It is my simple desire to present our ministry to you so that you might be able to evaluate us, with the end in view of praying for us. Yes we need financial support, but even if funds are not available, we would request your prayers for our ministry. If God moves you to give something, praise the Lord, but God can provide our support from many different channels, and the prayers of God's people is key in that. Will you pray with us over the ministry that God has given us? In Christ, Pastor David Cox davidcoxmex@gmail.com Ministry Website: Recommended Tract written by David Cox: ch32 How to pray for missionaries -2-
Overview of our Ministry We are ministering in Mexico City, Mexico since Our principal ministry is mass evangelism and church planting. What I do locally in our church, I also put on the Internet for other people around the world to use. (see David Cox's Websites) We use the resources we have at hand to spread our ministry as far as we can. Our Calling We feel that God has called us into missionary work, and that God wants us to work in evangelism and church planting. Calling is important, because only those who are serious about missions will last out the problems and stress related to it. I accepted the Lord at the Wilds summer camp in Brevard NC, and went to Bob Jones University for my Bible studies and education. While at the Wilds, God set me apart for Himself, and I yielded first to Christian service, and then specifically to service as a missionary. God has laid on my heart the field of Mexico as His will for my life.the great perversion of Catholicism has burdened my heart. God used Mexico's general ignorance and spiritual apathy to truly seek God to touch my heart. During a trip to the field during my freshman year of college, I saw the need of Mexico, and the openness of the people, and the great lack of Christian workers laboring in this field. God renewed my vision for using my life to fill the need in this great mission field. Since that time, God has given me a vision of witnessing for Him in Mexico, and raising up a group of people to serve Him in Mexico. My calling and my preparation has been specifically to be a missionary since I was in high school. While at Bob Jones University, my Christian service included various forms of evangelism, including street preaching, jail work, door-to-door evangelism, and working in several local churches supporting those works. God has prepared and called us to do this work of missions. All of this preparation and God working in our hearts has helped us prepare and do a great ministry for God here in Mexico City. My first year of being on the field as a missionary, I studied Spanish in Mexico City. Again, God opened my eyes to great need here. I was in a national church, and we had youth meetings with over 100 kids from several churches come. It really wasn't a promoted event. They just met on Saturdays to sing hymns to an acoustic guitar in a respectful manner. While ministering in this time as a single young man, I prayed daily for a spiritual companion. After 7 years (in 1993), God called Tule, my wife, along my side, and we have been ministering together every since. A Closing Request If you desire to partner with us in our ministry please contact me davidcoxmex@gmail.com and express that thought. We would like to come and personally present our ministry in your church for consideration of financial and prayer support. We wish you would consider our important request to simply pray for us. -3-
Additional Material David Cox Doctrinal Statement Scripture. God. The Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ. Satan. Fall of Man. Salvation. Justification and Sanctification. Security of Salvation. Election. The Church. The Ordinances of the Church. The Officers of the Church. Separation. The Last Things. Scriptures. We believe that the Holy Bible is inspired by God, written by holy men of God under the direction of the Holy Spirit, and that it is the supernatural revelation of God to men. We believe that it is the authority of God to direct and order man's life and is the Christian's norm for belief and conduct. It is without error, complete, sufficient, and singular in its nature and place in the Christian's life. It is composed of 66 books from Genesis to Revelation. Return God. We believe in a single God, existing in three persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe God is the Creator, the Sustainer, and the Savior. God is also the supreme Judge of all earth. Return The Holy Spirit. We believe in the Holy Spirit the third person of the Holy Trinity is a Divine Person, equal with God the Father and God the Son and of the same nature, and he took part in Creation. We believe that the Holy Spirit's activity is to restrain and rebuke sin, and to produce holiness and piety in the believer. He is also active in the new birth. We believe that every believer is baptized in the Holy Spirit the moment he exercises believing faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that this spiritual baptism is NOT accompanied with miracles, signs and wonders, nor speaking in tongues. The Holy Spirit is active in the unbeliever leading him to salvation in Jesus Christ. Return Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God, fully equal with God the Father, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that although his position is as Son of God, this does not in any way make him inferior to the Father or in any way inferior to what is fully God. We believe he was born of a virgin, and that he is God manifested in the