T is the Nature of God to allow His Children the I opportunity of becoming cocreators with Him: And God said, let us make mankind in Our image, after our likeness. (Genesis 1:27.) The purpose of creation is to allow each life-stream (individualisation of God) to unfold a spiritual nature and become master of the God-given energy of life through consciously controlling thoughts and feelings towards Higher Aspirations. In order to be like God, we must nurture and develop the three-fold nature of God: The Father (BLUE FLAME, left) we must direct our life plan; The Son (GOLDEN YELLOW FLAME, centre) we must use God s energy rightly (like He does, for good only); and The Holy Spirit (PINK FLAME, right) we must love our creation as God does, unconditionally. God, the owner and giver of ALL LIFE, as far as our galaxy is concerned, is called THE GREAT CENTRAL SUN. There is only ONE God, and God is ALL-IN-ALL. There are aspects of God, mighty and supremely intelligent likenesses of Himself, that He has appointed as Divine Helpers (much like the hierarchy of a major business corporation here on Earth); There is a great God Being in charge of every department of life; Thus, in our galaxy, the Supreme God Beings in charge are Alpha and Omega. Their body is The Great Central Sun; The Great Central Sun is the sun behind our physical sun to understand the vastness of All Creation, one must realise that there are billions upon billions of Great Central Suns; The galaxy to which we, mankind, belong to is composed of seven suns. Each of these suns birthed seven planets (contrary to accepted astronomy, there are not nine planets orbiting our sun there are only seven. Note that a majority of the 49 planets are vibrating at a higher frequency than Earth therefore they are not visible nor detectible by our telescopes); Our solar system is directed by the divine beings HELIOS and VESTA, whose physical body is our sun; When Helios and Vesta decided to become God-Father and God-Mother of our solar system, Alpha and Omega vested them with the authority for its creation; and Helios and Vesta s first fiat issued was: Let there be Light! (Genesis 1:3.) (To avoid confusion, realise that Helios and Vesta ARE God they are not separate from Him in any way. They represent His Hands, an Aspect of Him. God has billions of Hands, if you like, and each and every one is expanding his Kingdom); Keep in mind that when the Earth was created, the universe was already ancient (in terms of our sense of time); and The blueprint (visual plan) of our solar system was placed with the Cosmic Silent Watcher, who holds the immaculate pattern in mind at all times. In honour of Her, please repeat now, three times, I AM the Sacred Fire Master Presence that gives deep blessings, thanks and love to our Silent Watcher Beloved Immaculata. I bless her with eternal perfection and the Divine Love of our Father God. The Divine Plan was for Three Kingdoms to cohabit on Earth they were to serve together, each one evolving ever upward into greater perfection: The Elemental Kingdom; The Angelic Kingdom; and Kingdom of Mankind. The balanced activities of all three kingdoms are necessary to have a perfect manifestation in this world of form. The beloved elemental kingdom Then Helios and Vesta drew forth the Seven Mighty Elohim the builders of form of the Universe. Elementals create forms and are the workers of nature. Elohim means God in Hebrew, thus Elohim means God of Form. The Elohim govern the Elemental Kingdom and the beloved elementals. When Earth was first created, it was made beautiful by the nature kingdom. Mighty Neptune and Lunara (Directors of the Water Element) created crystal-clear waters; Mighty Virgo and Pelleur (Directors of the Earth Element) created land masses, which were originally translucent as there was no shadow; Mighty Aires and Thor (Directors of the Air Element) created the air that every living thing breathes and this carries all the gifts from God in unmanifest form; and Of course, Mighty Helios and Vesta (Directors of the Fire Element) with Prince Oromasis and Holy Diana, Zarathustra, created light and fire. The workers of nature, or elementals, that serve each of the Directors above are: Water the undines. Earth the gnomes. Air the sylphs. Fire the salamanders. It is through the use of their life that these little beings, these elementals, supply man with the garments of flesh that they wear, the water they drink, Mighty Helios and Vesta are Directors of the Fire Element. the air they breathe and the abundant supply of food they eat. The divine plan was for man to be served in love, and in turn mankind was to pour love, gratitude and blessings back to the Elemental