Children ages 7 and up (2 nd grade and up) will meet for lunch and rehearsal until approximately 2:15 PM today in Rooms Lunch is provided today, but they will bring lunch next week and each Sunday going forward. Children in the first grade or younger can sign up, but they will only attend the lunches or rehearsals by invitation (which means we will call you if we have a place for your 4- to 6- year-old child). Parents are needed to help staff the lunches. We need everyone s support. LUNCH CHAPERONES NEEDED NOW: Seeking two or three people each week to sit with the children during lunch for the Christmas program rehearsals. If you can help, please choose a date or two by signing on the schedule on the bulletin board. The first lunch is TODAY. Start time is 12:45 p.m. and the finish time will vary (see approximate time on schedule). Thank you in advance for your ministry of love to the children. CHILDREN S PROGRAM SINGING ASSISTANTS: Do you like to sing? Do you like working with children? If so, consider assisting in one of our children s programs (Christmas Program/Children s Choir, Sunday School, Jr. Church, AWANA) at any time during the year, please fill out a form at the Information Center and place it in the box on the wall outside of the Music Office (across from the main office). There will also be some music training classes in the next quarter to help with whatever skills you need to develop (but you can start assisting now!!). 7

Health Concerns During the Services If you don t feel well during a service please summon an usher or ask a neighbor in the pew to summon one so that we can adequately tend to any medical issues. Please do not be concerned about disrupting the service. We care about you! Parents & Children Parents, in an effort to consistently improve our worship services, we ask you to sit with your children and teenagers in the worship service so that all can be edified without great distraction. Phones and tablets can be used too by our young people to access sermon notes and the Bible online, but we ask that they refrain from other uses so that they can grow as well.