flesh, providing us with a divine example of correct conduct. We believe that he died on the cross, bearing the sins of all mankind, and that faith in that work saves a person. We believe that he died physically, bodily resurrected the third day, was seen of the apostles and disciples, and on the day of Pentecost bodily ascended into heaven, and that his return will be likewise, physical, bodily, and as of now, still future. Return Satan. We believe in the existance of the devil, Satan, that old serpent, the dragon, which is our adversary. We believe that he is only an angel, and as such, he doesn't exercise the power given only to God. His plan is to oppose God's work, and destroy man and God's work if he can, and he can be resisted and overcome through God's power and help. We also believe that he will one day be destroyed and cast into hell. Return Fall of Man. We believe that God created man perfect and holy, but because of Satan's temptation, mankind fell into sin by a deliberate act of Adam and Eve. We believe that every man and woman today are sinners, and they have no hope of heaven except through the work of Jesus Christ on the Cross. We believe there is no goodness within man to which man can submit to God as value to be saved, but at the same time that through belief in Jesus' death on the cross for the redemption of man, a person is saved. This belief is a personal and individual responsibility, whereby God saves him, and without it he will go to hell for his own actions, beliefs, and/or lack of them. Return Salvation. We believe that all men are sinners. Salvation is available to all men on the basis of the grace and mercy of God, and that this comes first by man's recognition and confession of his sinful state before God, then repentance (remorse and abandonment of sin), and then by believing in Jesus Christ as one's personal Savior, thereafter he is saved. Repentance must be part of a person's first encounter with God, although salvation is not granted on the basis of cleaning up one's life but rather by faith in Jesus and his cross work. Jesus saving work on the cross completely atones for our sins on a personal level, and the death on the cross is the price that God placed on Jesus in order that a man can be saved. We believe that God rebirths (born again) a person when they repent and believe on Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. This divine act occurs simultaneously at the moment of believing and receiving Christ as one's Savior. We believe that this new birth is seen by the individual leaving off sin, and seeking the justice of God as the norm and rule in their life (piety). Return Justification and Sanctification. We believe that at the moment of salvation a person is justified before God using the works of Jesus Christ, i.e. God sees no sin in the individual, but only the righteousness of Jesus Christ. Sanctification is a gradual process of eradicating sin from a person's life, and every Christian will work through the power of the Holy Spirit to -4-
remove all known sin from his life, and over time God reveals more and more sin and lack of righteousness in his life to which the true Christian will respond positively. The process is real and on-going, but it is never really finalized until we enter heaven. Return Security of Salvation. We believe that our salvation is obtained by means of faith within the individual (Eph 2:8-9), but once a person has received Christ as his Savior, Jesus Christ is responsible for keeping us until the day of our redemption, therefore no individual truly saved will every lose his salvation. This does not present a situation for being lazy about our salvation, nor overly confident that we can walk in unrepentant sin and still really be saved. Rather every true Christian will always strive to please God and make himself/herself holy. Those who consider themselves saved and then renounce Christ or walk in unrepentant sin were never saved in the first place. Return Election. We believe that God draws us into salvation (election and predestination). Having said that, we also believe that God is not responsible for those who do not get saved, but rather each individual carries their guilt upon their own shoulders. Our beliefs about these things do not overshadow nor diminish our charge by God to pray for the lost, to witness and evangelize, nor to go into the foreign mission field to win the lost to Christ. Our principal burden which we try to discharge with every new person we meet is to present to them the work of Jesus Christ on the cross for their own state of personal sin. We exhort energetically the unsaved to receive Jesus as their Savior, and we consider the work of God which we dedicate ourselves to to be two principal things: (1) the presentation of the Gospel which Jesus, Paul, etc. presented, and (2) the formation of local churches which continue to discharge this same charge. Return The Church. The church is God's people called out of the world into a formal body, which has a universal character (of all time from the day of Pentecost until the rapture), and is only represented by individual examples of local assemblies. Their is no overarching administration nor representation for all or individual churches, but each church is locally governed by holy men in each one. We reject all denominational structures, fellowships, and any other situation which denies full autonomy and government of each individual church by their own people. Local churches should only admit truly saved persons (as far as they can discern in the matter). Return The