Kingdom. Fire represents our power of purification and thus immortality. The elemental kingdom represents our very own human nature: Earth represents physical density our bodies of form. Water represents our emotional body feelings and emotions encompass the greater part of our energy. Air represents our freedom. Fire represents our power of purification and thus immortality. Elementals are primarily mental beings: el-e-mental meaning mind of God. The Seven Elohim represent the mental activities and qualities of the Creator, Our Father God. A tiny flame from each of Their lifestreams is anchored in the forehead of every individual embodying on Earth the Seven Fold Flame. The sequence of order of the Elohim on your forehead is as follows (from left to right): Hercules: Elohim of Decision and Will; Cassiopeia: Elohim of Perception and Illumination; Orion: Elohim of Divine Love; Purity: Elohim of Purity (white flame); Vista: Elohim of Concentration and Music; Tranquillity: Elohim of Peace; and Arcturus: Elohim of invocation, rhythm and freedom. The feminine aspects (twin rays) of the above are, in sequence: Diana; Pacifica; Angelica; Crystal; Minerva; Astrea; and Amazon. Through the Seven Fold Flame, the Elohim extend their faculties and

3 Spiritual/ascension matters 3 consciousness to every lifestream. The MIGHTY ANGELIC kingdom The Angelic Kingdom consists of Archangels, seraphim, cherubim, angel devas and angels. Angels are wholly pure and perfect God Beings. Their service is to mankind. Angels may take embodiment in human form but on very rare occasions (an example is beloved Mother Mary and Serapis Bey) or they may choose to dwell in heavenly realms. If they do take human form, the Veil of Maya (Bands of Forgetfulness) is placed around their consciousness thus they will not know that they are angelic. Angels radiate God Feelings, or God Virtues, to mankind. Examples: Faith and protection; Wisdom; Divine love; Purity; Consecration and healing; Peace; and Invocation. Angels do not labour in their service to mankind they just shine. They respond instantly to a call and wrap the caller in their divine love and protection. Elementals create forms Angels vitalise the form through feelings. Elementals respond to the thoughts of mankind Angels respond to feelings and emotions. The entire Angelic Host is under the direction of Seven Archangels they embody the FEELINGS of God. They are: Archangel Divine Feminine Aspect (Archaii) Michael Faith Jophiel Constance Chamuel Charity Gabriel Hope (white) Raphael Mary Uriel Donna Grace Zadkiel Amethyst The kingdom OF MANKIND The Elemental Kingdom must learn control of energy through thought so that mankind can enjoy their perfected designs. The Angelic Kingdom must learn control of the feelings, to hold within themselves the virtue they have chosen, until directed to release it to one in need of it. MAN MUST LEARN CONTROL OF BOTH, AND THUS BECOME A MASTER! Without the The Divine Aspect of the Archangel Michael is Faith. Elemental Kingdom there would be no form; without the Angelic Kingdom, man could not draw the blessings of God thus mankind should begin revering Life and be deeply grateful for the constant services and blessings they receive. The I AM Presence I AM is the creative phrase of the UNIVERSE. It is used by all God-Beings EVERYWHERE not just on Earth. When you command using the I AM phrase, Life, which is the Supreme Intelligence, WILL OBEY YOU! There s no greater teacher than one s own experience repeat I AM tired enough times and see what happens. However, on the positive side, your powers of constructive creation are ENDLESS when you say, for example, I AM perfectly healthy/wealthy, etc. I AM is God s very Own, Most Sacred and Holy Name. When each of us became conscious and individualised, the first words we uttered were, I AM! Your own I AM Presence is a great shining orb of light about four metres

4 4 spiritual/ascension matters above your head. From it, the Silver Cord connects you to your Holy Christ Self (your Higher Self ). Your Holy Christ Self is an intermediary between you and your I AM Presence. It understands your Earthly struggles; your I AM merely comprehends it, though in It s Great Intelligence knows ONLY God s Perfection. For millions of years, we have qualified the energy streaming into us from our I AM Presences with discord, limitation, distress, fear and all the other human emotions that cause such pain. We have free will, we are Co-Creators with God, and we were created in His All Powerful Image so there is nothing we can t choose or can t do. We have used our ALL Powerful free will to create lifetimes of limitations and darkness. We must reacquaint ourselves