1 January 7, 2016 Today I contacted several security printers about the certificates entitling people to exchange Federal Reserve Notes into Treasury Dollars. A "royal" who kept arguing that they were entitled to the gold in the Global Debt Facility tried to intimidate me by issuing a warrant for my arrest; I told them that staff of the Bretton Woods institutions have immunity when they are doing their jobs, and I am doing my job returning the world's gold to the world's people. A member of UK's Parliament and a candidate for Australia's Parliament wanted some guidance; a couple of the people who got roped in by liars in the alternative media ed me; I answered some questions about next steps. I suspect this movement within the House of Commons will need to be done in a certain way due to the deeply entrenched corruption. I will start to watch the Prime Minister Questions on Wednesday noon to see how the theater plays out. I suspect they would like to portray they are (and always have been working for the benefit of their constituencies. Actually, they and the mainstream media could promote some kind a local living values for economic regeneration from "Austerity", moving away from the bankers, environmental reasons, resilence, more say with no need to vote since peoples spending will effective be voting but with cash. The UK has gone mad over "The Great British Bake-Off" so a Great British Craft / Skills / local transition show would most likely be a great hit too. They must come clean but at least this action will take a lot of heat away from future revelations. They can be no free pass since humanity will need to be vigiliant but a peaceful and wise transition will benefit all. Is this Osborne's attempt to prepare the people? The proof of the pudding is if he starts to mention your offer and that Parliament has a cunning plan to transition locally. The fact the Committee of 300 are still trying to steal the worlds wealth suggests no. We shall see. 4

The US people must understand this and that the future redeeming nature of the UC$ will maintain (or actually increase its perceived value) so that they don t foolishly exchange UC$ for FRN s. I trust this widespread coverage will point this out? (I acknowledge you cannot prevent fools from acting foolishly). 3. The collapsing FRN may encourage hoarding of the UC$ since it redeems gold in the future. Local currencies (especially Gesell s accelerating currency in significant depressions) will aid freeing up exchange. Do you concur with this view? 4. Since the UC$ is redeeming gold, this must mean there is no official exchange with FRN (like other current local currencies with national currencies on a 1:1 basis). Therefore, how is the UC$ going to be introduced into circulation? Will it be via corporations (presumably not the check-kiting kind) like wages? 5. Since all currencies are on the verge of crashing, there could be a worldwide influx of immigrants from other countries wishing to be Americans to hold sound money. Do you envisage other countries to quickly tie their currencies to the gold in the Global Debt Facility? I assume this can only be done via negotiation through you (WB & IMF)? Will this be globally announced for every country? Who is to do the announcing? 9

10 6. I suspect the announcement of a currency redeeming gold will have significant reverberations across all currencies. Do you concur? 7. The NGCC appear unable to not interfere and so I suspect organised crime syndicates (in their many guises) will try to muscle in on the proceedings. I assume which ever method of UC$ dispersal you (WB & IMF) have chosen, this has been pre-tested for scams and unsavoury behaviour to counter such nefarious activities? Although this is a huge task under difficult circumstances, you (WB & IMF) do have a lot of wiggle room. The US people naturally created local currencies during the 1930 s Great Depression. Although the vast majority of people currently don t see themselves as chattel; they do recognise freedom. When the currency starts to fail, the mask will slip for even for the most hypnotised individual. People will seek their freedom and start to ask questions. Although Austerity has understandably had bad press, I suspect this has started the process already for the rest to latch onto. Interesting times ahead! It's been a terrible "experiment" to find out if desolving our responsibility to others is in our best interests. This will come apparent when life benefits in unexpected ways giving unforessen treasures. I expect humanity to eventually rid itself of Crown Copywright allowing knowledge to accelerate and improve our daily lives. I am confident of this because when one joins a particular interest group (i.e photography, garndening etc) other members share their knowledge so raising the standards collectively within that group.