Ordinances of the Church. True believers never are part of a church with sacraments which is a Roman Catholic concept of religious ceremonies which give grace towards a works based salvation concept. The true church has special commandments, or ordinances (commands). These are only water baptism shortly after being converted, and the Lord's Supper which is regularly celebrated in the local church as a memory of Christ's death and resurrection (his sacrifice and self-denial) which is accompanied with a time for introspection by those participating. Return The Officers of the Church. The authority of a local church is the Word of God, as God leads the leaders of that church to understand it. The biblical governing of a local church is only through His Word being understood and executed by holy and pious men. Therefore the officers are not at liberty to impose their own will on God's flock but rather have to obey God (God's will anchored in Scripture) in the administration and doctrinal teaching of the church. God has ordained two principle officers, the Pastor/Elder and the Deacons. Additionally we understand the non-twelve apostles like Paul, Timothy, Titus, Luke, etc. to be missionaries which have the burden of evangelism and establishing local churches, and this activity uniquely defines what is missions. Return Separation. We believe, teach, and practice separation from sin, and also from false prophets, false movements, and all such things which would seek to unite unrepentant, sinful people with the body of Christ. Those which are neo-evangelicals, or ecumenical, which would seek to work hand-in-hand recognizing as brothers individuals or groups which have false doctrine, unbiblical practices, or ungodly associations such as Roman Catholics, unbelievers, liberals, etc. are to be rejected out of hand with absolutely no support nor tolerance for this activity nor ecclesiastical association with them. Return The Last Things. We believe that Jesus left this earth with a clear promise to return in like manner. We believe that the next thing on the prophetic calendar is the rapture, with the beginning of the 7 years of the tribulation coming after that. The return of Jesus in the air will be to rapture the believers out of the world, and then his final formal return with the saints will be at the battle of Armageddon. After that final battle, the 1000 year or millennial reign of Jesus on the earth will begin, and after that the Great White Throne judgment, the final resurrection of the death and final judgment of all men (being the condemnation of unjust men without salvation). There is also a Bema Seat (separate from the White Throne Judgment) where Christians will receive their rewards. Return version 4 5/27/
Cox Missionary Application Missionary Applicant for David and Tule Cox, Mexico City, Mexico Version 1.0 This is a composition of questions that churches have asked us on their missionary applications. Husband: David Cox Born: June 7, 1958 Charleston SC Wife: Gertrudis (Tule) Cox Born: April 11, 1959 Tacubaya Oaxaca Mexico Married: October 1993 Have either of you ever been divorced? No. Daugther: Kelsie Cox Born: January 11, 1995 Studying college Son: Russell Cox Born October 4, 1996 Studying college How did you and your family members come to trust Jesus as Savior? I accepted Christ as my Savior in a Christian summer camp, the Wilds, in Brevard NC. Tule accepted the Lord in a church in Mexico City during an invitation. Kelsie and Russ grew up attending our church on the field, and both accepted the Lord at about 9 years of age (Russ 7) from Tule first explaining the gospel to them in Sunday School, then at home, and then I explained it to them again before they were baptized. Have you and your wife been baptized by immersion after trusting Christ? Yes all four of us. List the school you have attend (college and above), dates, location, major/degree. I attended Bob Jones University B.A. Christian Missions, Greek Minor M.A. Bible M.S. Educational Administration and Supervision. Tule has graduated from public high school here, and has not taken advanced studies. She has studied the Bible in our church since 1992, and she teaches the monthly Women's Prayer Breakfast, as well as teaching children's Sunday School classes. List your last two church associations (church, pastor's name, position held if any, years affiliated). My parents attended Ferndale Baptist Church (Mike Betancourt Pastor and our whole family attended with them in my youth. Upon graduating from High School, I went to Bob Jones, and I attended Hampton Park Baptist Church as a student although most years I worked on extension in other churches instead of attending there. After BJU, I briefly (1.5 years) was an assistant pastor of children, bookstore manager, college career teacher, and Bible institute director at Harvest Baptist Church ( ) on Dorchester Road, Charleston SC. (I do not think anybody there now was there when I was there including the staff and pastor.) Upon arriving on the field, I began a church with another missionary. We left that work with them in 1993, and Tule and I have planted two more churches now, and I have been member of my own church since then. Give a history of your ministry. During my years at Bob Jones University, I regularly (weekly and through the summer) did extension work, working in jails, nursing homes, churches, street evangelism, servicemen's centers, etc. Since 1986 (arriving in Mexico) we have weekly gone out in the streets and done mass evangelism. From the converts we have planted independent Fundamental churches. Our first church (86-93) being in the Cerro de Judío section of Mexico City with another missionary, and then in 1993 when I got married, we started another work in another part of Mexico City ( ). Because of support problems we had to turn that work over to the men of that church, and they merged it with another Baptist church. After two years of deputation work ( ) we returned and started out present work in -6-
