3 These steps are designed for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of the Network s credentialing process. Please contact our office with any questions. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee the application s approval. Please do not make travel plans until you are accepted. ONCE APPROVED, YOU MUST MAINTAIN THE FOLLOWING TO RETAIN YOU CREDENTIALS: Must be a network member in good standing Must continue in official capacity as pastor/ itinerant leader Must send in the yearly credential report form Licensing I. The applicant has an ongoing and active relationship with a local church or fellowship. The applicant s Pastor should submit a letter giving his/her support for license. (Once this step is completed, the application is then sent). The applicant s church/ministry belongs to the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening (ANGA). The applicant should be a member at least 6 months before applying. The applicant must be the senior leader, the spouse of the senior leader, or part of the official pastoral staff of a church belonging to ANGA. Members are required to belong to the Network for at least six months before they can apply. Ordination I. The applicant should be a licensed minister in good standing with the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening for at least 2 years, or be currently ordained through a major recognized body with the legal right to confer ordination. Applicants already licensed with ANGA must be up to date on their yearly credential reports, due on January 31st every year. IV. The applicant should be presently involved in ministry and have at least two years practical church or field experience. If transferring ordination, the applicant should send a copy of his/her present ordination to the ANGA Director. (ANGA does not require the members to give up any other credentials they presently hold). The applicant must be the senior leader, the spouse of the senior leader, or part of the official pastoral staff of a church belonging to ANGA. Members are required to belong to the Network for at least six months before they can apply. The applicant has read and agrees in substance with ANGA s Statement of Faith. (Available online). The applicant should have three letters of recommendation submitted to ANGA. One should be from your presently covering pastor or leader. The additional two must be from itinerant leaders or pastors outside of your church or ministry. These individuals should address their references to Tom Jones. Please ask them to describe their relationship to you, your ministry involvement, your character, and whether they recommend you for credentialing at this time. 5 Page 3 V. Complete and submit the appropriate application for credentials. (Send to Kathy Dorrell address above. A $ application fee should accompany the application Make the check payable to ANGA.) VI. V V An interview may be required for applicants. This will take place over the phone or at a Global event. Credentialed members are required to financially support ANGA above the yearly Administrative fee. The applicant will need to submit a yearly ministry report to Global by January 31 st of each year. Those holding credentials with the Network are required to turn in a report form in order to maintain their credentials.
