Exile- 580 BC Prophets - Lecture Week 5 Thursday, 26 March :01 AM Exodus = 1200BC Writers would've been around 800BC years! The lessons from the story are more important than the details of the story. (middle section)- Metaphors, terms of praise, literature devices used to give impact to the message - how is he getting the message across World in front of the text- how would readers/listeners of those day have interpreted it, how do modern people interpret it. Personal insight (what did you gain from the text) Look at layout on leo The main focus is on the passage!!