Tlahuac section of the city which is where we are today. In 1984 I entered Gospel Fellowship Association Missions and served under them from 84 through At that time we left under good terms and began working ( ) under my home church, Ferndale Baptist Church, Pastor Bob Bescancon. Pastor Bescancon died, and then under a later pastor, Mike Betancourt, the Christian school closed, and most of the church staff was dismissed, so they also felt with no secretaries that they should terminate our relationship as my mission board. They continue supporting me today. We asked several of our supporting churches to be our mission board, and Orlando Bible Church offered to take the position and ministry of receiving funds for us. They are our mission agency now. Orlando Bible Church 4411 E. Colonial Dr. Orlando FL Pastor Scott Letzring (407) Do you share your faith regularly? Yes. Every week we have some kind of evangelism activity where I lead our people by going out with them, and actually evangelizing the unsaved. Apart from that, I try to corner every new visitor to our church and witness to them before they leave. Some accept the Lord through this also. To the best of your knowledge has anyone trusted Christ through your efforts? Yes. Our churches (we have started 3 churches here in Mexico) over the years has been built up mostly of converts from our evangelism efforts. Throughout my ministry, since my days of studying in Bob Jones, I have had a constant flow of people who have accepted the Lord as their Savior. I try to constantly witness my faith, and God has been generous in giving us souls for His Cause. Briefly describe your own personal devotions and family devotions. Most of my day is spent working on things for our church. I preach 3 times on Sunday, and prepare the teens Sunday School classes, as well as preach for the Men's Prayer Breakfast once a month. Almost all of these sermons and classes come from things that I learn from my personal Bible study devotions, and meditations on God's Word. I read the Scriptures, but at times I also read from other devotional and commentary works depending on what I am studying. Are you ordained? If so by whom, and when? I was ordained by Gospel Fellowship Association in Where do you plan to be a missionary? God has called us to Mexico City, Mexico. Is you commitment to missions short-term or long-term? Long-term. What will your ministry involve? Our principle ministry is mass evangelism in our area, and planting a local church of the converts and others than join us. We also have as secondary responsibilities the training of ministers and workers, as well as writing Christian literature and its distribution. I have written over 300 Christian tracts on Bible issues and used for evangelism and personal edification of the saints, and another 60 Christian books in Spanish. I maintain websites that offer these to the world for free download. Our Spanish tract site has between 1200 and 1500 visitors daily. By request of some English speaking people, I am slowly translating some of our tracts into English, and you can read them at Do you believe you are called to missions, and if so, on what basis is your calling? I felt God calling me into missions when I was in high school, and my preparation in Bob Jones University has been with that goal in mind. I took a brief assistant pastorate after Bob Jones on the recommendation of the mission board that I was trying to enter, GFAM. They suggested that it would be greatly helpful to me, and I took that position for a year and half because of their recommendation. Since high school, my goal has been to be a missionary, and I am very happy doing this work and ministry. What is the total amount of monthly support required? We are figuring we need about $4000 dollars a month personal support, and about $1000/month ministry support. Total personal and work fund = $5000. At present we do not have any work funds or any other funds that we would receive money from. -7-
What is your monthly support committed as on now? $1800-$2000/month from US churches, $850 my church on the field, as of Summer What are your one-time financial needs at the moment? We are returning to the states to do one or two years of deputation work, and we will need probably $4500 dollars to set up house in Florida, pay a deposit for an apartment, buy furniture, etc. What percentage of support goes to the Mission agency? Nothing. Orlando Bible Church provides mission board oversight and support related services to us for free. Date you expect to be on the field? We have 30 years serving our Lord on the field of Mexico already, and we are praying that we can take care of our new support needs by sometime around 2 years, so we are tentatively (will have to see) to return to the field in the summer/fall of If the Lord brings in our funds before that, we may return earlier. Do you have any financial indebtedness? If so, to what extent and how do you plan to meet this obligation? What is your financial situation? We do not own any property anywhere, and we only have a few thousand dollars in an investment account (under $2000) which will probably be spent on this