Afrika Wa Yesu News Report November 11t h, 2015 Paul The Apostle said: I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise. So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. (Romans 1:14-17). This report is reflects the end of our second missionary journey for this year. The First trip was covered Milange, Nicoadala, Ribaue central, Refugee camp and outskirt of Nampula city. The second cycle that we are ending now covered: Gurue, Pebane, Ratata, Nacavala, Namialo, Namapa, Monapo, Mihecane, Cherereya and Mihekane. These are strategic places where we brought leaders from other churches together for life changing training and the transmission of the apostolic mantle, specially central and northern of Mozambique. ALWAYS A TOP PRIORITY Winning SOULS, making DISCIPLES of Jesus, training LEADERS and planting CHURCHES, where there are no churches at all. In many places where the testimony of Jesus is weak, we put concentrated efforts to strengthen the existing local body and other denominations in the area. We are one body and are called to equip the saints, without boarders for the work of the ministry. RIBAUE REGION Ribaue is the region where The Genesis Mission, sponsored the first church building project in 2010. The churches there are flourishing and making a big difference. The report below, is focused on what is happening in different communities where the mother church has extended. MIHECANE CHURCH: Its about 130km away from Nampula mission base. The community is very clean, people are physically very healthy and happy. DIGNITY COMMUNITY SCHOOL There is a school build by the foreign add, for the community children and its such a blessing to have this school there. The Spirit of The Lord is moving in a very special way there.

The Church was started in 2014 and it has over 180 members. This is very big number in a community of around 700 families (households). We are arrived there with The Jesus movie every evening, teaching and organizing the leadership, teachings children and youth. This is my first time visiting this place. I was amazed to see the level of church growth explosion there. There are a lot of children and youth in the church. The spirit of power and joy is all over the community. I am very pleased with what was done at Mihecane. The church members have built a very nice burnt brick building and covered it with the zinc roof, amazing. The leaders have presented a request for help to plaster the church walls, put the cement floor, 2 doors and 6 windows. Please keep this request in your prayers for Mihecane Church. CHEREREYA CHURCH: The church is located deep, south of Ribaue. Historically, it was in this community where the civil war began in Nampula Province, between the government force Frelimo and the opposition force - Renamo: Our lead Pastor Jose, reported from the first hand witness. It happened one day, when he was coming from the school. The government soldiers, came loaded in 29 military vehicles, filled with guns and soldiers, roughly 1.000 armed men. They forced him to carry some bags, till the fighting ground, then sent back home. He saw all these trucks and soldiers. The next day, the shooting started from 4am till 4-5pm and after a full day of intense battle, only 26 government soldiers returned humiliated and alive back to Nampula city. What a tragedy. Today, 23 years after the cease fire, the nation is back on the rumors of war and already, a blood shed again happening as I write. Pray for us!

Till today, people have alive memory of this tragedy. There is also a heavy demonic and witchcraft practice in this community. Most senior politicians of our nation (Presidents) once elected, they visit this area at least once in their ruling time, specially, for MIZIMU (ancestral and demonic worship and treatment). This must change. OUR TEAM, being aware of this, we focused our mission there on The Assurance of Salvation, Repentance, Deliverance, Breaking the curse, soul and physical healing and Restoration. The results were astounding. We have very small and vibrant church with about over 50 adult members and over 80 children and youth, that are part of Afrika Wa Yesu Church. People responded well to the preaching of the gospel. Atos 8 when Philip went down to Samaria, everyone came to Philip and they were changed, including the Simon the magic, because of Jesus! Several souls were added to the Body of Christ. I am very satisfied BUT I must go back there, to help the people be ground and grow in Christ Jesus.! MAHEKELA CHURCH: Similar name BUT different community. People live in the showdown of death, addicted to witchcraft practices, drinking, immorality and other evil practices. Once again, I have seen that that THE TRUTH IS THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON THE CHURCH HAS. Its sets people free (John 8:32, 36) We were God s answer to people s long time prayer. These people need our help. I am very, very pleased indeed to see the efforts being made with our local churches everywhere in reaching their own. Toilet & Shower, used in Mozambique: Someone has to be a good hunter, in order to aim correctly the toilet hole. Otherwise!!! There are things that must be done by this generations, reaching our generation at all cost. There are other things that will need to be done by the next generation. We must invest into today s generation.

