2 Sonny Tucker, Arkansas Baptist State Convention *Electronic Devices: Phones, I-Pads (Please do not let them rule you) *TWITTER: #prayingpastors *Format: NOT a preaching forum, but it is a real prayer gathering *The Word will be ministered by several Pastors and from that Word, we will launch into serious prayer regarding the emphasis that we have asked them to speak *Two Words Explain: PROCESS and PROGRESS *We are taking you through a spiritual process beginning with you; moving then into serious intercession for one another; then to our churches experiencing spiritual revival, America experiencing spiritual awakening, and all progressing towards our desire to see the gospel being advanced across the globe to see the completion of the Great Commission. *My Leadership: Discerning what God is doing and surfing the move of God, so pray for me. I was reading and listening to Alvin Reid on revival and awakening. He writes: I heard Richard Owens Roberts at a conference use this analogy: a good sailor does not control the wind, but he knows how to set the sails. A student of revival does not create the work of a sovereign God, but he does know how to perceive the work of God and respond to the work of the Spirit. (Alvin Reid, The Narrative of Awakening, p.9) KEY: Our response to God! Personally and collectively *God has us here. Engage fully.

3 *I want you to think on a quote. I want you to take it back with you. It captivated me. It prompted me to go read his entire book. Listen and let it captivate your heart about why you are here. The Spirit of God is doing something. And in movements of the Spirit the first thing that happens and which eventually leads to a great revival is that one man or a group of men suddenly begin to feel this burden and they feel the burden so much that they are led to do something about it. (Revival: Martyn Lloyd-Jones, p. 163) *ON OUR KNEES: Committing ourselves all the way to engage the next few hours, refusing to let Satan, our flesh, or others, distract us from meeting with God.
