Background: Last week we spoke about harmony, and a couple of months ago we spoke about how we are all connected through our hearts. This series has been on air every Tuesday since early May, I am the lawyer for a trust called the Global Debt Facility that contains the world's monetary gold reserves. General Eisenhower and President Truman agreed to deposit the US' gold in the Global Debt Facility on behalf of the United States. All nations' monetary gold reserves are with the World Bank and IMF, and their Ministers of Finance and Development administer the Global Debt Facility. I vote the US shares on the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF so long as the US Constitution of 1789 is not in effect. The world's bankers and the ones who issue your currency have been trying to run the world. They have been telling you lies. We are going to change this corrupt arrangement in a Global Currency Reset. The chance this comes to pass? Over 90%. We know this from the National War College's Power Transition Model. We are now in transition, and this transition is called the Global Currency Reset because we are going to exchange the world's currencies for local currencies issued by villages and towns and for national currencies minted out of the world's monetary gold reserves. First we are going to replace the currencies issued by the nations' private central banks with currencies issued by the real national governments. In this segment I am going to describe how all of us are learning together during the Global Currency Reset. I am attaching at the end of the teleprompter some of the tweets showing what we are all learning. At the moment, your governments have been replaced by corporations that belong to a private company which is part of a large corrupt conglomerate that is called the Network of Global Corporate Control. Last week we heard from the people in Hungary, requesting the Secretary General of the United Nations to convene a meeting of the UN's Security Council about the fact that the Republic of Hungary does not have legitimate representation in the United Nations. 2 Let me tell you what happened when I got the from Istvan telling me about Hungary. First it landed in my inbox, and I read it. Then the Banking Cartel removed the and put it in my spam folder. I found Istvan's in my spam folder, and copied the link on a USB key, and downloaded it, and then I knew the Banking Cartel could not erase it. Then I tweeted it. This is a very important development. It tells everyone that all the people in the different countries of the world are going to join us in the fight against the Banking Cartel. The Banking Cartel cannot win this fight against all of humanity. The command and control apparatus is no match for individuals all working in the way they see fit. We are not talking about a "One World Order". Each country is going to fight the Banking Cartel and clean up the corruption in the way that the people in each country agree. Each individual is going to free themself from the mind control apparatus and electromagnetic warfare in their own good time, as they gradually open their own eyes. A bit later in this segment, I am going to tell you how we function as individuals and in groups. I have been living with the mind control weaponry for a long time, and have been dealing with family members and friends that are still in its grip. These poor people react very strongly, and you cannot talk to them about the fact that they are victims of mind control, and their problems (debilitating pain in their joints, ringing in their ears) are caused by these weapons. There are enough of us to fight the Banking Cartel who are not so susceptible to the mind control weapons. Do not try to confront people who are still in the grip of the electromagnetic weapons directly. You are wasting your time. Concentrate your efforts at finding the people who have made themselves loose, and work with them. Enough people know about the corruption from the Banking Cartel and the difference between reality and the lies in the media controlled by the Banking Cartel. This explains why the Marines attacked the CIA's branch office in Langley Virginia on November 18th. In his June 1963 address in Frankfort, John F. Kennedy said, 'As they say on my own Cape Cod, a rising tide lifts all the boats..' There are enough of us who are already free from electromagnetic weapons to raise all the boats. In the meantime, we are in transition. There is going to be a gradual awakening, as we all grow increasingly comfortable with reality

3 Many people are uncomfortable with transitions. They want things to be clear-cut. I tweeted about this trait, called "uncertainty avoidance". (attached) When things are in transition, they are not so clear-cut. The Banking Cartel is taking full advantage of this, by making people doubt that we are in transition. They say that if the Global Currency Reset were real, we would not have to have a transition period. This is another lie. Of course we have to have a transition period, as people learn and wake up. It is only when people learn gradually about the Global Currency Reset that we can have a peaceful transition. Think about it. The lessons we are learning about corruption along the way will stand us in good stead, and help to prevent backsliding. Last week, Steve Torrence, a Banking Cartel shill who I called out last year, argued that the Board of Governors was not in charge, or we would not have to have a transition period. The tweet where I called Steve Torrence out is at the end of the Teleprompter. Transition is transition. I showed the early days of the coalition on the Board of Governors, and what I sent to all the embassies after the 2015 Annual Meetings in Peru. This tweet is also at the end of the Teleprompter. I can show everyone what I have been doing during this transition. That is one of my jobs as Overseer Mandate Trustee. I am learning on the job along with everyone else. In the meantime, we are on a one-way street to the Global Currency Reset. Then Steve Torrence tried to confuse everyone by denying that he was a shill. I blocked good old Steve Torrence. The coalition for the rule of law on the Board of Governors is getting stronger during this transition. The United States has 16 percent of the vote, and the Global Debt Facility is voting the shares of the United States during this transition until the US Constitution of 1789 goes back into effect. I am an everyday person who was in the right place at the right time, that is, the legal department of the World Bank, just when the world's wealth that José Rizal and Ferdinand Marcos had deposited at the end of