1 In The Realm Of Revival Dave Roberson Many ministries thought they were willing to do anything for God, only to find a messenger of Satan, straight from the throne room of hell, who is just as determined not to let them have revival as they are to have it. He is camped on that realm of revival using everything within his power to keep them from entering in. I want to help you receive from God the that are the most important to us all. That is the salvation of our lost loved ones. As your partner, in this next year I especially want to help you bring revival to your household by entering into an agreement with you, for first of all any marriage partner who needs salvation and then any of the children who are lost and finally the close circle of relatives and friends who are needing salvation that God may have laid upon your heart. The Lord has spoken to me to enter into a covenant of prayer for the lost loved ones of the families of my partners. And, I cannot remember when any instructions from God have ever been so distinct or so strong and clear. Something is about to transpire in those heavenly realms where revival is born and, as sure as I am alive, it is going to trickle down into the families of those lost loved ones and friends. To show you how strongly I feel about this and why it is so important, let me show you how God has been dealing with me over the last few months because I feel it is imperative for you to know that this is not just another letter with another set of instructions. But THESE instructions concerning your lost loved ones are a direct command from the Holy Spirit to get their names so I can take them before the throne room of grace and, through the power of prayer, present them TO BE BORN AGAIN. I have always wanted to do more for you. Oftentimes, after a crusade where many people have been born again and healed, I think about you and our partnership together, and how that you may never know or see in this lifetime the people being touched by this ministry, yet in your unselfishness you became a partner anyway. And I know that the desire to see you blessed is partly the cause for the instruction I have been receiving from the Holy Spirit concerning you and revival. For you have unselfishly given to see the lost saved and now you are about to reap a harvest in your own HOUSEHOLD. As your partner, you cannot know how glad I am to have a PART IN IT. For 1989 is undoubtedly going to be one of the greatest years for the gospel we have ever seen. So again let me show you why I am so confident in what God is about to do. There are many things I have wanted to know about revival and the miracle-working power of God. In fact, so much so that as time went by I found it increasingly difficult to accept things the way they were.

2 We American evangelists and pastors can have great revivals in THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES, you know the kind you only hear about over here in America, the kind where crowds number in the hundreds of thousands, cripples walk, deaf hear, and blind see... people saved and healed by the thousands and so on and so on. And what bothers me is that, in almost all cases, whenver we minister here in the United States, by comparison there are hardly any miracles at all! I know that God is no respecter of persons and, since cities and nations are made up of people, then God is also no respecter of cities or nations. When I heard about this one woman I wanted to cry. Her pastor had just come back from a Third World country with a mighty testimony of miracles and manifestations of power and, when he gave the testimony and showed the videos from the crusade, the woman, who was in a wheel chair, wanted to go back to that country with him so she could sit in the wheel chair section and maybe get her healing there because nothing like that was happening HERE. When you ask a preacher, "Why does God use you like that over there and not over here?", you hear all kinds of answers like, "Well, those people have such simple child-like faith or those poor people cannot afford a doctor so they have to believe God or die." But, in reality, if faith really comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, then the city out of all cities in the world that should be loaded with simple child-like faith would be Tulsa. In other words, if these people in Third World countries are receiving faith for twisted crippled bodies from hearing one simple message on faith then the saints in Tulsa who literally hear thous ands of messages should be able to fly the crippled, the lame, the maimed, and the blind into Tulsa by the thousands and should be getting them healed! Yet here we are hearing more Word and having less manifestations than they do. As far as not being able to afford a doctor is concerned, there are untold thousands dying of terminal diseases and it makes no difference whether they can afford a doctor or not... a doctor can only do them so much good. Yet these people are just as desperate as anyone else, not to mention the hundreds of thousands who are born every year who never walk or never see or never hear that no one can help, right here in America. Well, thank God, during this last seeking time, the Holy Spirit showed me some of the things I needed to know about revival that helped me to understand why things are the way they are. The reason a preacher seems to have more of an anointing in a Third World country as opposed to a First World country is not because he has more faith in one place or another. It is because the majority of the powers and principalities are gathered together against the FIRST WORLD COUNTRIES. They are literally camped on that realm of spiritual authority where great revival exists. Have you ever wondered why no First World country such as America or Great Britain is having the kind of revivals that the Third World countries are having? The devil cannot afford to let the incredible wealth of a nation such as America be released into the