with the I AM Presence, the Angelic Kingdom, Elemental Kingdom, Cosmic Beings and the Great White Brotherhood as a matter of urgency! This must be done humbly, sincerely, with deep feeling through decrees, meditations, daily applications and impersonal service. See the transcript The Chela on the Path to Ascension. The First Two Golden Ages: 4,500,000 years ago on March 21 st (beginning of Spring Solstice) in the vicinity of the Teton Mountain Range in Wyoming, USA a gigantic light ray was projected from the sun. The original combined landmass of the Earth was called Mu, also known as Lemuria. This is where Mankind began life in a sphere of lower vibration. Present, besides members of the First Root Race, were: 1. Helios and Vesta. 2. Members of the Angelic Kingdom. The mighty I AM Presence. 3. Archangel Michael and Beings and Legions of the Blue Flame Angels. 4. Virgo and Pelleur, Neptune and Lunara and Aires and Thor. Your I AM Presence understands your earthly struggles. 5. The Maha Chohan. 6. Manu of the First Root Race. 7. Guardian Spirits, among which were: a. Sanat Kumara (an Ascended Being from Venus). b. Mighty Zarathustra (a Divine Being from the Great Central Sun). Archangel Michael was the first to touch the surface of the Earth. The Rocky Mountain Retreat is the most ancient focus of the Ascended Masters upon the Earth it s also called the Precipitation Temple. Precipitation means: going forth. From here newborn men went north, east, south and west to carry the Light of God. A minimum of seven embodiments, one for each ray (Virtues of God) was necessary to gain the Ascension (i.e. to Return to God). One embodiment had a maximum lifespan of 2,000 years thus One Golden Age = 14,000 years. The Seven Virtues of God are: 1. Blue Ray WILL. 2. Yellow Ray ILLUMINATION/ WISDOM. 3. Pink Ray DIVINE LOVE. 4. White Ray PURITY. 5. Green Ray CONCENTRATION/ CONSECRATION. 6. Ruby Ray PEACE/ MINISTRATION. 7. Violet Ray INVOCATION/ RHYTHM/ FREEDOM. The seven bodies of man are: The I AM Presence, The Causal Body, the Holy Christ Self, The Emotional Body, The Mental Body, the Etheric Body and the Physical Body. The first three are the Higher Bodies of Man the remainder, are the Lower Bodies. We are now in a position where we MUST balance and harmonise the energies in our seven bodies. Inner disharmony has created the world around us one of fear, poverty and natural disasters. What happens within is reflected without! What follows is a summary of our history. Garden of Eden During incoming of the fourth Root Race, a decision by the Cosmic Council changed the course of mankind drastically. Atlantis comprised of: Parts of North America; Eastern parts of USA; Europe; South America; North Africa; Cuba; Azores; and Madeira Islands. Poseidonis, a remnant of Atlantis, flourishes for 70,000 years in the vicinity of New York City and Long Island, USA. 2 GOLDEN AGES Billions of lifestreams of insufficient spiritual development allowed to embody on Earth in human form. Atlantis civilization reached its height people had a superb understanding of the Cosmic Laws. Priests and chelas who served God and the Light are warned five years before the sinking of Poseidonis. 3 Root Races Known as laggards these lifestreams were defiant and rebellious. 200,000 B.C. Priesthood of Mu embody on Atlantis and remembering their previous embodiments, they advance Atlantis greatly. 10,000 B.C. Poseidonis sinks. All individuals ascended Hierarchy of Earth, as an act of mercy, gave the laggards Earth as a temporary home. It was believed laggards would emulate divine nature of mankind. Atlanteans achieved great illumination, understanding and oneness with the I AM Presence of God. Treasures of Poseidonis taken to Egypt, Tibet, China, Far East and South America (Inca). Root Race period = 14,000 years Laggard souls took human embodiment, therefore no differentiation. 200,000 B.C. parts of Atlantis sink in conjunction with Mu. In time these treasures will be revealed when mankind s greed is not so rife. No discordant energy Law of Karma bound all lifestreams together. 200,000B.C. to 80,000B.C Atlantean Civilization begins to unfold people again turn from God. SAHARAN EMPIRE 68,000 B.C. 10,000 B.C. For the first time in history, the colours black and (fire engine) red become known. These reflected the base nature of man, and these colours appeal to the lower senses lust, power, greed, passion, etc. Sahara region was semitropical. Man s attention on Above Mankind deliberately experimented with impurity they began making their 5 senses a priority, and not the Will of God. 50,000 B.C. another catastrophe and more of Atlantis sinks. Capital of empire was called City of the Sun.

