Golden Mother Repentance Script Regaining Purity, Repaying Generosity, and Accumulating Merits RECITE THE PURIFICATION MANTRAS Speech purification: Body purification: Mind purification: Earth God mantra: Om, syo-lee syo-lee, ma-ha syo-lee, syo-syo-lee, so-ha. Om, syo-do-lee, syo-do-lee, syo-mo-lee, syo-mo-lee, so-ha. Om, fo-ri-la-dam, ho ho hum. Namo sam-man-do, moo-toh-nam, om, doo-loo doo-loo dei-wei, so-ha. (STARTING SIGNAL) Prostrate Stand up The Compassionate Golden Mother has issued an edict to guide sentient beings back to their original purity. The original spirit unites back with the heaven, disclosing the wisdom of dragon sons and phoenix daughters (parable for virtuous sons and daughters) Prostrate Of the infinite causes and retributions since time immemorial, shackled by chain of causation, hereby teaching human beings to get rid of spiritual impurities. Reciting the repentance script to return to the Dharma platform, unhindered by the five aggregates and six samsaric realms Prostrate Opening the door of Golden Pills Supreme Dharma, imparting the heart essence to ascend back to Primordial Jade Pond (original spirit). (Starting from this passage until the completion of the script, you will prostrate after reciting the holy name of The Golden Mother). This day, Your disciple sincerely repents after all bad karmas that have been committed. Repenting for the bad karmas and transgressions, therefore luck and fortune shall arrive abundantly. Consequently with the heart of great compassion, is willing to succour sentient beings in the ten directions. Reciting sutra (holy scripture) and requesting Your presence to ward off misfortunes, clear away diseases, and purify transgressions. PAGE 3 OF 15
First, repaying the generosity of heaven and earth that provide shelter. Their generosity is not of inferior matter. The heaven pours down ambrosia to freshen sentient beings, while the earth bears and nurtures everything. Fasting and refraining from bad habits, abiding by the precepts and understanding the law for the sake of repaying the generosity of heaven and earth. Second, repaying the generosity of The Sun and The Moon who have been shining upon sentient beings. They come to shine their lights upon the universe. Rising from the east and setting in the west is the cycle. Perpetually radiating its light upon all directions. Fasting and refraining from bad habits, abiding by the precepts and realising Buddhatta, for the sake of repaying the generosity of The Sun and The Moon that shine their lights upon sentient beings. Third, repaying the generosity of the Ruler who bestows land and water (provides a country and nurtures the inhabitants therein) and serves his citizens. When the Ruler walks by the truth, there shall be peace in his country. And as the eight directions are in harmony, then sustaining cultivation will be smooth. Fasting and refraining from bad habits, abiding by the precepts, and walks in The Way for the sake of repaying the generosity of land and water from The Ruler. PAGE 4 OF 15
Fourth, repaying the generosity of the parents who raise and educate us. Their generosity is that deep as the ocean. As sons and daughters who behave in accordance with The Tao, we shall be mindful of our behaviours. The father represents heaven, and the mother the earth. By respecting them, gods and demons will also respect us too. Fifth, repaying the generosity of the teachings from the Root Guru whose True Buddha Dharma salvages sentient beings. Disseminating the supreme truth to benefit sentient beings in the mortal world and bardo realm, purify negative karma, increase merit and wisdom. Knowing that it is very difficult to repay the generosity of teaching the Dharma, it is therefore essential to continuously respecting the Guru s noble intent in propagating Dharma teachings. Sixth, repaying the generosity of The Golden Mother of The Primordial Jade Pond who removes calamities, salvages the universe, and guides sentient beings into perfection. Golden Mother shows The Way to, teaches and protects us from deviating from the path of virtue. Her Holiness leads us all into realising benevolence, truth, norm and wisdom. Accordingly we have to possess the quality of being benevolent, sense of honour and modesty, and the wisdom to comprehend the teachings. Understand that Her Holiness has painstakingly been rescuing us, Her sons and daughters. PAGE 5 OF 15
Seventh, repaying the generosity of Yidam Deity and Dharma Protector. Without them, every wholesome action shall be difficult to carry out. Gloriously stamping over mara, eliminating evils, exterminating impurities and perversion, protecting us until complete enlightenment. Sadhaka and wise men perpetually respect Yidam Deity and Dharma Protector. Their merits and authorities are beyond comprehension. Eighth, repaying the generosity of the sages in the eight directions, who assist in discriminating between the good and the bad. We resolve to repay the immeasurable magnanimities of Guru, Golden Mother and The Sages. They bestow sublime teachings, enabling us to break free from the bondage of samsara. Advising sentient beings to turn back to The Way. Together, realising the pure land of Primordial Jade Pond (the original spirit). Ninth, repaying the generosity of our ancestors. All families should respect their ancestors. Without the ancestors, there shall be no us. Their virtues shine upon us all. One offspring walks the spiritual discipline, thousands of Buddha will be joyful, and his/her ancestors will be delivered. PAGE 6 OF 15
Tenth, repaying the generosity of The Saints, who bequeath teachings for the sake of saving sentient beings. Painstakingly and ignoring exhaustion to disseminate teachings in order to erase the sufferings in the saha world. To what end do all the teachings and holy books impart? Their purposes are to convert our hearts. We are repaying all the generosity and merits; please be compassionate to protect us and our family so as to be happy and prosperous. We are repaying all the generosity and merits; please be compassionate to protect us so that we are all safe and sound. We are repaying all the generosity and merits; please be compassionate to protect us so that calamities will not occur forevermore. We are repaying all the generosity and merits; please be compassionate to bestow us with abundant blessings and ever increasing wisdom. We are repaying all the generosity and merits; please have mercy upon us, eliminate all of our transgressions and bad reputations. We are repaying all the generosity and merits; please be compassionate to bestow our parents with happiness and long life. PAGE 7 OF 15

We are repaying all the generosity and merits; please be compassionate to bestow all members of our family with good health. Ten virtuous actions and ten unvirtuous actions are committed by the body, speech and mind. Ten virtuous actions and ten unvirtuous actions are committed by the body, speech and mind. Ten virtuous actions and ten unvirtuous actions are committed by the body, speech and mind. We sincerely resolve to practise: morality, etiquette and being ashamed to commit evil deeds. Not putting blame on heaven and oppressing others, violating the wind and the rain (swearing over heaven). Failing to do so is considered as a serious transgression. Not engaging in the act of despising and not losing conscience. Misbehaving towards other will in turn bear the brunt on the self. PAGE 8 OF 15
