3 30 JESUS OBEYED HIS PARENTS. Read Luke 2:51 Jesus obeyed His earthly parents. He set a good example for you. Obey your parents because it pleases God. WHAT IS A QUIET TIME? It is a time when God speaks to us through His Word and we talk to God in prayer. As you begin your quiet time, think about meeting with God, your Heavenly Father. Having a quiet time is essential for you to grow spiritually. 31 AS YOU GROW Read Luke 2:40 and 2:52 1 PROBLEMS? Read Matthew 11:28 Jesus grew physically and He grew in what He knew about God. You are growing physically. Are you growing in what you know about God? How? God gives peace and comfort when you are troubled. Is something making you feel sad? Ask Jesus for peace and understanding.

Like the song says, we are weak, but His is strong. Give Him praise and glory for being a strong and mighty God. He Is In Control!