Spiritual arrogance destroyed temples in Lemuria and Atlantis. Ruler was the then unascended Saint Germain. Our Christ Self today looks like what man looked like then. Fall of Man or a descent in consciousness and oneness with God. Cataclysms come only through the destructive influence of humans. Gold and jewels precipitated directly from the Universal. Day and Night did not exist as we know it today. 200,000 B.C. Lemuria sinks overnight 60 million lifestreams thrown out of embodiment. Glorious civilization unsurpassed in all ages of man. Through power of thought and feeling man precipitated requirement of the moment. Just before cataclysm temple guards transfer documents, various temple flames and other valuables to secure locations. Greed, discord, disharmony and forces of darkness set in and for centuries Saharan Empire slides into decline finally destroyed in 10,000 B.C. Perfect harmony between: Mankind; Angels; and Elementals. Life was Perfect: No disintegration; No death; and No hard labour. Certain lifestreams became specialists in certain virtues. They then entered the priesthood. These locations were Atlantis, India, China, Tibet, Rocky Mountains and Central Asia. Then, once having found their Source, they must strive to master their discordant thoughts, feelings and creations then, they must allow God s Divine Plan to be fulfilled through them. FUNDAMENTAL LESSONS WHO IS THE GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD? They are a group of dedicated Ascended Masters who, in their enormous love for mankind, are investing their energy in helping us to ascend. Ascended Masters once lived earthly lives, just as we do. They are the Directing Intelligence of God and are here to help us if we ask! Jesus Christ is an Ascended Master, as well as Mother Mary, Buddha, El Morya, etc. El Morya, in his Great Compassion, applied for the Bridge to Freedom Dispensation. As a result, the following information was, for the first time since the Fall of Man, allowed to be given out: Ascended Masters once lived earthly lives... and are here to help us if we ask! The knowledge and explanation of each person s own I AM Presence. The Tube of Light. The Violet Transmuting Flame explanations and use of. The goal of life on Earth to ascend. The Bridge to Freedom Teachings explain in detail the ways and means mankind can ascend into Freedom. Saint Germain first attempted this through the I AM Discourses (Green Books) that were channeled through Guy Ballard in the 1930s. For reasons unknown, the Green Books went underground. In the 1950s, El Morya channelled the Bridge to Freedom Teachings through the now ascended Lady Master Geraldine Innocente. The Ascended Masters live in a higher realm of consciousness and because of Cosmic Law are not permitted to interfere with matters in our lower realm of vibration however, they will assist us if we ask for help. WHO IS THE KARMIC BOARD? The Karmic Board is a merciful body of helpful Intelligences their service is to God, to find ways and

7 Spiritual/ascension matters 7 means by which each soul can be given the greatest opportunity for spiritual progress, to balance his debt to life, to control energy and to complete the goal of life on Earth the Ascension. Karma is NOT a punishment. The Cosmic Law of Cause and Effect is such a blatant one. We knew of it before we even comprehended the concept of Karma there is no good or bad, only our thinking and feeling makes it so. What we reap, we sow. By dedicated and concentrated use of the Violet Fire Decrees, one can totally nullify his or her own karma en-route for redemption! Members of the Karmic Board: GODDESS OF JUSTICE: Portia. GODDESS OF LIBERTY: Lady Liberty. GODDESS OF MERCY: Kwan Yin. GODDESS OF LOVE: Nada. GODDESS OF TRUTH: Pallas Athena. ELOHIM CYCLOPEA: Vista. MANU OF 7 TH ROOT RACE: Great Divine Director. HER LADYSHIP: Beloved Mother Mary. To sum up: man must learn who he is, must recognise that he is a Co- Creator with God, and as such, he must become master of all that he creates. As a creator he must consciously control his thoughts, feelings, words and actions on a daily basis. Cosmic Law is a stern teacher, and the law does not apply itself all creation is a SELF- CONSCIOUS EFFORT, and if the individual upon whom this great gift of life has been bestowed refuses to take the responsibility to do his duty, his experiences will prod him with misery until he does! The Halls of Karma for planet Earth are now CLOSED! Should you not make the ascension in this embodiment, you will only be allowed ONE more embodiment here. Beyond that, all unascended lifestreams belonging to the Kingdom of Mankind will continue their journey, blissfully unaware, in a new school room the planet Excelsior, until they finally wake up and turn back to God. We currently live in the psychic realm, of low vibration, where massive forces of discordant energy have amassed over By dedicated and concentrated use of the Violet Flame Decree, one can nullify his or her own karma en-route for redemption! hundreds of thousands of years because of mankind s total disregard for their God energy. These negative forces thrive on distracting us from our spiritual development. Therefore, daily application, namely, attunement to our I AM Presence and the Ascended Hosts, decreeing, applying the tools of grace (the Violet Flame, the Sacred Fire Purifying Love and Law of Forgiveness), contemplating (becoming still and filling our hearts with joy and gratitude for God s blessings), offering impersonal service to our fellow man all of this is the secret for opening the door to the fulfillment of our divine plan. Have great reverence for All Life! With every thought, feeling, word and action, you are either creating your karma of distress, or a crown of light, for you are thinking and feeling SOMETHING every moment waking and sleeping. It is within your power to create something so beautiful and so perfect. Surf the Tides of Time with Love may the Angels guide you and the Elementals bless you. Be conscious ever that you aspire to the full expression of God, and devote all your being and service to that end, as expressed so ably in the First Commandment. 