8 Communication Communicate, Communicate, Communicate This may be the most important aspect of leadership! Every strong leader has been a good communicator. Where two or three are gathered together! Talk about the victories!

9 You cannot lead if you can t communicate the goals, vision, and processes. Share your passion, your ambitions, and your interests

10 Build the Culture Keep the main thing the main thing. It is about the organization, not you! An organization takes on the culture of your leadership! Constantly recognize the contributions of others. Give others the credit.
