Feelings of Opposites Light and heavy; warm and cool The images used should be rapid, simple, neutral and unconnected. It is suggested that only 5-10 images are used, and that each one is repeated 2-3 times. Examples of images include: images from nature; day to day objects; images associated with the elements (earth, water, fire, air, space); simple geometric shapes (a circle, a square, a triangle etc.); simple colours and patterns; and some simple yogic symbols (candle flame, bright star).