2. Learn the lesson of harmlessness neither by word, nor thought, nor feeling, inflict evil upon any part of life. Know that action and physical violence is but the lesser part of the sin of harmful expression. 3. Stir not a brother s sea of emotion, thoughtlessly or deliberately, knowing that the storm in which thou placeth his spirit, will sooner or later flow upon the banks of thine own lifestream. Rather, bring tranquillity to life, and be, as the psalmist so ably puts it, oil on the troubled water. 4. Disassociate thyself from the personal delusion. Let self-justification never reveal that thou dost love the self more than the harmony of the universe. If thou art right, there is no need to acclaim it. If thou art wrong, pray for forgiveness. Watching the self, thou wilt find the rising tides of indignation among the more subtle shadows on the path of right, called self-righteousness. 5. Walk gently through the universe, knowing that the body is a temple in which dwelleth the Holy Spirit, that bringeth peace and illumination to life, everywhere. Keep thy temple always in a respectful and cleanly manner, as befitting the habitation of the Spirit of Truth. Do not form nor offer opinions unless invited to do so, and then only after prayer and silent invocation for guidance. 8. Speak when God chooseth to say something through thee. At other times, remain peacefully silent. 9. Make the ritual of thy living, the observance of God s rules, so unobtrusive, that no man shall know that thou aspireth to godliness, lest the force of his outer will might be pitted against thee, or lest thine service become impinged with pride. 10. Let thy heart be a song of gratitude, that the Most High has given, unto thy keeping, the Spirit of Life, which through thee, chooseth to widen the borders of his kingdom. 11. Be alert always to use thy faculties and the gifts loaned unto thee, by the Father of all life, in a manner to extend his kingdom. 12. Claim nothing for thyself, neither powers nor principality, any more than thou claimest the air thou breathest or the sun, using them freely, but knowing the Godownership of all. 13. In speech and action be gentle, but with the dignity that always accompanies the presence of the living God that is within the temple. 14. Constantly place all the faculties of thy being, and all the inner unfoldment of thy nature, at the feet of the God-power, trying to manifest perfection through one in distress. 15. Let thy watchword be GENTLE- NESS, HUMILITY, AND LOVING SERVICE, but do not allow the impression of humility to be mistaken for lethargy, for the servant of the Lord, like the sun in the heavens, is eternally vigilant, and constantly outpouring the gifts of his particular keeping.

9 E A R T H LY M AT T E R S 9 gardening tips grow your own veg composting caring for fruit trees A famous edible plant Margaret Roberts writes about the waterblommetjie in her popular book, ʻEdible and Medicinal Flowersʼ. HE waterblommetjie, or Cape pond weed, is T part of a small genus of monocotyledonous water plants and is one of South Africa s most famous edible plants. Its spectacular free-flowering, forked inflorescences in late winter through to midsummer look like masses of white blossoms scattered over the surface of the water, keeping bees and dragonflies busy. The entire plant is high in vitamins and minerals, and the early Cape settlers were taught by the indigenous Khoikhoi to use the plant both medicinally and as a nutritious food. Thanks to enterprising Boland farmers, fresh waterblommetjies are now available not only to other provinces, but all over the world. Because they are so tough and adaptable, they are hardy enough to grow in the warmer parts of Europe and the British Isles, where they are fast becoming a popular pond plant. Medicinal uses Medicinally the San, or Bushmen, used the high juice content of the stems to treat burns, sunburn and rashes. Children growing up in the Cape, near dams filled with waterblommetjies, used crushed stems and squeezed the juice onto minor cuts, grazes, insect stings, mosquito bites and itchy areas. Leaves were used as a poultice, first warmed and washed in hot water and then held in place with a crêpe bandage on sprains or strains, bruised or inflamed areas and rheumatic joints. For burns and sunburn, a soothing gel can be made by crushing and mashing the stems and leaves to a pulp, and spreading it over the area to form a protective covering. This should be left on for as long as possible, and repeated frequently until the pain and redness subside. For grazes, sores and infected bites, the same method can be used. For pimples and acne, crush the flower petals and apply to the spot with a little stem juice and let it dry on the area. Repeat whenever