Avery resigned as Pastor at St. Therese of the Child Jesus, Philadelphia and was placed on Health Leave for four months. - He was then assigned as Chaplain at Nazareth Hospital from 12/93 to 12/03. - The Review Board found the allegations credible. - On , the Archdiocese decreed Rev.
