3 INTRODUCTION Welcome to the study on Bible survey. The purpose of this study is to give you a bird s eye view of the Bible. The theme of each book will be briefly studied so you can get an overall picture of the book of the Bible and see the Bible as a whole. In this course you will be studying the books of Matthew through Revelation which consist of all the books of the New Testament. Textbooks used for this course are: THE KING JAMES or NEW KING JAMES VERSION OF THE BIBLE, A SURVEY OF THE NEW TESTAMENT 3 rd Edition by Robert H. Gundry published by Zondervan Publishing House, and the 1966 copyright edition of UNGER S BIBLE HANDBOOK by Merrill F. Unger published by Moody Press.