necessary. The waterblommetjie s juice is used to treat burns, sunburn and rashes and the plant can be eaten as well. Cultivation The tuberous rootstock settles easily into mud or a large compost-filled tub. The slender, oval leaves are about two centimetres long and are often mottled with dark speckles, and between them emerges the long flowering stalk with its forked cluster of succulent scales and white petals. Propagation is by division of the root stock. Slice off a piece that has an eye on it and press it firmly into rich compost mixed with a little sand in a large plastic tub, about 40 cm deep. Soak it well and when it has stood for an hour or two to settle, lower it slowly and gently into the pond, deep enough to cover it with about 30 cm of water. It is surprisingly tolerant, but it does need full sun and still water. There it can remain for two to three years, after which it needs to be lifted, the old soil and compost replaced and the waterblommetjie plants divided again. Pat featherstone of soil for life explains how to grow a great yield of these ever-popular vegetables. P otatoes, an extremely popular vegetable, are easy to grow. They re hardy, give a good harvest, can be planted pretty much around the year in more temperate climates and make an excellent crop for planting in newly prepared ground. With the extremely cold weather that has been experienced around the country in recent weeks, just beware of the frost; as it decimates potatoes. If you have tried sheet mulching over an existing lawn to make way for an extended foodscape, then growing potatoes in this area, while you wait for the underlying grass to die (yes, even Kikuyu) and for the earthworms and other soil creatures to loosen up the soil for you, is the ideal way to go. Real lazy (wo)man s gardening! However, these days few people have a large enough area available for the luxury of planting into the ground for a really large harvest. As luck would have it, potatoes lend themselves to container planting. They can be grown in old pots, containers of any sort, wooden boxes, inside stacks of old tyres, and in plastic bags. Here s how to go about creating a tyre stack: Plant three to four seed potatoes in a circle (about 20 cm in diameter) in loose, well-drained soil which has been mixed with compost. When they shoot (after about 14 days), place an old tyre around them and fill it with rich soil, leaving the newly sprouted leaves uncovered. When the plants shoot out again, about 20cm above the soil, place another tyre on top of the first one and fill with good soil. The process may be repeated until you have between three and five tyres stacked on top of one another. At harvesting time (after about five months), remove the tyres and, from that limited space, you will get a bagful of fresh potatoes. A word of warning when planting in tyres: Black tyres absorb and hold heat in the hot summer months and potatoes do not like hot feet. To avoid this, cover the tyres with hessian or paint them with a light-coloured paint that will reflect the heat away from them. Alternatively, grow a bag of potatoes: Make a few drainage holes in a large black plastic bag the ones you use for your garbage. Roll the top of the bag over several times so that it is about one third of its original height. Place a mixture of soil and compost at the bottom of the bag to depth of 30cm. Plant three or four seed potatoes in the centre. As the plants grow, keep earthing up the stem, unfolding the bag until the soil reaches the top. When the plant starts to die back, that is the sign that your harvest is ready. Slit the side of the bag and out will roll the crop.

They are certified virus free and will also not have bacterial, fungal and nematode infections. They have eyes and are available in July/August. Once planted they start to sprout, producing roots and leaves. Choose small, healthy goodlooking ones and keep them in a paper bag in the dark until they have some strong sprouts. Phone Tanya on or info@soilforlife.co.za seaweed tea helps to grow strong plants Take care of your potato plants while they re growing: Potatoes prefer a rich, light, welldrained soil. Add lots of compost to the soil. A side dressing of potassium-rich wood ash will help the formation of tubers, as will a foliar feed of seaweed tea. Too much nitrogen will produce lots of leafy growth and very few tubers. Soil, straw or compost should be hilled up around the stems of the plants to prevent the tubers from turning green in the sunlight. Remember that green potatoes are poisonous and you cannot eat them. Rather put them aside for planting. Keep the plants weed-free. Weeds compete for nutrients. Do not over-water. In fact, in winter rainfall areas watering will not be necessary at all. Make sure in the latter case that the containers are very well drained. As the plants mature, gradually reduce watering to encourage ripening and prevent deformities in the tubers. Do not water the leaves as this encourages diseases. To all who must eat to live, there is hope. Grow your own food. It s the simplest (and cheapest) way to good health. Strong root systems are essential for healthy plants. To make seaweed tea: Collect, rinse and chop seaweed and pack it into an orange mesh bag (the ones that supermarkets use for packing bulk vegetables) and place it in a bucket of water for a week. Mix half a bucket of the tea with half a bucket of water and water the leaves and roots of your plants.