Afrika Wa Yesu is making impact and everlasting impact and changing communities in our nation of Mozambique, through The Name of Jesus, The Power of Holy Spirit and The Preaching of The Gospel in simplest way to everyone. Each leader is vital part to his own zone and environment and everyone is giving their best for the common good. To Jesus be all the glory. Thank you, for standing with us. Without your backup, this mission would not be a success as it was. Help Project: This November and December, we are focused on Helping the needy people in various places. Last time we had to carry the bags of maize corn through the Zambeze river, to reach the affected by the flood. It s a challenging trip but it s a big joy to be God s answer to the dying people. We have identified very sad and touching situations needing our immediate response throughout our trip since September and October. Murrupula District, we lost 2 members of our churches there because of hunger problem last week. This District. The government send some help but it never gets to those who truly need such help, because of the corrupt system. THE TWIN ORPHANS: The man on the left, is our brother in Christ. Him and his wife accepted Jesus, nearly 3 years. Both him and his wife, were the famous witchdoctors at Ribaue District. After they accepted Jesus, under Afrika Wa Yesu, their house became the biggest obstacle to their faith. They decided to literally burn their house. The Pastor and church went to set the house on fire. It s not our custom to do that. I would rather sanctify the house and live in it. Well, since then, the couple have been faithfully following and serving Jesus all these years. In August 2015, the wife went under a surgery to birth. The twins were born, thru surgery. Due to the bad hospital surgery, our dear sister past away, one week after, leaving behind the kids and the father in desperate need for help. Very difficult situation. Lady neighbor helped breast feeding for one, then the babies have

to live only on milk till at certain age, for a solid food. They use 1 tin of powdered milk, lactogen 1, every 3 days and in 1 month, they use 10 tins. For 10 tins a month costs $50. Please keep these kids and the father in your prayers. This week, my wife and I, will start helping with food items, to some carefully selected vulnerable people in different places, where we have already identified during our outreach. We will continue doing this during December March next year. These are the most difficult months, due to the floods and rains already hitting our nation. Please keep us in your prayers, to practically help these people specially, the old aged widows, some of these living with their grandchildren. OUR FAMILY HOUSE: The Genesis Mission has significantly helped us get started, the building of our dreamed First Family Home. We are so grateful. It has taken us nearly 3 years on the same project. We are now, nearly finished. We are encountering some challenges. Electricity: The electrical work has been done and just some parts left to be finished off. All the house the wire is alive, needing just some lights and lights-holders for some rooms and outside the house. The Plumbing: It s done in most parts. I still need to do the connection of pipes from the toilets to hole outside and dig the last outlet hole for the Kitchen water to drain to, then government connection. Kitchen: We have not yet done much work in the kitchen. It looks like that is where wife has her mind and heart focused on. We are trusting The Lord to help us financially for the kitchen work.

Bathrooms: One bathroom is ready and the second bathroom is left to finish the bath sink on the left picture, then do the fitting for both to the main outlet toilet hole. Glass frames: The carpenter is currently working on finishing the glass frames, then the glasses for the windows. The pressure and the hurry is the dead line given to us by the owner of house we are renting now. December 31 st, we have to move out. I don t want to rent another house. I believing God to help us move straight into our new home. What is left with God s provision, it will take about 3-4 weeks to finish our home and move in. The rent house where we are living in now, things nasty. Our prayer requests both for our family, God s work and the nation are: PRAYER REQUEST: Prayer Request 1: Help finish the Mihecane Church with cement and timbers Prayer Request 2: God s provision food relief for the people Prayer Request 3: New Church construction Project at Milange. Prayer Request 4: Help to finish our house, we need $2.050USD. We need 7 doors for the rooms (cost $400 USD). Water connection fee and pipes from the water company, round cost ($380). Painting the house in and out round cost ($600). Water tank to store up water, often it goes for days or weeks without water and cost is ($370+), glass for windows, costing ($300) and other things that always rise up but these are the major. Thank you, for standing with us and for sowing into our mission all these years. Armando Jo Afrika Wa Yesu.
