1 Hypothetical Call Center Interview Questions -I actually reserved the best for the last! These questions are very tricky, and sometimes weird, but could get you off guard. Here are the list ofhypothetical Questions that are often asked in a Call Center Interview: Hypothetical Question: How can you describe a color red to a blind person since birth? Possible Answer: "A color red describes passion and love... Fire could be a good example of a color red, it make us warm in cold nights and help us cook our food." Tips: Just talk about emotion or anything related with the color. Blue = coldness, royalty, blue skies. White = Purity, Sincerity, Water. Green = Trees, Plants, Hypothetical Question: Why does a round pizza, comes into a square box? Possible Answer: "Well, the box design isn't that important, it is just used to carry pizza. However, the round box couldn't be used also for the square pizza's." Hypothetical Question: How can you drop a raw egg onto a concrete floor without cracking it? Possible Answer: "Cracking a concrete floor would be definitely difficult, especially If you were just asked to use eggs." Tips: The Interviewer just wants to know how good is your listening skills and If you understand the question. The question is referring to, how you would be able to crack the concrete floor by just using eggs. Hypothetical Question: How would you sell a second hand toothbrush? Possible Answer: "In reality, we do not really use a second hand toothbrush to brush our teeth. But, for the sake of recycling, toothbrush are far more efficient to use in cleaning our finger and feet nails." Hypothetical Question: If you were an animal what will you be and why? Possible Answer: "I believe I would be an Ant. Because, I am very hardworking, and dedicated to what I am doing." Tips: Do not use animals such as Snakes = Liar, Sneak and Dishonest. Whale = Bloated and very slow to move. You can also say, Tiger = Intelligent and brave, Dolphin = Intelligent and a fast worker. Other versions are about, Trees, Flowers and Etc. Hypothetical Question: How many bolts are there on a Boeing 747 plane? Possible Answer: "Based on my research, a Boeing 747 has around six million parts, and half of which are just fasteners." Question 1:

2 You're standing in a field and all of a sudden a craft crash-lands onto it. Among the rubble, you see very clearly the body of an extra-terrestrial. What do you do?: Call the authorities or take the creature and try to protect it from them? Question 2: You found a portal to an alternate universe and you met your alternate self. He (or she) does not appear at all different from you and there are barely any slight differences in your two respective worlds. Would you have sex with your alternate self? You must unlearn most of the things in your life, especially those related to what is right and wrong. In heaven, you will not need any of this because you will live a peaceful, utopian life free from conflict or challenge, where every physical need of yours is met automatically or doesn't exists in the first place. Almost as suddenly as God had appeared, in a flash of light, Satan appears with a pained look on his face. "Run!" he says. "I came to Earth long ago so that you would know the truth about good and evil, and so you could find your own path with an independent spirit. Don't let that go now, after all you've learned! This kind of question is another part of an interviewer trying to throw you for a loop as they sift through a stack of applications, winnowing out people to arrive at their final choices. The hypothetical question doesn't have to be harder than any other questions you are asked during the interview. Here are a few strategies for answering. Step1 Start out with "I don't think this would happen, but..." Being frank about possibilities is part of accurately assessing your job environment and, ultimately, your job. Step2 Answer the question. You can insert a disclaimer on a hypothetical, but you can't sidestep it entirely. As an interview applicant, you kind of owe your would-be employer at least some kind of answer. Trying to step around too many questions could get you in hot water. Step3 Rely on your experience. If the question is about a scenario you've seen before, you know where to go with your answer. Highlight examples of your past successes in answers if possible, but don't inject them artificially. Step4 Come up with creative answers to hypothetical questions. Sometimes, employers are trying to see how you would address a outrageous situation or handle a highly conceptual problem. While some people dread the hypothetical, others see it as a fun way to tackle the future. Step5 Ask for clues. Asking a question back helps give you time to answer; it also shows the interviewer you're involved. Step6 Make use of leading questions. A lot of time, you can hear from the phrasing of the question what the interviewer is getting at; use this to your advantage when possible. So in addition, interviewers don't just you these questions for OUTBOUND accounts.. in fact, many use this for inbound and non voice accounts.
