 Daniel 5:18-30 tells of a hand that wrote what appeared to be nonsense on the wall, and someone remembered that Daniel used to interpret for Belshazzar s father. Daniel interpreted MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN in verses 26-28, This is the interpretation of each word. MENE: God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it; TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting; PARSIN: Your kingdom has been divided, and given to the Medes and Persians. Belshazzar was killed that very night. Daniel found Jesus the prophet like Moses and gave him voice! His nation and country was immediately changed. Do we need things to change in our countries and kingdoms? Jesus is ready, so let s bring His power to bear in our land! It is time we dedicated ourselves to pray in the Spirit until we break through to God's purposes for our generation! THURSDAY, JULY 27 Scripture: Daniel 6:1-3 Daniel 6:1-3 says, It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom one hundred and twenty satraps, to be over the whole kingdom; and over these, three governors, of whom Daniel was one, that the satraps might give account to them, so that the king would suffer no loss. Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm. Even in great adversity and captivity, Daniel walked with God and served with an excellent spirit. And because of it he rose to the top and was promoted. Shouldn't we expect God to promote those who hear Him and do His will? Let s start trusting God to promote us to places where our intercession makes a difference! FRIDAY, JULY 28 Scripture: Daniel 6:4-9 Daniel 6:4-9 says, So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him. Then these men said, We shall not find any charge against this Daniel unless we find it against him concerning the law of his God. So these governors and satraps thronged before the king, and said thus to him: King Darius, live forever! All the governors of the kingdom, the administrators and satraps, the counselors and advisors, have consulted together to establish a royal statute and to make a firm decree, that whoever petitions any god or man for thirty days, except you, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions. Now, O king, establish the decree and sign the writing, so that it cannot be changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which does not alter. Therefore King Darius signed the written 9

decree. Serving God at times brings persecution! God rewards our willingness to courageously stand for Him with fruit! Let s use our prayer language until we see results! SATURDAY, JULY 29 Scripture: Daniel 6:10-12 Daniel 6:10-12 says, Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days. Then these men assembled and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God. And they went before the king, and spoke concerning the king s decree: Have you not signed a decree that every man who petitions any god or man within thirty days, except you, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The king answered and said, The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which does not alter. When persecution came, Daniel changed nothing. He kept praying because it was right! Let s continue praying, knowing it is right that we do so! SUNDAY, JULY 30 Scripture: Daniel 6:16-22 Daniel 6:16-22 says, So the king gave the command, and they brought Daniel and cast him into the den of lions. But the king spoke, saying to Daniel, Your God, whom you serve continually, He will deliver you. The king found himself prophesying to the prophet! Will we pursue God in the Spirit until we see victory over adversity? The king threw Daniel into the lion s den reluctantly. It cost him a sleepless night and he went back the next morning to see if God had saved Daniel. Lo and behold, he heard Daniel s voice and knew God had intervened and saved him. Daniel paid a price for how he walked. He did not compromise and had to face a den of hungry lions. But he found Jesus the prophet like Moses and was able to face any circumstance he found himself in because of it. Persecution is rising for believers but praying in the Spirit builds us up to face it! MONDAY, JULY 31 Scripture: Daniel 6:23-28 Daniel told the king he was safe. The king turned that judgment around and all those who had cursed Daniel, including their wives and children were thrown into the lion s den and immediately destroyed. Being in the lion s den and trusting in the one true God couldn t have been easy. But as soon as God brought him out he saw the lions eat his enemies. Daniel gained a testimony from his deliverance and that testimony went to all peoples, nations and languages. There is only One Living God Who is able to deliver men from lions. His name is Jehovah and His name shall endure through the end. He delivers, rescues, works signs and wonders in heaven and earth, and He delivered Daniel from the power of the lions. Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius and the reign of Cyrus the Persian. Daniel impacted and spiritually fathered kings. He found Jesus the prophet like Moses to be faithful in His generation. We are sons of the prophets and God is the same yesterday, today and forever! We can expect the same thing today. Let s use the prayer language God gave us until we see the same results!
