2 Vision Statement To develop generationallyminded Christians who live passionately to SHAPE the culture for God s glory.

3 Mission Statement To bring people to Jesus and membership in His family; build them in Christ like maturity; equip them for their ministry; in the church and life mission in the world in order to magnify the Name of Christ. The Mission describes actions; How are we going to develop generationally-minded Christians who live passionately to shape the culture for God s Glory?

4 Membership I see members who are faithfully supporting the church through tithing, giving, and receiving the kind of care that brings Jesus to His feet with encore applause. I see members from every age group raving about our Destiny style concierge, 5 star culture and our authentic care touches and servants hearts. I see laughing, learning, and loving environments that promote Godly, healthy relationships and small groups.

5 Maturity I see members (all ages) ongoing hunger and thirst for Biblical truth being satisfied as they learn God s word through Bible study and are disciplined in the habits that contribute toward spiritual maturity. I see corporate seasonal maturity venues and offerings that would ignite revival and renewal in the lives of our family members. I see all of our church family members (youth included) engaged in a year long prayer campaigns. I see spiritually (lean) mature members who, through the exercising of their spiritual senses, enjoy being developed as a Destiny family member for the purpose of serving one another and the community.

6 Ministry I see new members contagiously excited about having discovered their sweet spot and existing members being equipped to develop ministries to serve in their church, families, and community.

7 Missions I see Destiny members whose hearts are broken for the lost, sharing their testimonies and winning people to Jesus Christ through relational evangelism; by engaging in local PEACE missions; and by partnering with other churches and organizations that align with our vision and mission for community transformation. I see stronger and more impactful leadership with Brumby Collaborative and Brumby Elementary adoption initiatives. I see Destiny members bringing a person they influence to attend a Destiny service with them every week.

8 Magnification I see people being shuttled onto the campus and greeted by enthusiastically helpful traffic attendants. They are lined up waiting to experience the dynamic presence of God in praise and worship that exalts Jesus Christ. At all age levels, I see creatively supported, Holy Spirit-inspired, life application messages that are communicated with such excellence and simplicity that people are transformed forever by receiving Christ and joining the membership of Destiny.

9 Seeds I see children (0 to 4 years) in safe environments being lovingly nurtured and taught creative Holy Spirit-inspired, age appropriate lessons by enthusiastic staff. I see staff praying for the children to forever keep and perform all His commandments, testimonies, and statues (Proverbs 3:1). I see attender parents joining Destiny because of the warmth and love that exudes from the staff. I see members who are grateful for the spiritual growth seen in their children.

10 5K I see children (age 5 to 4th graders) in safe environments eager and excited to learn about Jesus Christ and share with their friends. I see creative, Holy Spirit-inspired, age appropriate, culturally relevant lessons developed and taught by enthusiastic staff. I see staff praying for children to forever keep and perform all His commandments, testimonies, and statues (Proverbs 3:1). I see (attender) parents joining Destiny because of the warmth and love that exudes from the staff. I see members who are grateful for the spiritual growth seen in their children.

11 I56 I see 5th and 6th grade students in physical and emotionally safe environments filled with unconditional love and opportunities to receive Jesus Christ. I see 5th and 6th grade students who have crossed the line of faith and are learning how to see the world from a biblical world view. I see the formation of strong character being developed from the life lessons learned and shared in safe accountable small groups. I see creative Holy Spirit-inspired, age appropriate lessons developed and taught by enthusiastic staff. I see staff praying for the children to forever be examples in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity. I see parents joining Destiny because of the warmth and love that exudes from the staff and the relationship they have with their children. I see members who are grateful for the spiritual growth seen in their children.

12 CLUB 4:12 I see middle school students who have crossed the line of faith and are learning how to influence their peers and not be influenced. I see the formation of strong character being developed from the life lessons learned and shared in safe accountable small groups. I see creative Holy Spirit-inspired, age appropriate lessons developed and taught by enthusiastic staff. I see staff praying for the children to forever be examples in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity. I see parents joining Destiny because of the warmth and love that exudes from the staff and the relationship they have with their children. I see members who are grateful for the spiritual growth seen in the children.

13 Holy High I see high school students who are increasing in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man. I see high school students who are learning the power of prayer and how to use the weapons of their warfare. I see high school students who are developing a heart for their peers and their community. I see creative Holy Spirit inspired, age appropriate lessons developed and taught by enthusiastic staff. I see staff praying for the children to forever be examples in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity. I see parents joining Destiny because of the warmth and love that exudes from the staff. I see members who are grateful for the spiritually mature life choices that their children are making.

14 Re:thINC I see Destiny college students and young adults whose spiritual hunger and thirst for Christ is insatiable. They love God so much that their hunger for Biblical world view, excellence in the classroom, and moral righteousness is only rivaled by their desire to see their college peers saved, discipled and serving. Re:thINC students and young adults are intentionally finding culturally relevant ways to reach their peers. I see Destiny college students and young adults with submitted, broken hearts being shaped for maximum Kingdom influence and impact for the glory of God in the marketplace.

15 Destiny Academy I see infants and children who have been saturated in prayer daily before their arrival to school. They have been dedicated to God for His service in safe physical and emotional learning environments. I see professional, well-educated, nurturing teachers whose hearts are filled with the love of God for the children they teach and parents they serve. I see the kingdom of God represented by the operational excellence of the school.

16 DSM I see new spiritual ground being cultivated by consecration, prayer, and the word of God in the hearts of those who lead DSR, DMP and OPP. I hear original songs written by genuine followers of Christ for His people to express their hearts to Him in real-time moments of their life journey. I see holy, consecrated, culture-shaping singers, songwriters, technicians, and musicians who tirelessly create, produce and perform. I see people who are called to climb the mountain of arts and entertainment to rally together within the Destiny environment to strategically create ways to export the Destiny experience to the world.

17 Small Groups I see Destiny members immediately joining healthy groups that foster environments that promote learning, laughter, care, outreach and accountability. I see the Destiny Family and surrounding community influenced by their covenantal relationship together.

18 Community I see an all encompassing presence that provides hope, care, relief and direction for those living within a 30-minute radius of our church campus. I see Destiny as a relevant voice with a current pulse of what is happening within the seven cultural mountains of influence (Arts & Entertainment, Business, Education, Family, Government, Media and Religion).
