They are ideal for groups of up to 12 depending on sleeping arrangements. The complex consists of 3 separate buildings - 2 accommodation cottages and one communal central building (with fully equipped kitchen and large sea facing living area all arranged around a planted courtyard). Both of the cottages have 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with outdoor shower. Also stairs to an upper floor verandah which is perfect for watching the ocean, or birds, or monkeys. ABOUT the FACILITATOR A 49 year senior internationally accredited yoga teacher, yoga therapist, fitness trainer and musician. He was born in Argentina, but has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, America and Africa. He has over 3000 hrs s teacher and therapist training in yoga. Studying, volunteering and teaching in a therapy centres and ashrams in India and Nepal. He is the founder and chairman of the NGO Yoga Pura Vida. At the early age of 8 years old, he developed a keen interest in psycho-physical-spiritual activities and started to train in Martial arts beside various kinds of sports. By the age of 20 he moved to Spain and became a fitness trainer. In 2001 he moved to Indonesia and started the practice and self study of various paths of traditional yoga. Over the years he built on his studies and experiences covering areas related to the practical and scientific aspects of yoga for physical, mental and spiritual health as asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra and other sorts of meditation techniques. He also developed a keen interest in arts, sports, nutrition and sciences as psychology or physics. He has been sharing his skills and teachings for over 29 years to a wide range of people from all ages and cultures such as Muslims, Buddhist, Hindus, Christians or Rasta s in far off places as India, Nepal, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, South Africa, Argentina, UK or Spain. His life experiences, working and meeting with people from different paths of life, have assisted him to teach in a very organic and intuitive manner. He draws upon the continued and uninterrupted joyful study and practices of certain yogic techniques during the last sixteen years. These being from the fourth main path of yoga: Raja yoga (Ashtanga Patanjali), Jñana yoga, Bhakti yoga and Karma yoga as well other sub-yogas like: Hatha yoga, Mantra yoga, Nada yoga, Swara yoga, Seva yoga or Nidra yoga among others yogas. Beside Yoga, Sankhya, Vedanta and Tantra philosophies he has also been studying other Asian philosophies as Jainism, Sikhism, Zoroastrianism, Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism, Zen Buddhism, Islamism and Sufism. He also been studying ancient American philosophies from the Toltecs, Hopis or indigenous Amazonian tribes as well the ancient practices of the Bwiti west African tribes. With nearly 40 years performing different psycho-physical-spiritual practices he designs special neuro-psychomotor yoga-therapies for people with special needs, yoga master classes as well as he leads gentle workshops for beginners or directs intensive courses, workshops and lectures for yoga teachers and advanced practitioners. He comprehends that Indian traditional and classic yoga are the best tools to assist others to develop awareness of psycho-physical-spiritual health, well-being and happiness. He founds a 10

strong belief that yoga knowledge and its practices must be shared with everybody, without any distinction of gender, ethnicity, language, religion, age, physical limitation, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status.