3 gospel AT ANY LEVEL, ON ANY SCALE, AT ANY TIME. He will guard that realm where this kind of revival exists at any cost. The devil will not loose his hold on First World countries to go over and fight revival in Third World countries because he knows that those people do not have the resources to do anything with the revival once it is born. And, because the revival remains isolated, it eventually dies. But, on the other hand, a nation like America not only has the resources, but also the knowledge and technology to flood the entire world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in such a magnanimous way that it would make our present efforts appear as CHILD'S PLAY. Let me tell you about the kind of revival that exists in the realm that Satan is guarding so closely and then you can understand why he has constructed such an offensive stronghold against it. My little girl, Tahnee, is three years old. I have nicknamed her "JABBER JAWS" because it seems as though she has already said more in her short three years of life than her four brothers have said in their entire lifetimes put together. The spirit of a three year old is SO ACTIVE. It seems as though her little body moves almost as fast as she thinks... one moment she is on my lap hugging me, the next minute she is across the room picking up a toy. That little body serves her every whim and to run and jump and play is what being a three year old is all about. Yet as inconceivable as it may seem, there are thousands of little three year olds whose spirits are every bit as active but they can do nothing because they are IMPRISONED in little, twisted, deformed bodies that will not work. If Tahnee were imprisoned in a body that would not work and a man of God raged war against the principalities and powers to pull down the stronghold that existed between us and that kind of power and handed me my little Tahnee with a whole body, do you think money would mean anything to me? I would gladly lay all my possessions at the feet of a man of God such as that. you were in a meeting where you saw hundreds of invalids and deaf mutes of every age instantly healed, and thousands of sinners stripped of their resistance and indifference toward God, conceding that your God WAS GOD... and you had a brother who was deaf and scores and scores of unsaved relatives, wouldn't you do everything in your power to get them into that kind of meeting? of course you would and so would everyone else. The problem is the devil knows this too and he is doing everything in his power to see that it does not happen, for it is not just the creative miracle working power the devil is resisting, he is resisting the effects the miracles would cause. You could not go into a small town and empty a deaf school by the power of God and not effect the city, the families, and the relatives of the families. So, it has been over the last few years that the Holy Spirit has been leading me a step at a time

4 towards that realm of revival where these kinds of things exist. And now, after all these years, He has finally been able to bring me to a place where I can understand what is involved in the pulling down of strongholds... especially the kind of strongholds that exist between us and those kinds of manifestation. I do not mind telling you, that after contending with the devil to loose his hold on this kind of revival, I can fully understand why few churches or ministries, or for that matter cities have ever experienced ONE. It is not as though God is not calling many men and women to fulfill this kind of ministry, that has never been the issue. The question is whether or not a ministry will let God work in their lives and character enough to bring them to a place where they are even capable of making the kind of decision that it takes to have revival. Many ministries thought they were willing to do anything for God, only to find a messenger of Satan, straight from the throne room of hell, who is just as determined not to let them have revival as they are to have it. He is camped on that realm of revival using everything within his power to keep them from entering in. But, even through all of this, the first and foremost charge of an elder such as myself is to feed the flock of God. We are supposed to enter in and feed you all those wonderful things that have been prepared for you by God through the Lord Jesus Christ. In my last seeking time, God brought me to a wonderful place. He armed me with one of the most powerful weapons for revival that has ever been activated in my life or ministry. This weapon is so powerful it virtually renders a man uncontrollable by the devil. IT IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE DEEP-SEATED PEACE OF GOD I have ever walked in. It has already produced more of a move of God and manifestations of miracles in my life than I have ever had before. More than all of this, I found this deep-seated peace to be the qualification that I or any other man of God needs for God to be able to say: "All right, Dave, it is time to enter into that new realm of revival for the devil can no longer stop you. This is the weapon that will enable you to take everything the devil can throw at you and still come out THE VICTOR... IT IS THE PEACE OF GOD." So, our whole ministry is gearing up to enter into this new realm of authority one step at a time. And I know that one of the main reasons for more authority is to be BETTER able to serve YOU. He wants me to be BETTER equipped to stand in His presence and obtain BETTER and BETTER results in our prayers of agreement together for your needs and to be BETTER able to serve the cause of the CROSS through evangelism. Always remember I am just as much your partner as you are mine. When you and I entered into this

5 partnership together, it bonded us together in the Spirit and gave me authority and power for agreement in your life. And through prayer, the authority and power already being released in this new realm is evidently enough to pull down the strongholds and bring your lost loved ones to Christ.