You see, whatever takes place here in this forcefield the heart-centre of Our New Activity affects every individual belonging to this Movement. When We offer one of these Quarterly Classes, some are fortunate enough to feel it a real necessity to come into Our direct Presence to receive the gifts We have to give. Although some seem to feel it quite unnecessary to come, bringing their physical bodies here and so receive the blessings of such classes direct from Us, they are still the beneficiaries of them to a certain extent, since the radiation blazes forth at such times from this forcefield to all who are interested in Us. This morning, every gentle reader of our literature (especially The Bridge and The Bulletin ) on every Continent of the planet, is having assistance from Us today. When We endeavour so to draw you together in one place this way, it is that We may give to your bodies, minds, and feeling worlds, a definite service. For a moment, let us consider the chakric centres in your etheric body, corresponding to the ganglionic nerve centres in your flesh. You know, the word chakra is an Oriental word meaning wheel. As you have been told, the Seven Rays of the Seven Mighty Elohim By the beloved Elohim of Peace (Tranquillity): January 2, Chakras carry the positive, clear, constructive colours representing the colours of the Seven Rays of the Chohans, the Archangels, and Ourselves. are anchored in the forehead of every physical form, and, through the expansion of these, We are able to reach into your world to help you, if you will allow Us so to do. Of course, We never intrude in any way, for your God-given gift and prerogative of the use of your own free-will is always paramount! You see, from the beginning, it was intended that the Elohim, Archangels, Chohans of the Rays, and Angelic Host were to be in constant daily association with mankind, as They are on Venus and other planets; and have been, all through the ages. However, the veil of Maya (effluvia of discord) gradually became so very thick around the planet Earth and the actual bodies of the people, that We could not get through to their consciousness at all. I think there has never been a recorded time on this planet when the Elohim and Archangels have spoken to the people of the Earth in consecutive order as has been done here recently. I believe the Chohans have. In the etheric body, are seven centres which are called, in Oriental terminology, the chakras. These should carry the positive, clear, constructive colours representing the colours of the Seven Rays of the Chohans, the Archangels, and Ourselves. These centres were meant to be convex in shape and radiating foci of the qualities of perfection of the Seven Rays. Instead, because of centuries lived in discordant vibrations, these have become concave declivities in the etheric body. Therefore, instead of being radiating centres of God-perfection, through long ages of human experience, these declivities have become filled with the destructive, humanly-qualified vibrations and have become the roots of the seven mortal sins, with many ramifications. If you will call to Me to help you in such activity, I shall be glad to help you to root out the causes and cores of these destructive vibrations and, drawing these centres from a depressed form, make them convex in shape again. When this condition has been so corrected, I can then recharge these centres with the positive radiations which they should have. Then, instead of being so negative and so easily accessible to the

13 Spiritual/ascension matters 13 particular distresses which disturb you individually, you can then be a positive radiating centre for the qualities of the Elohim, the Archangels, and the Chohans of the Rays, if you so choose. No one needs to accept this assistance unless he desires to have it! Previously, We have not discussed these centres with you because, under the Law of the New day and the Ascended Master Saint Germain s Activity, the attention of the students is to be focused only upon the three upper centres of the body. But, when the call went up from you this morning for the removal from yourselves, all under this radiation and all mankind, of the causes and cores of the seven mortal sins, through the intercession to the Great Karmic Board of Beloved Kwan Yin (Goddess of Mercy), We have permission to speak briefly on these chakras today. Each chakra should be like a wheel moving rapidly in a clock-wise rotation, and the more rapid the vibratory action of these chakric centres in your four lower vehicles, the more non-recordant they will be to discord. This is one of the services rendered by your rapidly spoken decrees and quick tempo of your music. Please remember, though, that this is not to be confused with the idea of hurry. All along the way, it requires the use of the student s discrimination it is really the way of the razor s edge. Hurry, in itself, is destructive and is to be avoided at all costs by the sincere student. However, a rapid, positive vibration quickens the energies of the four lower bodies and makes one repellant to the feelings of depression, doubt, fear, lethargy, and all of the various sins of the human; except, perhaps, the qualities of pride and rebellion, which move at a very quick rate and are more subtle than some of the others. These negative vibrations may get into the student s world either from within his own accumulations of discord which are recorded in his own etheric body and are sometimes brought to the surface by the outer consciousness through recalled memory; or they may be floating in the atmosphere in which he moves; or they may be consciously directed at him and his world by others who have been caught in destructive activities. These chakras in the etheric body are supposed to be like suns of their particular colour magnetic centres for the drawing into the world of the individual the radiations of the perfection of the qualities which they represent from the Elohim, Archangels, and Chohans of the Seven Rays. In the Jewish religion and in other religions where they use the Seven Jewels of