World War II was supposed to come out for the benefit of humanity. I am stubborn and a fighter (fencer), and I have always known right from wrong and loved both my mother and father, who come from the middle class (my father was a small businessman, and my mother -- who is now 94 --was the principal of an elementary school.) That is enough about me. Let's talk about all of us. We can understand what is happening when we look at what is happening with each of us and then look at what is happening with all of us. By now people have understood that I am comfortable representing everyone, and that I know full well that everyone is really in charge, and I am just a place holder for them. People can fix things the way they want to when the Banking Cartel is wound down. Now let's talk about local currencies. This is the undoing of the Banking Cartel, and this is how we are fighting their One World Order. The people in each village and town are going to have their own local money. This local money is going to be accepted by the people in the village and town that has issued it, and the people in the village or town are going to use this money to buy things from the stores and restaurants and farmers and the people who are selling their services (the beauty shops, plumbers, and employees and other local people who work in that town). This local currency will be exchanged for the money that is issued by the countries as the people in the village and town have determined. 4 Do you remember in the DCTV segment on July 10 th, when I told you about the hippocampus, and that we are all transcendent beings? Many of humanity's thought processes take place in a central location called the collective unconscious which is outside of peoples' individual brains. Electromagnetic weapons mimic the connections between the collective unconscious and peoples' brains. We, all of humanity, are going to be working together in the Global Currency Reset to learn about the science of our hidden capabilities. I am not an expert in this matter. I am only in a position at the center of the world's financial system to get to learn about things like this ahead of many people. One of the best ways to learn how things are changing is to compare how things were at an earlier point in time. That is why I like to show you what I tweeted in the past. That way you can see for yourself that we are working in a coalition to end the corruption coming from the Banking Cartel. [I cancelled my order twice because of the scam that I had to pay for installation myself although Costco told me their prices included the cost of installation. 12 Board of Governors of World Bank and IMF announce transition to asset-backed currencies [PRESSWIRE] Washington DC, United States - 09 March The Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF announced that fractional reserve fiat currencies will be replaced with gold from a trust created at the end of World War II. Jose Rizal, Superior General of the Society of Jesus, and his lawyer, Ferdinand Marcos, established this trust for the benefit of humanity. The trust also contains other precious metals, gems, and artwork. The Federal Reserve and the US Treasury do not possess the monetary gold reserves of the United States; these reserves are in the trust administered for the benefit of humanity by the Bretton Woods institutions. 16 Friday, April 14, 2017 The following posts were just before the Annual Meeting of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund last October, when I contacted the Russian embassy outside its gate, and just before last year's Spring Meeting. Yes, I believe we are going to have the Global Currency Reset soon... This is a follow-up on my previous tweet forwarding links from a military publication about mind control. This technology is very real, but once you know it exists, you can 6

17 use it to your own advantage, like ju-jitsu. If you know yourself, and observe that you are making stupid mistakes, you can attribute some of these mistakes to mind control, and thus learn hidden truths. As an example, I needed to contact the Washington embassies of the countries on the World Bank and International Monetary Fund's Development Committee. This Committee exists because of state capture of the World Bank and IMF Secretariats. Its formal name is the "Joint Ministerial Committee of the Boards of Governors of the Bank and the Fund on the Transfer of Real Resources to Developing Countries". I described how the Development Committee came into existence here: (See page 169 about reform of the monetary system) So when I needed to write to the Washington embassies of the members of the Development Committee, I counted the envelopes, and found out that I had inadvertently skipped over the Russian and Indian embassies. This stupid mistake was probably due to mind control. So that is why I hand delivered my letters to the Russian and Indian embassies yesterday. In doing so, I was able to have a brief conversation with the duty officer at the Russian embassy in Washington. The Russian embassy wanted me to just mail the envelope, and I explained about the problems I was having with the postal service last week when the Postal Service refused to deliver my priority mail to the Japanese embassy. So then I was able to explain to the Russian embassy how many people understand what is going on through the internet, that my letter to them was actually already read by many, and that they could access the letter through the internet. I was happy when the duty officer agreed with me about the legitimacy of the US government. I had an earlier exchange on November 28, 2012 with the Russian embassy on the 2012 Rule of Law Index at minute 1:29:30 So that is why I am now writing by directly to the Russian embassy. 18 Using this technique (of counteracting mind control) is easy, once you get the hang of it. That is why when I had very positive responses to a couple of people that I met two years ago in Australia, (when there was no reason I could identify for having such a strong visceral response, and there was every reason to actually be suspicious of these total strangers), I started to be very reserved. Sure enough, in retrospect, these people turned out to be disinfo agents! So I now look doubly hard at the information that lands in my inbox (especially when I am getting similar messages from known disinfo agents) to see if there is any reason for me not to disseminate it, or to warn people about it. Sure enough, the powers-that-were are trying to cause systemic bank failure just when we, humanity, are working hard to replace paper currencies with gold in a Global Currency Reset.
