Through painting, I felt that I am getting closer to them and getting to know them. I also felt that I wanted to perpetuate them, to extract them from the dark abyss into which they had been forced. Now, when I am a grown up person, I realise that we are embraced by the media with blaze of colours, forms and images. The stimulations that surround us are endless.