Light on the Altar, these Jewels are representative, not only of the Seven Rays, but also of these centres within the etheric body and, through the etheric body, to the physical body. The lowest chakra, which is at the base of the spine, is the focus of lust and passion in the spiritually unawakened. This is its negative aspect. In the awakened, it is the positive focus of Purity. The Elohim in charge of the chakra is the Elohim of Purity; the Archangel Who should pour His radiation of the Resurrection Flame through it is Gabriel, and the Ascended Master is Serapis Bey (Who, when allowed to blaze the purity of His Ascension Flame through this chakra, assists the individual to the victory of the Ascension). Please do not put undue attention on this. (WHITE) The central chakra, located at the spleen, is the focus of anger, malice, hatred, and even mild dislike, in its negative aspect. Its positive activity is the power of Invocation. The Elohim in charge of this centre is Arcturus; its Archangel is Zadkiel, and its Ascended Master is Saint Germain. (VIOLET) The chakra at the solar plexus is the focus of greed, gluttony, covetousness, and fear in its negative aspect. That is why you feel struck in the solar plexus when you are suddenly fearful. People are gluttonous and covetous because they are fearful that they either are not receiving or that they will not receive their just share of the good they should have. The positive quality of this chakra is PEACE, and this focus is that over which I am in charge as the Elohim of PEACE. The Archangel Who radiates through this centre is Uriel, and the Ascended Master is Our Beloved Nada. This is one of the reasons why, early in your study of these Laws of Life, you were asked to visualise the luminous Presence of Jesus in dazzling white light surrounded by gold on the forehead and over the solar plexus of yourself and others. When this chakra has been completely purified, and you hold the solar plexus in a wholly controlled manner, feeling the radiation of Ascended Master PEACE from My own humble Self, Uriel, and Nada, then you will have complete protection against both fear and the destructive desires of others of mankind; as well as complete protection from the grasping nature of your own physical appetites. As before mentioned, our Beloved Lady Master Nada recently has been accepted by the Cosmic Law as the Chohan of the Sixth Ray, replacing Beloved Jesus in this office, as He and blessed Kuthumi jointly have been accepted as World Teacher.) The chakra at the heart, in the negative aspect, represents lethargy, sloth, and laziness. If your heart is not in a thing, you do not give it much of your life. The positive radiation of this centre, of course, is that of pure, selfless, Divine Love. Its Elohim is the Beloved Orion; the Archangel is Chamuel, and the Chohan is the Ascended Master Paul, the Venetian, Who represents tolerance

(PINK) The chakra at the throat is the power centre of the body where, in its negative aspect, rests envy and the desire for personal power. Its positive activity is the power to create perfection by the doing of God s Will, and the Elohim in charge is Hercules; the Archangel is Michael, and the Chohan is the Beloved El Morya. (BLUE) The chakra in the forehead is the focus of the power of reason, and its negative aspects manifest as pride and intellectual arrogance. It is the place where doubt is allowed to enter the mind. Its positive aspect is visualised in early mythology as the all-seeing-eye of God and the power of concentration. The Elohim Whose name is Vista (Whom you have known through the years as Cyclopea ) is the One in charge of this centre. The Archangel in charge of this chakra is Beloved Raphael Who is the Archangel of Concentration and Consecration. No lifestream will consecrate himself to anything until both his mind and heart are convinced of the efficacy of the service he can render through such endeavours. The Ascended Master Hilarion represents that focus also. That is why, as Saint Paul (formerly Saul of Tarsus), He had the tremendous mental development of the Fifth Ray (the Ray of which He is today in charge). (GREEN) The chakra at the throat is the power centre of the body where, in its negative aspect, rests envy and the desire for personal power. Thank God that the crown centre of the body (at the very top of the head) has not been touched destructively, and there is no negative vibration there. In most people, this centre is completely undeveloped, but, in the earnest student, when the attention is rhythmically turned to his own Beloved I AM Presence anchored within his own heart, this centre begins to throb and, eventually, forms an aureole or halo of light about the head. Finally, it comes to a point where, with the inner sight at first, you can see a blazing halo of living light around the head of the sincere student. This is the chakra presided over by Beloved Cassiopea, the Elohim of Illumination; its Archangel is Beloved Jophiel, and the Ascended Master is our dear Kuthumi. Of course, His Ray is that of Illumination, and all who start upon the Spiritual Path first come under the direction and instruction of Beloved Kuthumi. (YELLOW) Now, we have given you a great deal this morning yet you must have this information and knowledge if you are to move forward into greater light! In the Name of God dear people, after you have received this instruction PLEASE USE IT! You are going to be the Doctors of Spiritual Philosophy, and you should have everything essential for such service right at your fingertips, if you are to be of help to your patients. You should be thoroughly familiar with the names and activities of all the Elohim and Their Divine Complements; the Archangels and Their Archaii (feminine counterparts of the Archangels); the Chohans (Lords) of the Seven Rays (Their activities also representing the positive functions of the ganglionic centres chakras just referred to); the use of the various activities of the Sacred Fire; the powers of magnetization and radiation and most important of all the capacity to do it yourself!