transition to Orlando. Our only real property is a 2002 Ford Escape, and household possessions. I have a checking account, and separate ones for our children, and the total of those are never over about $4000 (total of all of them together). We have two children in college as of August 2015 and most of that is paid for by the US Government's Pell Grants. My only indebtedness is my credit card with a $2000 dollar line of credit, and it is charged and paid off as my finances allow. What are your goals for your ministry on the field? What are your future goals for the ministry? My goals are to be the example of a man of God, do the work of God, train our people through principled teaching and personal example how to be good Christians and do the work of the Lord. It is my desire to expand our ministries even more by printing our material and getting it out, as well as putting sermons on the radio, and getting our Bible training classes more formalized and offering them through video on the Internet. I would like to get more of our men full time into the ministry. Explain in detail your method of evangelism for reaching the lost in your community. Our method is one-on-one contact and literature distribution. We both try to get an opportunity to personally explain the Gospel to the unsaved, and also give out literature to the same end. We have found that using our own people's personal contacts is the best method of getting people saved and serving in our local church which is a high priority for us. We do offer Bible Institue classes to our people from time to time (which are more intensive than Sunday School), and we are incorporating these types of intensive studies into our church services schedule. But we want our people to grow through the exposition of God's Word through the pulpit as own principle point of teaching. We present the gospel clearly, and we include the concepts of man's sin (personal confession), the need for personal repentance and abandonment of sin, and trust in the work of Jesus Christ on the cross as the key element in salvation. We see personal confession and repentance as conditions of salvation. We do not seek a simple sinners prayer, baptize them, and forget about them philosophy (easy-believism). Our goal is that they truly understand and are saved, and become a faithful member in a good local church. We have not achieved our goal until we see them saved, baptized, and serving in a local church. What are your expectations for us as a supporting church (if we take you on) during a furlough? It has been my practice to come back and visit our supporting churches from time to time, to present our ministry and updates of our ministry. Our interest is in staying on the field, and not doing a continuous raising of funds ministry. Our current financial need has come about because we spent the last 13 years on the field, and we only came back briefly for 1-3 months to update our supporters, and have not taken a furlough in this time nor done new deputation work since What would you like to do in our church if we invite you to come? First of all, present my ministry in Mexico City. We have a video of our ministry, and I have tried to make different videos, some longer like 40 minutes, where in a Sunday School hour we can show the video and then take questions, and another shorter 15 minutes where I can preach afterwards. Second of all, I am a pastor before I am a missionary, and I have preached for 40 years now, and so I would like to be a spiritual blessing for your people if it is possible to do so. I would greatly like to preach to your people from my heart. Our -8-
church is built up on good, sound preaching, and that is what I would like to do. Thirdly, if at all possible I would like to get to know your people (as you see fit). Any fellowship with them would be a positive for me. Fourthly, I have worked for years in making Bible software modules and set up help/tutorial sites for the free Bible program theword and MySword for Android devices, and if you have individuals studying the Bible it can be a blessing and help to them, and I would like maybe a half hour to present the program to them. I usually have a supply of DVDs with several thousand books, Bibles, dictionaries, and commentaries on it that I give away in these presentations. If you are interested, please let me know. What do you expect from us if you come to present your work in our church? I am on deputation, so the main thing I expect is that you will give me sufficient time to adequately present my work, probably about minutes. We would like a video projector/computer to show the DVD if possible. If you don't have one, please let me know before I come so I can find one. Beyond that, I am totally at your disposition to preach and teach (field questions) as you see fit. As far as love offerings go, I have never made the promise of a love offering a condition for visiting a church. If you have the desire to pray for us, and you are willing to give me time in your services, I will come and present our ministry. If you cannot give a love offering, that is fine, but that should be stated before I come. (Again, that probably will not change me coming or not, but it will help me as far as expenses and figuring my budget.) If you wish to take up a love offering of what comes in, or a set amount that is fine. I mostly need gas money from Orlando Florida to your church and back. That is my minimum financial need in presenting my ministry in your church. As far as lodging is concerned, when I bring my wife, we do need someplace nice to