2 How do I live in this fallen world within the authority structures that are in my life? Particularly, how do I live within authority structures that are led by unbelievers, people who do not share my worldview?

9 So that unbelievers may see that a life directed by Jesus is different; when it comes that Jesus visits them, they will be open to submitting to Him. Peter was teaching that when the grace of God visits the heart of an unbeliever, he will respond with saving faith and glorify God because he remembers the testimony of believers he had observed.