stay. We have slept on the floor or on a couch in somebody's house, and that is fine also, it doesn't have to be a hotel. Mostly in I will be traveling alone, so all I need is a soft spot on a floor somewhere. I would request that you please do not put me in a situation where the man will leave early for work on Monday, and I would be alone with his wife. That forces me to have to leave the same time as the man, and that is fine (and in most cases I would be returning home very early anyway, like 8:00AM), but in some cases, the man leaves and I don't know that he is leaving, and this causes a testimony problem for me. About furloughs. When we return on furlough (short or extended), we are available to come and visit for extended periods of time (several weeks or months) and stay with you in your church. If you have a place for us to stay, and would like for us to live for a while with you, I will offer to preach or teach as my schedule permits, and I would be more than happy to go door-to-door witnessing with or without the pastor or a staff member. Just give me a map of the area you want me to witness in and give me literature, and I would be glad to spend some days witnessing and trying to build up your church. That is what I do, and it is not a problem to do that for our churches that support us when we are up in the states. -9-
Pastor Recommendation from Gene Ball GENE BALL, Pastor September 8, 2014 Re: David and Tule Cox Dear Pastor or Christian Worker; SANTEE BIBLE BAPTIST CHURCH P.O. BOX OLD NUMBER SIX HIGHWAY - SANTEE, S.C TELEPHONE I would like to recommend without reservation, David and Tule Cox for your prayerful and financial support to the field of Mexico. Their steadfastness over the years and faithfulness to the Scripture as well as, those to whom they minister is profound. Their desire for the salvation of souls and Christian growth in the converts is worthy of serious consideration by any who has a heart for carrying out the Great Commission. The Santee Bible Baptist Church has supported David and Tule for more than 30 years. Our financial investment and prayer support for their ministry is well received by our church and people. Often, special financial designations are made in their behalf which boosts their monthly support from us. We are pleased to have them as missionaries who we support monthly. I have personally known David for more than 35 years. His character is steadfast. His love for the Lord and ministry has shown faithfulness in some of the darkest experiences. He is very careful with his finances and his accountability is superb. His ministry extends literally to the entire world, as his pamphlets and tracts are on line over the internet and available. David and Tule have two children in their latter teenage years which are examples of the Christian heritage so exemplified by their parents. I know that in these days taking on new missionaries or even having their work presented may be difficult, but they are worthy. I trust you may prayerfully consider having these veteran missionaries present their work to your congregation or special group meeting. May the Lord bless you as you seek His will. Sincerely in the Lord s business, Gene Ball Pastor, Santee Bible Baptist Church -10-
Pastor Recommendation from Scott Letzring Orlando Bible Church 4405 E. Colonial Drive Orlando, FL (407) For the Word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. Rev. 1:9 October 15, 2014 RE: Pastor David Cox, Mexico City, Mexico To Whom It May Concern: This letter of recommendation is concerning Pastor David Cox and his ministry in Mexico City, Mexico. I have had the personal blessing and privilege to know Pastor Cox, his family, and the mission in Mexico City for over 12 years. It has been and still is a tremendous joy in the Lord for the Orlando Bible Church to support this dear family of like precious faith both financially and in prayer for these many years. In a day where many are departing from the faith once delivered to the saints, it is a tremendous encouragement to be identified with this dear brother in Christ. There are many things which draw me to the Cox family. No doubt, at the top of the list, is their love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Pastor Cox s burden to reach lost souls with the Gospel of the grace of God, and then to see the saved grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ has had a faithful and strengthening affect upon our local testimony. Pastor Cox s love and loyalty to Christ is evidenced by his obedience to the Word of God. His healthy respect of the Scriptures is a God-given gift to which many believers in Mexico City have benefited. There is no question that he believes in the training and equipping of those whom God has placed under his pastoral care as undershepherd. He is a man of integrity and stead-fastness. In word and practice, Pastor Cox demonstrates the fruit of the Spirit by the grace of God. There is much more in which I can attest to the worthiness in the consideration of the support of this missionary family. His wife Tule gives testimony to the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31. His two teenage children, Kelsie and Russ, bear witness to the godly virtue in rearing our young people in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. I wholeheartedly recommend Pastor David Cox and his family for prayerful and financial support as the Lord leads you. May the Lord bless you as you seek His will in your ministry for the glory of God! Only by His grace, Scott Letzring, Pastor Orlando Bible Church -11-
